The road to the sea takes 5 minutes along a quiet street. The beach is not very clean, unfortunately, the people who visit the beach are not clean

The food is various and delicious. The animations are incredible. The service was very nice and friendly. The hotel is near the beach and has underground passage. At all the beach is really big and clean

Wonderful worker the beach gourami, all the talk will always help. Young people and teenagers here will be boring. Although for children I would be her chosen city hotel

First of all, the staff working on the beach, Hanifi, is friendly and understanding. He is at the beach during the day and at the restaurant at night. We thank him very much for helping us with everything

When we first came to the hotel,,,, we had doubts, after all we had planned an off-season trip. the lobby seats were being renovated while we were there, there were both old and new seats

corridor carpets were a bit problematic. new carpets arrived while we were there. I think we'd better come back in the summer and see everything finished. it was a smooth and comfortable rest for us

they gave us their renovated room. They informed that all will be renewed in a short time. The new furniture colors close to black are nice. It is more modern and stylish than before

There were many places to visit. I especially recommend you to see Sapadere canyon. they hosted people who lost their homes in the earthquake before us

From the front of the hotel at first view I was a little taken back thinking it didn't look 4 star, however once inside it looked much better. Greeted early hours of the morning with meals waiting if you required one

I like the area is very convenient to the beach ,restaurants .

The Main pool looks very nice and inviting but I havent tried it yet because its too cold at the moment and I'm a chicken on low temperatures. Not all Norwegians are vikings

Our family had the most magical Christmas stay at this wonderful family hotel. From the moment we arrived, the festive decorations, twinkling lights, and warm atmosphere made us feel truly in the holiday spirit

This place is truly amazing clean the staff is first class very attentive to your every need family atmosphere perfectly located beach 3 mins walk from the beach and all the the shops are literally on you doorstep truly was a great experience

Great sunsets , quiet, good service. Across the road on the way to the sea there is a Turk named Suleyman, it is located on the red sofas on the street

The rooms were cozy, clean, and perfectly set up for families, making it easy to relax after busy days. Breakfasts were delicious and festive, with plenty of choices for all ages

In addition, 3 different meats are cooked and served every evening in the restaurant. Our favorite part of the hotel is that the restaurant is on the top floor and you can enjoy your meal against the sea view

My husband and I stayed at the Big Blue Sky hotel at the end of May and beginning of June. The hotel is good and close to the beach (you just need to cross a busy street)

There is a snack bar that makes pancakes during the day for snacks and there is also a Turkish night every Thursday and you can definitely spend a Thursday here and taste good food and you can also experience international cuisine every week

We had a wonderful stay at Big Blue Hotel. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the town, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was great for both children and adults

This was my first time in Turkey and I absolutely loved the experience with Big Blue Suite Hotel! The views from the room is majestic, especially in the night! No tea/ coffee facility in the room. Extra charge to use loungers and parasol on the beach 100TL per item. There is no free beach bar either 80TL for coffee. Food is very sad, especially meat (very dry)

Gardenia Hotel in Alanya truly exceeded all my expectations – I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone

The hotel is cozy, close to the sea (just cross the road), a large paid beach (but this is only an advantage, because the price is low and there are many available sun beds), the staff speaks Russian-English-German, the food is delicious, the restaurant has a wonderful panoramic view

The pool area was also very nice, and there were plenty of sunbeds to relax on. I really enjoyed the calm and friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Gardenia Hotel to anyone visiting Alanya!

The location is just perfect: only a few steps away from the beach and also within walking distance of the city center, so you can enjoy both the sea and the local buzz without needing a car

The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button

Had the best time staying here, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, any problem they were more than happy to help with! The animation team (Ahmed, Muhammet, eren) were absolutely amazing and put on the best shows every night, could not recommend enough

Alanya city center is a 15-minute bus ride from the bus stop, which is a short walk from the hotel. The internet at the hotel is good, and we were able to work remotely via video conference

We are big fans of Otel Bouleward. We have been there 5 times now. It is a fantastic adult hotel, with a fantastic location close to town and beach and with the sweetest and most smiling staff

On the beach sunbeds and parasols, beach sand and pebble. On the beach there is a bar (non-alcoholic) tea, juice, water. Small 4* hotel (although in my opinion it's 3*) quiet, comfortable retired at the time

Nice hotel in good location of Alayna! Extra close to beach, bazar and lots of restaurants. The rooms are small and not so new, but enough if you going to enjoy Turkey, not sit in hotel whole time

Cleaning service coming everyday to change towels and organize room. We got a room with view on pool, close to every part of hotel

sometimes there was dropping water out of the AC right on my head in the bed, but i am sure if i had told them they would do something about it, which i did not so its probably my fault

Also the bathroom stank sometimes, but nothing bad. And one more thing was that there was really hot in dininig room sometimes. But despite that we really fell in love with this hotel

Was not worth that money I spent on that. Wi-Fi in the room was totally crap. Only place to have ok Wi-Fi was in the lobby. Pool is in the shade and water was really cold. I never saw somebody using this pool area

Kleopatra beach is very close, maximum 5 minutes away from the hotel, with fine pebbles, the most beautiful beach in Turkey. An umbrella and 2 sunbeds cost 6 euros at the hotel beach

Great location, everything is near. To the beach is only 3 min walk. Beach chair cost 100 liras, same was the umbrella. Same to the cable car, 3 min walk, witch I really recommend

I got massage and Turkish bath and it was very good. Mr Kadir was very professional. The beach had so much stone but pool was good. The staff were good and friendly. We spended 4 nice days on there

So basically if it was not for food poisoning, I would just say it is decent but staff at the reception, pool bar, next to indoor pool really need to improve and act their job with some smile, better responding style

Just stayed here over xmas with my friend in 2 rooms. Id already read reviews so was awre of good and bad points already on here. It is true that i guess it well located near beach some shops and restaurants

I spoke with other guests who said he was selling excursions. I didnt visit for excursions and if i was id shop around to buy so didnt go back. Other spoke of this reps rudeness to them and the next day witnessed it

We arrived late tired and were given out of hours food basic but welcome. The food overall i found good. It was nice to eat varied foods with different options daily. My friend however missed usual diet from uk

HOWEVER!! We were disapointed in with some things. Already we had read reviews about noise issues already. Ok thin walls maybe unsolvable but noise on marble floors with other guests moving furniture not been addressed

My tv never worked in room wasnt there to watch tv so wasnt bothered. Cleaners were very friendly and cleaned room well when wanted. This is not a plush hotel but good enough for what we wanted at a good price

Our main criticism though aswell as others we spoke to was the rude abrupt attitude from the HOLIDAY REP. Almost 24 hr journey and first day letter posted under room door to say we must attend a meeting 10am

Food less wuality than last year

My room: the bed is super comfy, the shower is a dream we have 2 tvs that we have not used so can't speak on them, air-conditioning in room and working

The hotel is newly renovated and fresh, the food was good and varied and there is a varied selection of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages that are completely free for all inclusive guests (no limits at all!)

Charging extra for a safe storage is a little faux-pas. The breakfast during the off-season was very limited. The hotel itself was very quiet inside though. They only gave us a single card for the room

The hotel is located close to the city center, so you can take a stroll in the evening. The street is noisy, so a room facing the courtyard is preferable (there's a pool there, but it's quieter)
