The TV wasn't working properly. The washing machine was leaking and caused the door to get stuck. The staff couldn't fix it and didn't provide any explanation. Very disappointed. I won't be staying here again.

I stayed in the duplex room, the room is spacious and equipped with big kitchen! We can see Burj Al Arab from the window as well. I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service.
