Excellent service from the hotel staff, reception and management. Very good location.

Basic amenities vs price. The toilet distribution is strange, without glass making a mess after shower. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast options are OK, but there aren't many. It includes vegetables, eggs, fruits and cheese. The location is great, near to the train station, museum of the future, Dubai Mall and etc.

This is a very good hotel with reasonable price. The best thing that stands out is the friendly and helpful staff. You feel very comfortable as the service is fast and clean. The gym and pool are basic but good as well. Breakfast is average. Overall, I had a very good stay there.

We stayed in Ibis for 2 nights. The hotel is good, rooms a bit old but cozy, have everything you need. We had first floor and windows looking to the garden. The location is 5 min walking distance from Insurance Company metro station which is so good. Area is also nice, there is mall and a lot of cafes. There is also Carrefour next to the hotel.

This hotel is in the old town, and while the surrounding area is a bit so-so, the hotel itself has been renovated, which makes it a bit better – at least the shower is decent. It's very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very old and worn, and it doesn’t feel hygienic. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent, I could hear bathroom noises from the neighboring room through the ventilation shaft as if they were in my own room.
