My experience in hotel was very good , we enjoy in Spa, nice room , Balkan party was also in the hotel that was amazing surprise , only one little minus is hotel is 20 minutes with taxi away from the town , traffic is terrible But everything alse was fine

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, sercan was very helpful and made sure our stay was a great experience. Location is not far from all the main locations that we wanted to visit

Faruk who was outstanding! The location is a bit out of the way (6-7km to the Blue Mosque, Bazaar) but there's a taxi stand right in front of the hotel

Aki who served us on the rooftop most nights was also fantastic, very helpful and made great cocktails

Some rooms without a shower just tub with hand shower otherwise beds comfortable. Bathrooms without shower and bathroom were good. We had two rooms based on Turkish airlines business class stopover program

In the spa, Battak was amazing! He even helped my daughter with her float and was always smiling and attentive — truly an asset to the spa team. Erjul was very welcoming, and Neslihan was also great

It is a distance from main areas so you will need transport to get to things. The not so good: The customer service is lacking, it seems as though no one wants to be at work. The people are not rude just indifferent

This is my second stay with the Pullman group. Nothing compared to the Maldives Pullman resort. The Good: beds are comfortable so you will get a good nights rest

Excellent Stay at Levent Wyndham Hotel I had a wonderful stay at the Levent Wyndham Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the coffee — especially the flat white — was outstanding

This time it wasn't as good as my last visit. The gym equipment wasn't as new as before, and the body composition analysis machine was moved to the yoga room. But honestly, it's still the best hotel gym I've ever been to

The rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The gym and sauna facilities were also excellent and well-maintained

I always come here for business trips, so I never have much time to use the hotel’s facilities, but the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable

Close to the Metro on the Asian side. Only 500 m away it’s the largest bookshop of Istanbul. Don’t miss that.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Esenyurt Istanbul, and I have to give a huge shout-out to TUTKU at the reception. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome

I stayed at Sheraton Esenyurt and overall the hotel is nice, but I had some issues with the service. Some of the reception staff spoke in an unfriendly or slightly rude way, which was uncomfortable

It is within walking distance of the exhibition hall. The breakfast is good. The room is cleaned every day, the bedding is changed every day, and free bottled water is provided every day. It is very good👍

I recently had a wonderful stay at Hotel Crowne Plaza Marina Tuzla. The experience was excellent, with well-maintained rooms that were spacious, clean, and comfortable

The location and environment are good. There is an outlet for leisure and eating next to it. The hotel has a parking lot. But the price is a little expensive🤣😂

A while later, someone came and cleaned it. The cleaning guy was quite responsible and did a good job, and I gave him 100 lira as a tip

I thought, 'This must be a room upgrade!' I was feeling quite excited and happy. We waited in our room for about 30 minutes, and finally, a young man came with a luggage cart to move our bags and take us to the new room

On the first day, when I went to the toilet for a number two, I only realized afterward that the toilet bowl was stained with urine from top to bottom. I immediately called the front desk to send someone to clean it

When she asked me, I mentioned my dissatisfaction from the previous day. She was very attentive, which I really appreciate, and noted my room number, promising to look into it seriously and move us to a better room

So, after breakfast, I told the front desk I'd switch rooms when I returned in the evening. I got back to the hotel around 10 PM and was informed by the front desk that we'd been moved to the highest floor

On the second day, while my colleague and I were having breakfast, a hotel duty manager was conducting a guest satisfaction survey and collecting suggestions

This is not a 5 star hotel it’s a good 4 star or an excellent 3 star hotel location was great. I’d prefer to stay at aksaray as it’s better to be near the locals. Even the staff were not fluent English spoken

I travelled from IST airport by HVL-1 bus and get off at Aksaray and walked to the hotel which took me about 14 mins, very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and close to many attractions in walkable distance

However, after the lobby boy led us to the room, he told us smoking wasn't allowed. We had to call the front desk again to clarify, wasting another 15 minutes in back-and-forth communication

Ultimately, we had to compromise and switch rooms. Plus, my parents' room wasn't even on the same floor as mine. However, I'm very grateful for the bellhop's help and detailed explanations

It's a shame we arrived at the airport too late that day and didn't have cash for a tip

The closet door couldn't open properly (it was blocked by the nightstand, only opening about 45 degrees). The curtains also couldn't close completely, and a gap on the side let in a lot of light at night

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near the metro station. The breakfasts are good, and the Italian restaurant on the 21st floor offers a great selection of Italian dishes with an extensive bar menu

As for the location, it is considered far from tourist attractions, but honestly, I prefer to stay in quiet areas away from the crowded. So it was an excellent choice for me
