Very nice hotel - large rooms with nice big bathtub. Traffic around the hotel is pretty awful.

Nice hotel, can't fault anything during our stay. In-between the W and Westin hotels, can use the facilities of both these hotels. Small waterpark which is also free to use.

It was very strange that upon arrival, the first thing they did at reception was try to upsell us to an upgraded room for an extra charge. We arrived at 3:30 PM, check-in was from 2:00 PM, and they showed us our standard room, which apparently hadn't been cleaned yet, offering us to wait or immediately take an upgraded room for an extra fee. It definitely left a bad taste. But overall, it was okay

The hotel is in a very good location and the entrance is great but the rooms are narrow and poorly organized and I really felt a bit disappointed and I did not wish the situation to be this bad. Hotel is at a great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not get the Burj view room as I was travelling alone and the balcony was slightly noisy as it's facing the other side expressway. Luckily the windows were good and was able to block off all the noise from traffic.
