Star City Hotel in Istanbul

Excellent location, staff are very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond with an issue I had. Breakfast is great too. My family and I come to istanbul often, and when we do we always stay here. I’ve also came here alone as a woman and felt very safe.

I felt at home. comfortable, warm hotel, and rooms are very clean, kindly and helpful staff..
Open buffet breakfast with rich and wide variety.
Excellent location. I especially recommend it to those who come to Istanbul for holiday or business purposes..

Friendly staff, central location in front of aksaray metro,sutible price

It's good hotel with excellent location and view. Everything else here is so average. It's not bad that we can ditch and complain. And rest all average. Service and cleanliness is not upto the mark. Rooms are small, but ok. There is amazing view of city from the room.

Service people can't speak English and not well trained, but they try to serve well.

Breakfast is also just ok. Same items almost everyday, though there are lots of items. We stayed for 5 days and tried to advice them to make our preferred items. They are not that interested.

Lift is very sample, can fit 3 people only.
Overall it's recommended hotel for a great location and ok service.

Our washroom exhaust was not working, so the odours were not going away fast. We complained several times, they just say they will fix it. No results in 5 days.

2nd time I choose this Hotel, It's a splendid Hotel, Internet is excellent, Staff is very good, the Rooms are clean (but some lack the bath towels sometimes, would suggest atleast adding 4 to a room or at least), it has a beautiful sight over the Square and the only complain I have is regarding TV it lacks channels and especially international like BBC,CNN, etc...

Over and all great Hotel to spend a week or two.
