So, don't trust the service staff. You can rent the safe in your room for the day; otherwise, they don't take responsibility for lost items. The hotel has a beach, but there's a charge for sun loungers and umbrellas

Our room was supposed to be an apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Well, it was, but the view was blocked by a large conifer. The cleaning was good in our apartment

The pool isn't allowed after 7:00 PM. When I returned the day I checked out and told them I forgot my charger, they weren't very attentive. After I insisted, they called someone to ask and said it wasn't in my room

When we checked in, they gave us a room in a different building. It still belongs to the hotel, but it seems like it was added later. The hotel waiters are friendly and understanding, and the food is decent

The room was dirty and the curtains were partially hanging off the curtain rod. The food was quite good but unfortunately cold

The hotel has a good location, about a 15-minute walk from the city center or €4 by taxi (€6–7 in the evenings)

We stayed in Seastar for 6 night. Food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every evening there were different activities for kids and adults. Women only pool was clean, sea was wonderful

The hotel is good for its location, it is located near the center of Alanya and next to the Cleopatra beach. The hotel has its own private beach with free sunbeds

This is an advantage of the hotel, since it has its own free sun loungers. The entrance to the sea in this part is not very good, but there are diggers, it is better to enter them. Cleaning in the rooms is average

Wasa hotel is just in the center of Alanya. Nice to walk in the evening in the center. It's very close to the famous Cleopatra beach and hotel has got its own space. Reception and management is good

This is not my first time visiting this hotel. The rooms are different, depending on your luck. I was lucky that nothing broke. The light bulb burned out - while I was at sea - they changed it

Everything is in working order. Soundproofing, like in all hotels, you can talk through the wall with your neighbors. But I did not sit in the hotel, I was on the beach all the time

100% worth the money. Silent, cheap place to sleep near the beach with conditioner. Cleanness is not on the top, but at least towels are changed every day. Breakfast is boring but standard.

The cleaning is quick - but also too quick. Doesn't remove old dirt and rubbish from former guests under the beds. But the staff is super friendly and helpful - they are very competent and make good Cocktails

No hot water in bathroom 90% of the time. The breakfast buffet is very limited and doesn't offer water - you have to buy. The rooms are very small and in need of renovation (too small for an extra bed)

Stayed there for a week in the middle of June. Two minute walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops selling anything you might need. The food was really good, as was the open bar

The rooms had a wardrobe, bedside tables, a mini-fridge, and a TV, though all channels but one were Turkish. As the hotel is technically 3 stars, the beach chairs were 5 dollars a day

There is a cafe nearby where people relax all night and sing songs loudly, making it impossible to sleep. The maid is simply making the bed. stones and sand in the room are removed only after you leave the room.

The food is really good and served hot unlike when you eat out at other restaurants with lots of people. I will definitely come back to this hotel

Excellent value for money, clean, tidy, great and friendly staff and the location is great being very close to the beach and the city centre. The food is first class in both quality and choice

I do agree with other reviews that the pool area is somewhat limited regarding sunshine but like I say, great value for money

Not a problem in itself, but do not sell them as rooms with a sea view. For the rest, the hotel's location is very good, close to the shops and the beautiful Kleopatra beach

Hatipoglu renovated The hotel was renovated throughout, clean and the food was tasty. The second bed was in the middle of the room, but it was already the end of the tourist season

Very good price-quality ratio. However, we requested a room with a sea view and paid extra for it, but did not receive it. The trees in the street are so high that you have to be on the fifth floor to see the sea

I really liked the hotel! There are practically no Russians. The staff doesn’t speak Russian, except for the girl at the reception. The staff is polite and smiling

Hotel has own beach bar with soft drinks n food while u stay at beach. Location good just 10 mins to Alanya by bus. Very sad had to leave and definitely revisit soon. Well worth it for price I paid

Nice hotel 7-10 mins from the beach which is in line with the price of the accommodation. ******* has it listed as a 4 star hotel, but it is 3 star as stated in the hotel

The atmosphere was first class. Special mentions for Umit and his wonderful, wonderful massage. He found and addressed some issues with my wife that her normal team of medical professionals at home never spotted

Sometimes they can be a real PITA if you just want to chill, but at Hotel Yetkin they got the balance just right. Always smiley and friendly and perfectly happy to leave us alone to do our own thing, Fabulous

Mr Yetkin himself would wander about and speak to the guests at mealtimes. He must be in his 80s and his vision for the hotel has certainly been fulfilled. The animation team were bang on the money as well

Breakfast is repeated and the dinner side dishes are always the same, but the main course changes depending on the breakfast

The furniture is a bit outdated, but overall everything was good. The room was spacious with a balcony and a small drying rack — very convenient for drying clothes. The pool was a good size and never too crowded

I loved the hotel. It is so close to the Kleopatra beach and to many destinations. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. They have breakfast and dinner. The view up is nice.

