Excellent hotel, friendly owner who upgraded our room for no reason. Quiet, central location, views, excellent breakfast. The room has everything you need and the atmosphere is very pleasant

The transfer that I ultimately chose did not have the option of paying by card, but here it can be accepted due to its significantly lower price

Location is perfect, not too far from centre but close enough. There is a motorway front of hotel but noise don’t bother if your room is on seaside. Free sun-beds on the beach and beach is just front of the hotel

We had a wonderful family holiday at Floria Beach Hotel in Alanya. I took my parents for some rest and relaxation, and the hotel was a perfect choice

The beach is very clean, much better than other nearby hotels, with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. There’s also a gym for active guests, and the hotel is located in a quieter area, perfect for full relaxation

Nice hotel, lovely food we stayed half board. Friendly staff especially Ali, he couldn’t do enough for us. Beach was just outside the hotel! Lots of shopping and all open late

Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the rooms are excellent value and cleaned daily the food is excellent too a very nice place to stay right next to the main kleopatra beach great value for money it's not 5 star but it is very good for the price you pay I would come again definitely

The location is very central, right by Kleopatra beach at the base of the cable car up to the castle, near the Tourist Office, Alanya Archeological Museum and Damlatas Cave

With this price level its very good.

This is a basic hotel that is good value for money, but not luxurious. The economy room was clean and comfortable, no balcony, chair, table and desk inside. The bathroom had shower, toilet and sink, all worked fine

The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good: cereal, milk, boiled eggs, Turkish cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, salads, oranges, apples, bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee. WiFi is good but no downloads

The Personal was very kind and always tried to help. That they have a beachticket included is awsome and the according beach nr 6 is very nice to visit and swim in too. I dont have any complains at all. Will come back

they provide breakfast,very nice location 20 meters taxi station,100 meters to the beach just across the main road,the hotel has an elevator and a very comfortable lobby room

Not far from the harbor park and a place to ride the cruise. I like the atmosphere of this hotel to be very quiet, especially in the swimming pool they are very clean and calming. I will come back to stay here

Toilet does not work when you wash, and we didn’t have any thing in the room like glas to drink and the room doesn’t have refrigerator, but the location is perfect and fantastic, near the beach and center.

An historic small hotel perched on a very steep hill with spectacular views of the harbour, Red tower fortification and distant beach shoreline! All of the staff here were super helpful and friendly and welcoming

We had a wonderfull stay at Hotel Villa Turka with a team that is there at any time of the day to host and help with anything we needed! I would strongly recommend the place Big choice and delicious food for the breakfast I would definitely recomended and we will come back sometimes most probably

We did notice on the busiest mornings that some popular items were a little slow to be replenished due to very hungry guests, but the staff were clearly doing their utmost

The very center of Alanya, a small area on the FIRST COASTLINE, which is a RARITY in Alanya, restaurant service right to the sun loungers - ANOTHER RARITY! I chose this place because of its the perfect location, waking up with a sea view - that's the kind of room I booked for myself

I have known this place for many years, from when it first opened, and it truly was one of the best restaurant. I perfectly understood what the hotel grounds and beach area were like, and everything suited me

The men are absolute predators and make women feel very unsafe therefore please take this into consideration before booking. Other than that the pool is Lovely, and the beach is nice but the walk there is not

The food is Turkish, fresh salads, mixture of different choices every night Fresh bread with every meal. Desserts look and taste delicious. This is not a fast food restaurant no pizza, no burgers and chips

We arrived at midnight so we're not overly aware where we were. The room is cleaned daily and is spotless. The reception staff are friendly and very happy to help

I must stress how brilliant the staff were helpful friendly in every way particularly the young lady on reception. The Turkish bath experiance costs extra but is sooo worth it!! We would visit again without concern

Budget hotel just 5 min walk to Kleopatra Beach, IMHO the best beach on all Antalya coast.

The hotel has an excellent location, few metres from the beach and close to the city center and the bazar. The hotel and its rooms are a bit "tired" bit tired. AC and fridge was brand new and worked perfectly

A little bit rough hotel, but for the price not that bad. You can have a massage and turkish bath in the same building, which is a plus. Very close to the beach and the cable track to Alanya castle.

