We have only a night in Mercure. But it's lovely night. Room was great, everything is perfect. Food was yummy, I love their croissants. WiFi was excellent

Environment: Excellent, very satisfied.

The breakfast was pretty good (buffet style) but the tables needed cleaning and re-laying a bit more frequently. Very built up area and no views but the location was ok fit our business trip needs

Final accomodation Inside hotel, there are serverl store like chinese food, starbuck, convience stroe, cafe There is inside swim pool and gym The bed is good condition

Spacious bathroom with extra large bed. If I get the chance for a good price I will book again

Breakfast was also good, with hot soup and an omelet. There's a kettle in the room, which is great for making hot drinks! Excellent! The hotel's Turkish bath was also wonderful

On 25 February 2025, we stayed over at the Gorrion Hotel in Istanbul. The food was great and the service excellent! I can most definitely recommend them. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Location wise it is 30 mins away from the blue mosque etc, and about the same from airport. Chicken club sandwich was very good from room service, breakfast buffet was sub par

Gym and indoor swimming pool are great! There are two Michelin restaurants in the lobby, very convenient selections when you do not wanna go out for dinner. The employees are also very friendly

Nice location, can walk to the sea side, ferry boat and subway station. Room is big enough and be cleaned everyday

Only problem we met during our stay was the shower water, the temperature was not stable

If you have a car than this is one of the nicest hotels in town. Fair prices and best services. The roof bar give you a very nice view over the city. Really enjoy the place.

Wifi didn't work, they didn't renew the water until i tell them to. Except that everything was good and satisfied.

The service is really great, all of the employees were super kind and attentive (shoutout to Emre at the front desk for helping us catch the train and for gifting us a nice pouch at checkout) the spa and hammam area were amazing, a long with the breakfast buffet (one of the best I’ve ever had)

Positives first, clean, friendly, lovely spa, good location, great price! Not so good was the rooms were cold thermostat didn’t work and I had the bed by the window so very cold, asked for another blanket but it didn’t arrive, was woken up on the Monday by building noise directly outside

The windows were old and you could hear everything from outside and it was difficult to sleep. The breakfast did not impress at all! The location of the hotel is good. The free parking was a big advantage !!!!

On positive note the gym was good and a very good size and also location was good as lots of nice food places around and easy access of trams and bus service

I always go here. I find the location ideal if you have your own transport; otherwise, it's a bit more difficult. The staff and hotel are superb. Hygiene is excellent.
