The twin bed rooms are nice and spacious. The furniture seems classic and great quality. The staff are very helpful and nice. It is located in a walkable area with lots of restaurants and mini markets. I would come again if I ever went to Istanbul again!

Nice clean room,aircondition wa working well, staff was friendly. Mall is in a walkable distance. Transportation was great, close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel

The hotel is a bit old maybe but the bed and sheets are clean the rooms are ok the breakfast is nice the staff are kind
The only downside is there is a beautiful mosque beside hotel and it can be a bit loud in the morning but totally worth the view ☺️

A Perfect Stay at Hotel Bilek, Levent – Great Location, Exceptional Service
Our experience at Hotel Bilek in Levent was nothing short of excellent. The hotel is in a prime location – ideal for both business and leisure. With the metro just a few minutes away, getting around Istanbul is incredibly easy. The area also offers great restaurants, shopping, and essentials – including a top-rated dental clinic conveniently located right next to the hotel, which was a surprising and very useful bonus!
We stayed in multiple rooms during our visit, and every single one was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight of our stay, however, was the consistent and outstanding room cleaning service provided by Edi. Every time we left our rooms, Edi was the only staff member we saw on our floor, always working with focus, care, and an incredibly respectful attitude. He’s a young gentleman with a bright, professional presence who made sure our rooms were spotless and welcoming every day. His attention to detail and genuine kindness truly made a difference.
This hotel combines great location, reliable facilities, and exceptional service – and we’ll absolutely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of warmth in the heart of Istanbul.

My stay there wasn't successful, as the room wasn't prepared well.
The refrigerator wasn't working, the room was dark, some bulbs were out of service, and the money safe box was damaged, and my belongings were blocked inside.
They changed my room two times due to this mispreparation.
The booking price did not match with the services as no breakfast was included.
All the staff was helpful and kind, but the services were bad.
Even booking.com didn't give me the option to rate this stay as they said the rate is hidden from the hotel itself.
Mosquitoes ate us there.
Note that we didn't take any compensation back.

An old hotel. Clean comfortable situated in a good location a bit noisy from traffic but nothing that you can't sleep on. The airing system definitely needs to be changed.

I was very pleased with the services offered by Bilek Hotel. The room was large and very clean. We also had free entrance to the hotel pool. And the hotel staff was very welcoming and professional thanks to Miss Derya and Sahra, Mr. Mehmet and the staff of Edi and Arda.

- Air conditioning not working in hotel. Only hot air. Junior suites only on side of hotel where sun was beating in. It was way too hot. I had to downgrade my prepaid room to get something on other side which was still warm but more bare-able. Smoking allowed in rooms with the smell sticking to curtains, carpet. I was there 4 nights and I could still smell it. WiFi is incredibly slow. The tv channels are dire. If you want to iron anything you have to go to an ironing room, basically the cleaners’ cupboard on 5th floor, like a budget hotel. The location is not the best for tourists.
