Best Hotels in Istanbul

The toilets and shower are good but the shower control was broken in one of our room. The complimentary breakfast is decent with lots of local food as well as the usual egg station etc

I stayed here as part of the Turkish airlines free stop over in Istanbul program. Beautiful room, friendly staff, decent location not far from Gayrettepe station which is the terminus of the airport metro line

I visit Istanbul at least once a year, and I always stay at this hotel. I'm used to it, it's quite nice.

We stayed at this hotel as part of Turkish Airlines complimentary offerings. It's located a good 1 hour from the new airport. The rooms are good but the beds were all single beds and we were split into 2 rooms

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Grand Cevahir Hotel in Istanbul. The entire service staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, which made our stay especially pleasant

The hotel is close to a metro line, a major highway and some business districts. The good dining options within walking distance are limited. One major disappointment was the mould in the bathroom

The hotel is packed with patients from some hospitals nearby. This makes the hotel calmer and less noisy, but you can bump into many wheelchair patients, full-gear nurses, etc

Even though the hotel is located next to a busy (high)way, you don’t hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The breakfast is very generous and delicious

Overall good for business travelers. Helpful and accommodating personnel. Value for money was fair, though the room amenities were quite basic

Everything was good except one woman that works at night on the reception she is so rude .

The hotel also offers plenty of ways to treat yourself during your stay (like the pool, sauna, etc. We didn’t use these facilities, but it definitely felt like they are of the same high standard

We chose to travel by tram every day, which worked perfectly for us. The nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel and very manageable. All in all, a very pleasant stay

We really liked staying here. Attended an event nearby so it was ideal. I must commend the exceptional service I received from the concierge and the lady who scans bags before entrance. They were so polite and helpful.

As for the location, it is considered far from tourist attractions, but honestly, I prefer to stay in quiet areas away from the crowded. So it was an excellent choice for me

Breakfast buffet is good with a lot of options, but limited vegetarian choices as some have mentioned earlier, so will explore other places in our stay

Hotel location is nice and has immediate access to galata port walkway, room overall is very clean, the only downside is the room cleaning service was not very good, the bathroom was not cleaned properly

When I chose the hotel, I saw that it looked quite old. The actual check-in experience was OK. The hotel lobby looked very luxurious, the room was quite cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly.

Modern hotel, clean, good security. They don't allow outside food in the hotel. There are dogs outside that I could hear barking all night. The rooms don't have proper AC, so they're a bit too warm

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark for two full weeks ( the toughest two weeks of my life ) and I have the entire staff to thank wholeheartedly for taking such extraordinary care of me and catering to all my needs, from dietary to medical to countless special requests

Because the Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Oryapark is often where hundreds ( maybe thousands ) of people stay to recover from surgeries and medical procedures, the entire staff is incredibly sensitive to the emotional toll recovery can take

The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything necessary provided. I also visited the spa at Wish More — it was an excellent experience, everything was well organized and very pleasant

Every thing wasn’t excellent

I would say improve your televisions as the channels are limited maybe invest in smart rvs or ones that can mirror phones. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. Room service is good but the menu is limited

Excellent stay with family here for 5 nights. Cant fault anything as the staff was good and the facilities great especially the inside swimming pool that we enjoyed. Good location an close to transport and metro.

Breakfast was really good, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, always attentive and responsive to requests

Housekeeping services were generally good, but they didn’t consistently come for laundry collection except on Sunday. The TV in the room had 70 channels, most of which were Turkish local channels

Summary: The breakfast had good quality but could have been better. Also, I found it odd that they didn’t offer cream. The view from the 8th floor, where breakfast is served, is beautiful

The staff's behavior is not good and I book room privileges room but they give me stander room I get tired to much to solve this issue

The service was generally good, but there were a few areas where it could be improved, such as room service, pre check-in and staff in restaurants. Some staff were very helpful, but others seemed indifferent

I stayed at this Hotel for 5 weeks in October to November 2025! Some Staff I would like to mention when I stayed were: The Kitchen/ Restaurant Staff who always did their best to assist my requests and make my stay comfortable

The Bof Hotels Ceo Suites Ataşehir was Perfect for my stay and needs. All of The Staff are very attentive and any request I had, they helped me. I stayed longer than expected and the Hotel Staff were very helpful

The facilities are great at this hotel, with an exceptional gym and spa facilities which I used regularly with very well trained and professional staff. I stayed in a suite which was perfect for my needs

I didn’t ride the bus but some guests were saying they took the bus to the major city for about 1 euro. Food at the restaurant is very good. There’s a gym that’s nice and has everything that you need

Nice shopping mall with great restaurant option in close proximity and walking distance. Breakfast has wide variety and is pretty good. There is a taxi stand 50 m away, so it’s very easy to get a taxi or uber

I know is necessary but there are no welcoming smiles for guests. The decor is Orientalist exuberance in swirls of blue and cream, marble, porcelain and Chinese landscape repro wall paintings

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. The level of service was truly above and beyond — every detail was taken care of with genuine care and professionalism

There is a certain warmth or polish lacking to my eye. Disembarking from the taxi straight into the unwelcoming unfriendly security staff and scanner set up doesn’t help

The location is excellent, right next to the Presidential Palace and overlooking the strait, perfect for a stroll. The transparent glass entrance provides a pleasant experience for men who smoke

Inside, lights and heating automatically turn on – superb! The Tang Palace Chinese restaurant is arguably the best in Turkey

We were told by our rep that our room was extended till 2pm on the day of checkout but the gentleman at the front desk made a big fuss. And the hotel was also quite empty. It will be unfair to share his name

We stayed at the hotel Sep 23-26. We had a suite (430) but what really need to be done is to upgrade front desk customer service which is the first point of contact with guests
