In winter, both the restaurant and reception area are cold. The air conditioning in the room kept us warm. We booked a room with dinner included, and the hotel website said dinner was served until 9:30 PM. However, when we arrived at 8:20 PM, dinner was already over. We have just returned from a fabulous week at the hotel. The downsides are that need more cleaning and stocking of toilets. Often no toilet roll and not kept clean. Lots of waiting to be served in the lobby bar as staff ignored us on occasions. Poor labelling of food. went for 3 weeks the hotel was lovely staff were great and very hard workers , food was ok always something to eat , maybe could have had a bit more entertainment , would definitely go back as I was made to feel like family , made a lot of friends. you must try the massage at mehmets spa and sauna, also the hairdresser does a good job and a great pedicure , theres a great barman that looks a lot like...

The hospitality and great service is unmatched. I was very delighted to stay at this hotel with all the stores and beautiful Kleopatra beach nearby. So a very good spot for the hotel. Can’t forget the many entertainments provided and the indoor and outdoor pools.

Lukewarm food, little variety. Beds uncomfortable. Hotel is old. Staff friendly.

Fantastic spa experience ! Thank you so much ! Only open until 8pm. Secure locker. Smaller with only 4 single massage rooms but excellent value for money for sauna, bath, facial, relax & tea, 30 min massage. Being round the corner from my hotel meant didn’t have to wait for a lengthy transfer as you do for the bigger spas. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing time thanks to the wonderful staff. Great place for the kids. Right next to the beach. Rooms were clean and the food was delicious. We were given a tour of an amazing room full of antiques. If you visit ask the manager for a tour of the antiques collection. You will take a journey to the past.

Everything is top notch, I was in this hotel before, the food was much better than last time and the pool was made better than before. Of the fours, the best is the only downside is being at the end of Cleopatra Beach

A small coasy clean Hotel suitabale for calm rest. There is Cleopatra beach and nice paths to go for a walk nearby. The staff is very friendly and responsible. Thanks for the hotel manager ❤️and his helper Murat ❤️ and friendly staff. Recommend to visit the Spa centre in this hotel. Thanks to the Chef of the Spa centre Zeki for wonderful procedures. We are going to come back from Lithuania‼️🏖️
