Arrived with high expectations and was absolutely stunned by its beauty! The buggy and boat services were excellent. Make sure to hit the beach early, as it gets impossible to find a chair in the afternoon. As a lazy person, I wanted to book dinner to make things easier, but the process was surprisingly complicated. Luckily, Trip.com helped sort it out.

Overall a great visit. The resort is beautiful and the restaurants outstanding. We did have an issue at check in over the room category allocation which was eventually resolved. The service offered by our butlers, Shaima & Ronet was simply superb and could not be bettered which made our stay memorable.

We spent a full week in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf Dubai, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel service is excellent, and they offer free valet parking. The location is great too; you can take a boat from downstairs to Al Seef for just 2 dirhams per person. It's also not far from the Gold Souk. During the day, taxi drivers are often reluctant to go there, but in the evening, after sunset, you can enjoy a pleasant walk there.
