We enjoyed 5 nights in the kempinski hotel. However the hotel apartments do consist of quite dated room furniture. Very clean but not modern. Dubai is competitive with hotels so the overall hotel has a palace feel to it, they should definitely renovate bathrooms at least. All in all it was a good stay.

We are a family of 5 and enjoyed our room. Family room with private pool was our “home” for a week. Everything was so clean! Our housekeeping team Sadik, Lucy and Hafiz were a great value for us ✨ I really loved Villamore beach restaurant and food over there. Overall so happy with our stay and we will be coming back ☀️

This hotel was fantastic, from its location and service to the size of the rooms and even the breakfast. A pleasant aroma filled the air the moment I entered, and I loved the elegant interior design. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Stayed here over Christmas, and for a hotel of its kind, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, with lovely views of Dubai Creek. The hotel's front desk service was excellent. The hotel lobby is directly connected to the famous Dubai Mall, so you can access the mall right from inside the hotel. You can also walk through the mall from the hotel to the Burj Khalifa's ground floor shops, which takes about 10 minutes – it's very close. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic.

This is a hotel that’s absolutely not at luxury standard. At a good location but staff attitude (except for room staff) is bad. You can see the tall hotel across the highway and metro from Dubai Marina. As expected from the Taj brand, the hospitality is excellent. The clientele is predominantly Indian, but it's a brand new hotel that is very clean and luxurious.

Hotel is at a great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not get the Burj view room as I was travelling alone and the balcony was slightly noisy as it's facing the other side expressway. Luckily the windows were good and was able to block off all the noise from traffic.
