This hotel gave the worst experience ever in Dubai. I made a booking, paid in full. Even mentioned that I will be checking in late. When I arrived at the hotel, they denied check-in saying late check-in not allowed. I was not requesting early check-in, I was only arriving late. They were neither refunding nor offering check-in. The staff at the reception were extremely rude. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Pretty old interiors and Very poor services. No tea coffee. No flasks. No cups. No glasses. Every basic thingbis chargeable.Dirty seats and linen. Overall very poor.

The room was very dirty at my arrival and hotel wasn't comprehensive about the situation. There was no service and no one came to clean the room. There was no compensation given. It was over 100$ per night and there was no service at all. There were used cups and botteled water, towels everywhere and the bed was a mess. Complete disaster

Location of hotel is good, building construction was too old but maintained no bath tub, no tea / coffee / sugar begs but cattle is there, one day no water they put in room have to ask them for give me water so over all services related with comforts need more improvement mattress are not good

Terrible experience. The room was not clear and there was smell . The actual environment is poor. There was a night club in the hotel which operates until 3 AM and the music noise would come to your room as well. Pathetic experience.

Housekeeping tried to open the door right after 10 minutes of checked in and got inside room. While we were inside, and they literally opened the door even though we were screaming at them to stop and wait but still they opened the door and thank goodness there was a latch.
