The room is great and the view is stunning! The service is excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. There's a tram stop nearby, making it easy to get around, and supermarkets and many cafes are also close by! We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we come back.

The hotel service is excellent, and they offer free valet parking. The location is great too; you can take a boat from downstairs to Al Seef for just 2 dirhams per person. It's also not far from the Gold Souk. During the day, taxi drivers are often reluctant to go there, but in the evening, after sunset, you can enjoy a pleasant walk there.

This is my second visit to The Retreat at Palm Jumeirah, which in itself says how much I enjoy my stay here. Each and every staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable and accommodating. The service was excellent. When checking in, the front desk staff told us which restaurants we could choose from, where breakfast was served, the times for everything, and the pool opening hours. They also provided a map and the operating hours for all the facilities.

The hotel is decent, quite large, and has water play areas. There are also many restaurants; you might want to try booking an all-inclusive room. I took the subway there, but it was a 10-minute walk from the subway exit, which I wouldn't recommend as there are many construction sites nearby. A taxi ride back cost a little over 100 yuan.
