The good comment first: the staff had five star level. But otherwise the hotel is not at this level. Food was more than enough but the quality and diversity just so so. Our stay was amazing! My mom had a birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond making her day very special with flowers, fruits and wine in the room, ending her day with beautiful fireworks and celebrations at dinner. Robust entertainment and fitness offerings, beautiful location right on the beach and luxurious green gardens. Food is amazing, feels just like home away from home!

The hotel is definitely worth recommending. There's a wonderful daily show with various bands performing. The entertainment was also provided by the exceptional entertainer Sabir, always smiling and helpful! The hotel also enjoys a good reputation for cleanliness, courteous and diligent service, and delicious food.

Great hotel. Rooms are small, but they ae clean, stuff is great. Food is amazing, drinks an bar also. beach is very near the hotel, and it is nice. There is program at nights, it is little loud so maybe not suitable for the babies. Pools are great. My recommendation.

I think staff was changed this year because this was the best experience I have ever had . our room get cleaned everyday, restaurant crew was soo kind. I LITERALLY LOVED IT DUE TO STAFF. But their DJ was the worst. He played same songs in same queue for six days LOL. If they fire their DJ I'm sure the hotel will be its best version of itself

the hotel is not more than 4 star. great problems with the staff at the lobby and cleaners. do their work very badly. the kitchen is small, but enough food, delicious. bartenders are very good, do a lot of cocktails. the sea is excellent, the beach is normal. hotel is small, quiet, cozy. good swimming pools. for this money hotel is quite normal.
