The ceilings are a bit low, the elevator is quite small, the balcony window doesn't close properly, and the decor is a bit dated.

Awesome experience. Staff was very quick, friendly and consistently went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Breakfast was great with mixed cuisine options which would cater to all groups. Also a special shoutout to the tour company who was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Will definitely come back :)

U will hear sound from the clubs inside ur room untill late night

The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean however more amenities need to be added like iron box and blow dryer.
They have additional activities like the sports bar and spa which were great if required.

The thermostat(room AC) wasn't working properly. It gets too cold we had two rooms it was too cold in both and didn't changed the temperature .
The food was great. We ordered lunch in room 👍 it was good. Breakfast also 👌👌

I booked Dubai Grand Hotel by Fortune through Agoda with a non-refundable option, but by mistake I had selected the wrong date. I was really worried since the booking was non-refundable, but the hotel team gave me excellent support.