there’s no pool at the hotel so if you are wanting to go the beach when you have checked out you have to ask to pay to use the shower at the spa. Breakfast is very basic not much for choice for food and tea and coffee

Overall we had a nice family holiday but would book at alternative hotel that has a pool so we can use showers once checked out following going to the beach

The shops and restaurants and supermarket are all within walking distance and the beach, you also pay for beach chairs between 4 or 5 euros depending on who h beach restaurant you go too

Absolutely stunning location great hotel staff very friendly rooms cleaned everyday fresh towels everyday bed sheets changed every three days but if you leave a sticker on your pillow the woman will change everyday up to you

Location perfect, atmosphere too 👍😁, rooms are not big BUT very good furnished, lots of places to put ur things. Cleaning is ok, we loved it here will come back.

So if you want a clean hotel and plan on eating and drinking elsewhere and don't want to use the sunbeds or pool then this would be the perfect hotel however if you are coming with kids and want to spend a day at the hotel or sunbathe and don't want to spend money on food and drinks then this hotel is definitely not for you

As for the area, it was very close to the beach, but be careful as we both badly hurt our feet at cleopatra beach as the rocks are very sharp, however the OCCO beach club nearby was amazing and cheap with clean pool water,DJ and sun bed service

Be careful with these places, as they will try to charge you way more than the original price and if you decide you don’t want to buy anything they may start to get aggressive. *photos of beach and beach pool club

Good hotel, excellent location, in center, near bars, restaurants and clubs so it is recommended for young people. Food choice needs a bit of improvement but it was fresh and very tasty. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach

We were very happy with this hotel. The staff was really friendly. The food was good for the cheap price, There was something new to eat Evert day. Very central hotel near Town and cleopatra beach

The 2nd beach was fine but was not nearly as popular and was near the party boat docks. There is lots of shops and restaurants around

In terms of the location, as i’ve mentioned above it’s really great. Close to the beach (about 300m or a five minute walk) and located on a busy tourist market street with shops selling souvenirs, clothes etc

However, there is an outside pool as well with a bar right next to it which is 24/7. Staff are always available at the bar at anytime of the day if you wish to have a beverage

We paid about €400 for 7 nights towards the end of the summer season. This price was for 2 people so if you calculate each night for one person would cost about €28

The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are always clean and have clean towels every single day. No problems at all with the shower; if you want to shower with hot water you’ve got it

The hotel also has a spa and indoor pool as well as massage services(all at cost except the pool). The indoor pool is only available for a few hours each day

Considering the fact that hotel is 4 stars and its location 28. 5 euros for one night is actually extremely cheap and affordable. Even with the €10 internet charge for a week the total still comes to about €30 a night

Later, they were conducting renovations through the hotel brought on at that time by city construction work outside so their scheduling was out of their control and I was able to be refunded the remaining 2 days very pleasantly

I was double booked elsewhere by mistake and asked if I could cancel and receive a refund which was refused which might seem unfair but that was a term of the contract so they were right to be able to do that

They said there was free parking. But it was a lie. There is no parking space. I warned them. But they didn't care and it was very noisy.

Small pool but always managed to get a sunbed for the day after going down around 9 o'clock for breakfast. The Kandelor made our first all inclusive holiday together absolutely amazing

Our cleaner lady exceeded any service we experienced even in 5* hotels! The food was always fresh and plenty to choose from, kebab was extraordinary! Breakfast could improve a little but overall was ok

The service is quick and makes no mistakes, food is delicious, the chef is super nice and always bringing good energy, the pool is very nice, rooms are always clean and neat, the location is also perfect because its in the center and very close to the beach

The hotel does not have its own territory or swimming pool; it is a city hotel, but in the very center of events and very close to the beach. Even to the Red Tower on the other side of the mountain it’s a 20-minute walk

I stayed in this hotel for a week in the end of June 2025, I arrived from Sweden. Location was absolutely the best, close to my favorite beach nr 1 (I’ve been to Alanya many times)

Location is amazing,near Kale and Kleopatrabeach so you can walk with swimsuit there if want

Nearby is a great Migros store where you can buy whatever you need for local prices. The only minus was a weak AC, you pay extra for it and it does take at least an hour to cool the entire room

But all in all I loved my holiday, such a cool nice place, thank you to all the staff and I hope that the little Coal (hotel black kitten, I think in Turkish her name is Kömür) is doing well!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and the city center, so in this regard it is convenient

I would like to thank Gökhan and Laura first of all, they create comfort with their presence, when you get to this hotel you plunge into the care of these workers, they will do everything possible for you and even more, everywhere we pay for the service, but there is no such attitude towards customers nowhere

The room with sea view and balcony was so beutiful and I loved the music from the beach/pool club outside. The pool-area attached to the hotel had over class service, beautiful beach and great food and drinks

My room was on the 4th floor, it has an amazing sea view, but it doesn't fit 2 people, it is small, couldn't place big bags, but overall it was clean and nice
