Room had all basic amenities, staff were friendly, and it’s close to the MRT. However, the room was quite dark, felt a bit old, and there was a strong cigarette smell in the lobby. Overall: 6/10.

The room was huge and conveniently located near the subway, but the breakfast was terrible. It was okay once or twice, but it was the same every day, and on the last day the pancakes were a bit spoiled, making it even more inedible.

Very close to Burjuman Metro Station and close to consulate area in Bur Dubai. We got a superb deal at very attractive prices. Rooms are spacious and comfy with good views. Breakfast is a bit expensive at hotel, however you have loads of Indian, mostly South Indian restaurants around if you like to have Indian food. Overall a great stay !

It's a decent location in Bur Dubai. From here you can get to Dubai Mall, airport, Deira, the creek, very easily. The staff service is ok, nothing spectacular. Overall, at this price, it is a good choice in Bur Dubai.

This hotel is such a great deal! The room rate is discounted and includes free airport shuttle. The environment is elegant and clean, the facilities are complete and easy to use, and Xiao Tang at the front desk is very friendly and attentive. It was a fantastic experience!

Service is poor, not well cleaned.

No toothbrush or toothpaste, no slippers, and the exhaust pipe outside room 207 was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Turning on the water heater caused all the wall sockets to trip. The Indian staff at the hotel reception were alright in terms of service.

The best thing about this hotel is its neighbourhood. The hotel is basic with no complementary water and tea coffee kit. Bit out dated in infra but will do if you are alone or on a business trip where you just need to sleep in the night.

We had a great time at Oaks Liwa Heights. Apartment was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary Appliances. The furnitures are older than they look pictures but it isn‘t a problem because they are kept clean. Service was great as well and a lot of options for Restaurants close to the Location. The hotel's location is excellent, but the hotel itself is old. The furniture is old but acceptable. The cleanliness level is good, but I hope they pay more attention, especially since the hotel is old and the furniture is wood, which is a good environment for insects.
