1. The lift is out of service only one and very slow. Always easier to use stairs.
2.the door cards get deactivated after each use.
3.the bathrooms have mold and needs improvement .
4.Basic amenities are missing.
5.the breakfast only boiled eggs and tastless some food . No even good bread.
I truly believe if they made full renovation

I booked this hotel 2 weeks before arriving because of breakfast and lift but when I arrived it is awful,they told us that your room is full and we should go to another room and agane change after a few days. lifts not working they gave us room that has 20 stairs, in room and corridor smell Sewage when we told them to change room they offer worst room. Breakfast was awful, when we ate we got food poisoning and lose 1 or 2 day to get on my feed. Room door lock card should change each 2 days, because it 's stop working and room are dirty.

Bad Experience!
I had an agreement with this hotel that they would keep my luggage safely until I needed a room. They even told me, “You can check out at this time, and we’ll keep your luggage safely until your flight.” But when it came time for checkout, they completely refused and said they wouldn’t keep my things. This is very unprofessional and disappointing behavior. Not recommended at all!

It was very dirty.
There was hair on the blanket and on the bed, even on the towels.
That was very disgusting.
The reception staff were very helpful, polite, and kind — special thanks to Mr. Kave.
However, the hotel doesn’t deserve even one star because of its dirtiness.

Terrible experience. Room is too small door was broken hair dryer as well broken. One receptionist was unprofessional, acting like the boss and being physically inappropriate with colleagues while ignoring guests. Room assignments seemed biased by staff preference or nationality rather than bookings. Not recommended. Only location highly recommended.
Reception girl tried to scam me charge 350£ for a day. While on online it was just 80£.
I don’t understand why in turkey every single business scamming tourists its too unfair for all the tourists nationalities.

Everything was normal, but the biggest and worst issue was the elevator, which was very inconvenient and caused a lot of trouble. Another big problem was that the bed sheets were not replaced; they only arranged the previous ones, which was very disappointing. The location was good, and the breakfast was fine, just average. However, the rooms had a damp smell, which was unpleasant.

The area around this hotel is very dirty and messy. Motorbikes are everywhere at night. I heard that there are drug ******* in the nearby alleys. The service is also very bad. The room is small and dirty. It is really a very, very bad experience. Among the four hotels in the whole trip to Türkiye, this is the worst one. You must avoid it.

I did not feel comfortable and did not receive good service or assistance from the receptionist, and the terms of the contract are not in the guest’s interest at all, as I booked two nights and did not stay at the hotel due to a delay in the flight time. Upon my arrival, I tried to remind them of the reason, even though I tried to communicate with them through the application, but unfortunately there was no answer.

The connecting suite booked by four people is safer

Environment: Very well decorated, but the perfume smell is too strong, not very adaptable. The room has a good view and the scenery is beautiful

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Mr. Tharwat is a professional who cares a lot about customer service, and he has a very good team around him, all of them were very attentive. Daria was always tending to our concerns.
The rooms were also fabulous, value for money, excellent cleaning service. Absolutely no complaints. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Highly Do Not Recommend!
Dirty rooms- towels & bedsheets not clean- bathroom broken tiles- stinky sofa and broken sofa bed- faulty curtains.
They claim french balconies that they dont have.
They claim late check out which they dont honor.
Rude staff - they dont converse in English whick creates a communication barrier
weak unreliable Wifi in the Room, keeps cutting off.
Kitchenette un-useable; sink out if order, no utensils, kettle very dirty .
Housekeeping & fresh towels not offered daily, and when they clean they use high Chlorine concentrate initiating severe allergic reaction and teary burning eyes!
This place ruined my Istanbul experience

Just checking out from the hotel at the moment but i can’t leave without praising this place and the lovely people who looked after us very well. All the rooms were spot on! just like they addressed through the photos. Especially super nice staffs, zubair and Daria treated us like home! Can’t wait to be back here soon!

An incredibly amateur establishment that does not even come close to a 4-star standard.
The hotel staff provided the guests with unfounded and incorrect information regarding matters that were none of their business, which led to very serious misunderstandings between us. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel to interfere in the private space and communication of its guests in this manner. There were many other negative issues, but I do not see a need to state them here as they cross ethical boundaries. I definitely do not recommend this facility, which is completely devoid of professionalism and work ethics.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One of the biggest advantages was the nearby parking. Although it is paid parking, finding a parking space in this area can be very difficult, so having convenient parking close to the hotel made our trip much easier and stress-free.
The location is excellent, with so many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. We were able to explore the area comfortably without needing transportation for most places.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. Their hospitality and willingness to help made us feel valued and at home from the moment we arrived until check-out.
Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
