When we walked into the room,our balcony door wouldn’t lock and we told them and they apparently “fixed” it yet then the door worked backwards so it would actually lock yet the door wouldn’t close unless it was locked, furthermore,the handles of our bathroom door got would get out of their places and we told them to fix that too yet every time they came by and “fixed” it,the door handles would break...

The lack of internet service in the rooms, the lack of services like night soup, the inadequacy of the restaurant and lobby, and the lack of anything but a belly dancer on the Turkish night program are not pleasant. The staff, including cleaning staff, are all excellent.

I recommend it to all Romanians and I would like to tell you that May is ideal for a holiday with children! Sun 22-29 degrees. Clean pool, perfect food even for 2 year olds! Drinks: gin, bars, wine, vodka, pepsi, fanta sprite.. water and coffee.. beef, lamb, all vegetables and cream soups, all cheeses, all salads, rice of many kinds... The rooms are a bit smaller than expected for the money you are paying. And the air conditioning is central and all the rooms air conditioning shuts down about 1 - 2 am in the morning when you are trying to sleep when it is close to 100 degrees f or 37c . Really fun experience we are so happy with the decision we made on going to this hotel I really recommend staying here. I was very happy overall with my stay at Havana Hotel for 5 nights with my girlfriend. Clean rooms, clean hotel in general, good-sized pool, friendly staff, perfect location, and really delicious food, kitchen sitting area is big. There is spa in the hotel with the famous Turkish bath and massage. Highly recommend Hotel Havana. Might be visiting again this place very soon.

We booked a twin room which comes with queen and single beds and there is a balcony facing the pool. The view is good and with laundry lines for us the hang clothes or towels etc. The beds are alright but the blanket provided is quite thin. This is an awesome hotel to stay in. The rooms are well sized and neat. The breakfast and supper is sumptous will both being a large spread. Water and some drinks are available free 25hrs. Location is great with a private beach about 200m away. The only negative is no free wifi and some of the reception staff do not speak English and have poor hospitality education.
