Our stay was amazing! My mom had a birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond making her day very special with flowers, fruits and wine in the room, ending her day with beautiful fireworks and celebrations at dinner. Robust entertainment and fitness offerings, beautiful location right on the beach and luxurious green gardens. Food is amazing, feels just like home away from home!

I think staff was changed this year because this was the best experience I have ever had . our room get cleaned everyday, restaurant crew was soo kind. I LITERALLY LOVED IT DUE TO STAFF. But their DJ was the worst. He played same songs in same queue for six days LOL. If they fire their DJ I'm sure the hotel will be its best version of itself

Well. All inclusive. Food? Repeat itself every day. Boring after a few days. Had a lot of problems with cas and chickens fighting for the food... 😃 A lot of rude guests, mainly Russians. I was in worst hotels also. Rooms are old, bathrooms non renovated. Had to fix toilet myself. 😃 But it not so bad. They clean room every two days. The crew is working non stop to help guests. Its not 4-stars hotel

Very good music is being made. especially the bouzouki and saxophone player made us very happy. we have never seen such live music in any hotel. That musician's name is "Hakan". He is a very gentle and respectful, charismatic person. He even played the saxophone at lunch. we felt very special. When we walked into the room,our balcony door wouldn’t lock and we told them and they apparently “fixed” it yet then the door worked backwards so it would actually lock yet the door wouldn’t close unless it was locked, furthermore,the handles of our bathroom door got would get out of their places and we told them to fix that too yet every time they came by and “fixed” it,the door handles would break...

The lack of internet service in the rooms, the lack of services like night soup, the inadequacy of the restaurant and lobby, and the lack of anything but a belly dancer on the Turkish night program are not pleasant. The staff, including cleaning staff, are all excellent.

I recommend it to all Romanians and I would like to tell you that May is ideal for a holiday with children! Sun 22-29 degrees. Clean pool, perfect food even for 2 year olds! I was very happy overall with my stay at Havana Hotel for 5 nights with my girlfriend. Clean rooms, clean hotel in general, good-sized pool, friendly staff, perfect location, and really delicious food, kitchen sitting area is big. There is spa in the hotel with the famous Turkish bath and massage. Highly recommend Hotel Havana. Might be visiting again this place very soon.

We booked a twin room which comes with queen and single beds and there is a balcony facing the pool. The view is good and with laundry lines for us the hang clothes or towels etc. The beds are alright but the blanket provided is quite thin. We vacationed here during our first visit to Turkey. It was in August 2014. Although the owner is a bit arrogant and has a certain air of arrogance, I can't say anything bad about the hotel. It's a quite specific place to spend time in. I can't say anything unpleasent about services - food made happy all the time, the yards were neatly cleaned, the room furnished properly with necessities and with no any preciosity. This is an awesome hotel to stay in. The rooms are well sized and neat. The breakfast and supper is sumptous will both being a large spread. Water and some drinks are available free 25hrs. Location is great with a private beach about 200m away. The only negative is no free wifi and some of the reception staff do not speak English and have poor hospitality education.

The major positive of this hotel is its location - a stones throw from the pebble beach across a small pedestrian path and straight into a clear turquoise sea (be aware though that it shelves steeply, so caution is needed if visiting with children). I generally had a great stay at Viking Nona Beach Hotel. A verity of food, attention to make the dinners special with so called gala nights with live music and even a belly dancer performance. The rooms are clean with every-day cleaning service. Why I give one star less is because although the staff is kind, no one except the manager speaks English, so it was quite hard to communicate basic things...
