Just a request to have better Quality of Bath Towels and to A Non Slippery Wet Mat in Shower Unit.
Otherwise Lovely Experience. Will recommend to families and friends.
The slow check-in is a negative. We showed up at the hotel at the time specified for check-in. We got one room right away, and for the other we had to wait 2 hours, which is unacceptable.
The breakfast food is varied, tasty. Sometimes food runs out, but it is replenished shortly.
The restaurant needs to have a little more seating.
In general, the hotel interior needs to be refreshed.