The pool area is great between 1pm and 4pm. The breakfast is not something you look forward to though. Dry bread, watered down, Apple juice and stale cereal with Luke warm milk

The accommodation was very old and the breakfast was awful. It consisted of olives, cheese, parsley, and hard-boiled eggs. The bread was served in large plastic bags, which looked the same for a week

Small swimming pool just for summer get a little cold down. In December not a lot people breakfast this same everyday. You need to pay extra for air-conditioning in winter to heat up room(don't know how in summer)

Found miss cleopatra hotel ideal. Good location close to beach and shopping marts Also very economical. Place had good breakfast staff were very polite. Place was clean. Stayed 4 nights. Would stay again

The room is cleaned every day, you get new towels every day, the cleaners are very nice, one day they cleaned while we were not in the room and when we came back from the beach an elephant made of towels was waiting for us, it was so cute

Cleopatra Beach is a 2-minute walk from the hotel and is beautiful

We had breakfast included in the price, the food was excellent, every day we had boiled eggs, salads, three types of olives, various types of cheese, bread, watermelon, pears, strawberry and cherry jam, chocolate cream, corn flex, biscuits, milk, and on different days there were omelettes, sausages, mushrooms, cheese rolls, potatoes and French fries

But we would especially single out Ayhan who welcomed us, talked to us every day, socialized with us, helped us with everything, that man knows absolutely everything and does 5 jobs in one, he is always smiling, in the mood for a story, and does his best to make you feel at home

I really liked the staff of the hotel Mehmet, Ayhan, Emre, Can, they work like bees, they are very friendly and attentive, they created a pleasant atmosphere, the hotel is located very close to the sea on the best Kleopatra beach, delicious dinners, the staff constantly cleans the room, we were pleasantly surprised and we can recommend this hotel for a holiday

Ive been to this hotel twice but seriously they have improved a lot . First time was hell then they gave me a complementary stay and its like a new place, plus it is 100m away from the sea.

The restaurant manager is very nice and helpful. Everything is close, the beach is across the street. I recommend it

We had a really comfortable stay at Wien Star Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, WiFi in the room and the shower was powerful and wonderfully hot

Here are the things that in our opinion are negative at the hotel: No pool, boring breakfast with limited selection of bread, meat, jam, juice etc

We must praise the housekeeper Ajse — the bedding and towels were changed regularly, and the hygiene was at a high level. The food in the restaurant was delicious and diverse, and the kitchen staff was very hospitable

In Turkey it were our first visit and we choose hotel CELINE with KLEOPATRA beach. Excellent hotel, quiet, friendly, clean, with very nice view, very delicious meal, perfect staff -＞ very heart and everything worked

You can sit in the lobby enjoying a beverage watching the paragliders landing to the beach which is like 30 meters from the hotel. Overall a great stay, will absolutely come here again

Everything is in walking distance shops, mini supermarket, beach is across the road but please be careful NOT to send your children across that road by themselves, they just honk, you also need water socks for the beach as the sand is like lava in August, overall I’m very pleased with the service I received at this hotel

On arival, checkin was easy. The receptionist was very pleasant. The Hotel is in a great location. .The rooms although ɓasid were adequate.

It was on the 4th floor without an elevator and with a very narrow staircase. No help was offered with the heavy luggage. The personnel were only nice to German guests, which were the majority

The Hotel is middle class hotel with clean and good service. Here is the main problem with its beach. It is rocky and not comfortable at all.

The pool then shut for rest of the day and it was inconvenient to then move and go elsewhere with no sunbeds left etc on the island. When talking to guest relations about it, they didn’t really care

- constant people walking around trying to sell cocktails, tattoos, restaurant bookings, strawberry’s, spa etc not very relaxing or expected at all inclusive - the pool closed on 4 separate occasions due to people pooing in the pool

We went back to the room earlier than planned on our last day due to pool closing and they wouldn’t refund the late check out we had paid for
