We had a great stay at DAMAC Maison Mall Street overall.

The location is great. Right near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, which made getting around easy and saved a lot of time. Perfect base for exploring and heading out on foot rather than jumping in taxis all day.

Service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful from check in through to check out. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and with a good attitude, which always makes a difference.

Rooms were comfortable and well set up. Clean and spacious, but a few small touches would lift it from very good to excellent. Nothing that ruined the stay, just details.

Overall, a solid choice if you want great service and an unbeatable location. We’d happily stay again.

Location was great but the service and amenities were not up to the mark - we didn’t get any help with the luggage and the room only had super hot water coming out of all taps, no normal/ cold water.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a modern design and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout — everything was spotless every day, and any requests were handled promptly. The staff was nice and helped in every things thanks mr samer and mehran. The gym was impressive, equipped with a good variety of machines and kept in excellent condition. I also appreciated the other facilities in the hotel, including the pool and spa area — perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from Damac Maison Mall Street are simply stunning! But it's not just the view that impressed - the front desk receptionist was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The bell boy and valet team were also efficient and courteous, taking care of my luggage and parking needs. The night shift security team was also top-notch, from the supervisor to the gentleman by the door, everyone was courteous and professional.

The rooms are well-appointed, and the 24/7 room service was a game-changer - delicious food delivered right to my door whenever I wanted it! The pool area is perfect for relaxation, and the kids pool is a great touch for families. Plus, the 24/7 gym meant I could stay active whenever the mood struck.

The food and restaurant options are also fantastic, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property are truly impressive.

And the cherry on top? Dubai Mall is just a short walk away, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options. A perfect location, exceptional service, and stunning views - what more could you ask for? Highly recommended

The location is unbeatable — just a short walk with direct access to Dubai Mall, making it so easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and the beautiful fountain shows. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Oh my gosh, my stay was absolutely fantastic! I absolutely loved my room—it had the most incredible city view, a separate bedroom, a lovely living area, and even a fully equipped kitchen that I didn’t get to use. It was just so well-appointed and comfortable. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Oh, and guess what? My room was right next door to the Shoppers Paradise Dubai Mall. You can’t ask for a better location! Overall, I had an amazing stay, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The only disappointment was the pool being services during my stay.

Came to Dubai for 2 days from Canada🇨🇦. Awesome experience at the Damac Maison Mall Street Hotel Apartments! Stayed on September 30. To start with, I wasn’t expecting a full sized apartment with 2 bathrooms for myself!! Extremely clean, staff took care of luggage as soon as I walked in. Great price for such a beautiful hotel. Located in downtown core, 1 minute walk to get to Dubai Mall and you can access all other major attractions from the mall without stepping out in the sun. That includes the aquarium, burj khalifa, underwater zoo, waterfalls, fountain and much more! Skydiving is a 30 minute drive and DXB about the same.
The manager, Saber, at the check in counter was unbelievably helpful and accommodating! I had an early morning flight so they were quite helpful with accommodating a late checkout free of charge. They also stored my luggage while I explored the city before my flight. All staff members are very attentive. Definitely coming back here again

We stayed here for 4 days.
It's a new luxury hotel in Dubai with well-furnished and comfortable rooms.
The pool is beautiful, huge, and very clean.
The staff is very kind and professional, they welcomed us very well and made us feel comfortable from the start.
Convenient location, it only takes a few minutes by taxi to reach the city's main points of interest.
Try the coffee you find in the room, it's delicious.
