Don’t know what’s going on here but, my recent experience was not that great especially, the phone network or reception service is terrible

good location in canary wharf. decent size room (standard double) with a bath tub. Wifi is just OK.
it's got an old skool look and feel, which is a little out of place in the area, but i like it .

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel.
The reception staff treat me nicely and the areas is safe and easy to walk around. The tube station is near by and being close to the water is nice.
The decor is a little old and tired but it is clean and is fine for a night or so.

We stayed in the no window room, as we were just sleeping in the hotel.its in a good location in Canary Warf. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet. The WiFi wasn't that fast.

Fantastic! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was excellent. The location is incredibly convenient: Tesco is just a short walk away, and the subway station is right across the street.

Don’t ever book the rooms without windows . I repeat don’t book those rooms. Those are not meant for humans to stay. Those rooms are extremely claustrophobic and you will die from suffocation.

Receptionist already warned us but we didn’t listen why she was repeatedly asking to upgrade. We paid extra to upgrade the room and finally settled with a nice room in 10th floor with amazing view.

Location , cleanliness are perfect for a memorable stay.

Air condition doesn’t work, room temperature reached 29 degrees. The problem wasn’t sorted and the only solution was to open a window which we couldn’t shut ourselves so had to be open all night.
Breakfast very poor choice and bad value for money.
Booked a double bed but there were two single beds put together.
Disappointed ☹️

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Technically not even a pizza. Just a biscuit topped with tomatoes. Desserts have italian names but aretotally different from original recipies. Mad prices. Nice atmosphere.

Food is lovely and the staff are very nice and helpful - giving suggestions of what to order and were patient when we took ages to decide. The tagliolini with prawns and the porcini pasta were particularly top. A little more expensive than what you’d expect of a place like this, but the portions are generous.

I like this place for a drink after work. Great Italian wine list and smoked mozzarella and cured meats for a snack. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice for an after work drink. A touch pricey but it's prime canary wharf real estate. Food is pretty good and it's a nice atmosphere.

Canary Wharf is a notoriously expensive place to get a drink. Henry's is about as reasonable as you can hope for and there is a decent range of wine, beers and spirits. The core staff are excellent and although they seem to have a reasonably quick turn over of other staff, they are all polite and quick to learn. Not full of traders, the clientele are a very diverse bunch and there is always someone to chat with. Happy to recommend
