They have a really nice and relaxing spa area. Breakfast has plenty of variety, including fresh eggs. The housekeeping staff were really sweet and did a good job of the cleaning

They have a good restaurant within the hotel, but you can also choose from several options on the same street (I recommend Smoklin grill and Jinn bar!)

From check-in to check-out, this hotel experience completely exceeded my expectations! **Environment and facilities:** The hotel lobby is luxurious and elegant, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, like sleeping on clouds

Such professionalism and a constant desire to do well and to do even better. I sincerely hope to return soon. The room was better than expected, and the breakfast was incredibly varied and truly delicious

The room's view? I'd rate it a zero. There's no view at all, the windows are tiny, and no light gets in because it looks out onto a dark wall.

Great location, and while the room was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler.

Everything was great, and there's a sauna. However, the hammam now costs extra.

Clean environment, very good buffet breakfast, friendly staff even if you need a local taxi they will get with good prices. I would definitely recommend to have Ottoman’s life experience

We stayed in three rooms with our family for a week. The facilities and service were excellent. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained

- the rooms are spacious, have everything you will ever need and more - the hamam is the best with two perfectly run saunas, a clean and big swimming pool and even a whole fitness studio In the direct vicinity you will find stores and get a glimpse what Istanbul and Turkey offers the guests and locals from the whole world

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with transfers, taxis, and everything we needed. The only area that could use some improvement might be the food in the hotel’s restaurant

Weird experience with our room door: opened fine on check-in but trouble thereafter — we had the key reset of course, but we’re still locked out so the hotel technician needed to “fix the problem”

The hotel is in a perfect central location, only a 7–8 minute walk from the metro station. Even though it’s situated in a bustling part of the city, the hotel manages to stay peaceful and quiet inside

Had a good experience staying at this hotel but the amount of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel, specifically in the guest rooms that seeps into the hallway and into your room, is outrageous

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul’s Old City, right opposite a beautiful mosque with panoramic views. From the top floor, the scenery is truly breathtaking

We stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious and comfortable. The weather outside was quite chilly, but the hotel’s ambience, warm hospitality, and delicious food made our stay perfect

From my experience this place was very good Their service they use every staff smiling face, actually everyone is very sincere I especially like their breakfast omelette I am very impressed by the behavior of the girls who work there in breakfast, they are even better and always smiling

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The real highlight was the delicious birthday cake they prepared for my daughter's birthday

For extended stays, like we did, there was not enough storage space for clothes, such as a chest of drawers. Breakfast has a good variety, but their espresso looks like light-filtered coffee

Our stay in Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul had been more than pleasant. It was AWESOME! We first booked for 3 nights then came back for another 2 nights. I guess that expressed the quality of our experience

As I am travelling in the summer, I was looking for good air conditioning and quiet rooms in Istanbul as I had seen some bad reviews with other hotels

Good sized rooms, but found the bathroom and open sink layout somewhat awkward

Very good location, the highlight was the Burdock spa and the gym. The spa has a turkish hamam (you need to pay for it) but the sauna + steam room + cold shower + rest room was free

Burdock however has very good air conditioning and when windows are closed, the room is very quiet. Good atmosphere and not crowded

He came and gave us complimentary breakfasts and some wonderful cakes as we were in Istanbul to celebrate our birthday. Our surname is Burdock so we natural wanted to stay at a hotel of the same name

Great boutique hotel near Galata Tower. Much better staying here than in old town which is a huge tourist trap. Amazing pool and service from the staff. Wish I had more time to try the hamman
