The hotel or apartments are nice and big, we took 3 rooms, but one of them is a master and the rest are small, the hall is big and spacious but the cleanliness is not very good, there were stains on the sofas, and their flaw is that the cleaning service is every 3 days if it takes a week, but the view and the place in general are good, it is far from the center of Istanbul, about half an hour with the crowds, but Mall of Istanbul is 10 minutes away, services are close to it, Starbucks, the supermarket and everything.

The dirtiest, coldest, most inoperable hotel I've ever seen. We stayed in the refrigerator until morning. We asked for blankets, but they said they didn't have any. There were no pillows, not even towels.

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The place is far away, the staff are very bad, their behavior is very rude, and they do not have luggage service. I mean, you take your bags to the room and drop them off, and the reception staff speak arrogantly. The rooms are all dirty and dusty, the bed is dirty, the curtains and carpets are dirty, and there is a smell.
The room is bad and there are insects in the room and on the bed such as cockroaches. They do not have a valet service. When I asked the receptionist about parking my car and taking my bags to the room, he responded to me in a rude manner. You parked your car and took your bags to your room and asked the reception for towels for the shower at 11pm. I received the towels at 9am. I do not recommend. Someone can reserve it.

The towels are very old and the floor carpet are very old have not good smell. The air condition is not good. They donot arrange the room everyday even I asked to do they dodnot do. Not near to restaurants or shopping mall.

Hotel is not in city center. But close to business center that called istoc. If you have things to do there , it can be good option

It is a very old and neglected place. I definitely do not recommend it. Don't go, waste your money
