I stayed at Gulf Inn Hotel Al Nasr with my husband for our holiday in Dubai, and the experience was very disappointing. We booked for two people, but the room had only one bath towel and no dental kit, even though these were clearly mentioned in the booking. We had to request an extra towel three times before it was finally given to us, which shows very poor service.

Housekeeping was also unacceptable
they didn’t even bother to remove the used food packages we had kept out. Overall, the service quality and attention to guest needs were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the price or the rating shown online.

The hotel is simple in the entrance and the staff was nice in the whole. I am a regular guest there for my business trip mostly in a weekly basis most of my selections is such hotels for simplicity and price-wise as well
I am always requesting a quiet room away of noise even the view might be blocked by neighboring buildings. last time I tkk a room which was so near to night club and the night was so terrible, but upon I complained the staff had changed my room in just 10 minutes evenif it was 02:00 am

Overall, my experience is highly disappointing. For a supposed 4-star establishment, the lack of amenities but staffs tried their best to assit,eventhough they couldnt fully resolve our ussues. We had multiple issues with A/C and wifi, Poor and low grade breakfast buffet, indifferent service, and noisy environment fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable family stay.

Very comfortable hotel. Just like in the picture. Service and cleanliness are excellent. The receptioniat is very friendly. Not too far metro station so it's easy to go anywhere. Reasonably priced. Hot water and AC worked well.
