This was by far the dirtiest and most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever experienced.

We booked a specific villa, but upon arrival we were given a completely different one. When I raised the issue and asked to be moved to the villa we had actually reserved, the manager simply said it wasn’t possible.

The only “compensation” offered was a one-hour late checkout, which was honestly insulting considering the situation, when checking was at 5:00pm.

The villa itself was in terrible condition. The furniture was old, worn out and dusty
, everything felt low quality, and the room was incredibly dusty and dirty. It was clear that proper cleaning had not been done before our arrival. Even after we complained, nothing meaningful was done to resolve the issues. WE HAD A LIZARD IN OUR ROOM AS WELL.

To make matters worse, we’re in the middle of the FIFA matches in 2026, yet the TVs don’t even support screen mirroring or casting. It’s unbelievable that a hotel in 2026 doesn’t offer such a basic feature.

The service was poor, the rooms were outdated and unhygienic, and the response from Mr.Islam Mohammad as manager was the most disappointing part of the experience.
Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer a fair solution, he dismissed our concerns and offered only a one-hour late checkout.

Don’t waste your money on this hotel. There are far better places to stay. This experience was disgusting, disappointing, and absolutely not worth the price.

Extremely disappointing stay. We paid approximately AED 3,000 for one night in a Royal Suite and spent most of our stay dealing with problems instead of enjoying the hotel.

The AC would not cool below 22°C. We complained from check-in until midnight, and maintenance visited our room 4 times with no improvement. We were eventually told that all Royal Suites have the same AC issue. The hotel’s solution was to bring two noisy portable AC units into the room, making it difficult to sleep.

To make matters worse, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for in-room breakfast to arrive. Despite all the inconvenience, the best compensation the hotel could offer was a late check-out and the same breakfast that took 90 minutes to arrive.

For a 5-star hotel, this is unacceptable. Selling premium suites with a known AC problem while charging premium rates is poor value for money. Unfortunately, we left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed and would not return.
