I stayed at the Renaissance Bosphorus for a quick vacation trip and was thoroughly impressed. Being right on the Bosphorus, the views from the hotel are simply spectacular, especially at sunrise or sunset

It’s good but not exeptional I’d say you get what you pay for and that’s it. Lot of construction around, not really pretty, lot of traffic at all time in front. Can be nearly impossible to get a taxi sometime

Everything's good! JW Marriott is located in the Atakoy, close to the Marmara Sea, very peaceful, safe, and modern, where you won't see the noisy tourists and eerie ******* when stay in the Taksim Square

We stayed at this hotel as part of Turkish Airlines complimentary offerings. It's located a good 1 hour from the new airport. The rooms are good but the beds were all single beds and we were split into 2 rooms

It's close to the airport, and next to the new Vadistanbul shopping mall, it has all kinds of brands, as well as many restaurants, making it very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun.

First time staying at the hotel. Closer to the airport than inside the city as I was only staying for one night. The staff were nice and helpful and room was large enough with full amenities

We chose to travel by tram every day, which worked perfectly for us. The nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel and very manageable. All in all, a very pleasant stay

I would say improve your televisions as the channels are limited maybe invest in smart rvs or ones that can mirror phones. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. Room service is good but the menu is limited

Modern hotel, clean, good security. They don't allow outside food in the hotel. There are dogs outside that I could hear barking all night. The rooms don't have proper AC, so they're a bit too warm

We stayed at the Ramada hotel in Turkey. The purpose of our trip was dental treatment, and after the procedure I was not able to eat solid food

When I chose the hotel, I saw that it looked quite old. The actual check-in experience was OK. The hotel lobby looked very luxurious, the room was quite cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly.

com provided a generous refund as a gesture of goodwill, but I am still waiting for any sign of reconciliation from the hotel management. To conclude, I cannot recommend this hotel

Despite the room change, we were kept awake for hours by the persistent, penetrating odor. The next day, there was no apology, but we were promised an upgrade to a corner room for the evening

We were assigned room 603, which reeked; room 610 also smelled. Finally, we were moved to room 516. We called Onus at reception, who promised to send someone to address the smell, but no one ever arrived

When I showed the staff member (Onus) that upgrade-eligible rooms were clearly visible and available in the Hilton app, he claimed it was an error and that he would remove them immediately

We did receive a corner room, but the smell returned at midnight and was extreme again the next morning after showering. When we spoke with other guests, they reported the same issues

We ended up covering the drains with towels just to endure the night. The following day, Serdar (a very friendly and courteous staff member) promised us a corner room for the evening

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark for two full weeks ( the toughest two weeks of my life ) and I have the entire staff to thank wholeheartedly for taking such extraordinary care of me and catering to all my needs, from dietary to medical to countless special requests

Because the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark is often where hundreds ( maybe thousands ) of people stay to recover from surgeries and medical procedures, the entire staff is incredibly sensitive to the emotional toll recovery can take
