It is smaller than it looked in the photos... much smaller. I took the elevator up carrying heavy luggage, only to be shocked to find the accommodation located on the 0.5 floor, which requires going back down half a flight of stairs.
It was difficult because I didn't see the notice stating that the room was located half a flight of stairs. The rollaway bed looked very flimsy, and it was difficult because I couldn't lock the door in place. However, the location was excellent, and the hot water worked well, which was nice.

The location is great, staff are great. My only comment is, the beds are small and the bathroom lights are bright.
Location is fantastic and everyone there is really friendly. The beds are doubles not long or queen size, this could be my room only so do check, the wife and I were ok. The pull out bed was comfortable for my 9yr old.
I would stay again.

Breakfast was good enough for us. The hotel met our price-quality expectations. The window has a big gap to the outside, cold in winter. The mechanisms at the bottom of the shower cubicle are dirty. Is there a smell of detergent in the room?

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Victoria for 8 nights and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
One of the most concerning issues was that my mother’s slipper and shoe went missing from our room. We raised this matter twice with the front desk on two separate days. Each time, we were assured that the matter would be investigated with the housekeeping team and that we would be updated. However, no one ever followed up with us on the outcome of their investigation and it became apparent that there was a lack of communication between the staff during shift changes.
Additionally, the bedsheets were only changed once throughout our entire 8-night stay, which is not acceptable for a hotel of any standard.
What shocked us most was when a maintenance worker started washing the windows without any prior notice. Our windows were left open, and water flowed into our room, which was extremely unprofessional and disruptive.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its convenient location near Victoria Station, which made travel around London easy.
Overall, my stay was average at best, and I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family. The lack of communication, poor housekeeping standards, and unexpected disruptions made for a very disappointing experience.

The hotel is very close to Victoria Station, just a few minutes' walk away.
Very convenient, because I have to take an early flight, so I chose this hotel.
The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. The only downside is that the room is too small and there is no refrigerator.

I love subway. I will defiantly be back into subway. But no way will I visit this one again. Dirty floor, tables and in all honesty some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. When I found a part clean table I was asked to move to a manky one half way through my terribly prepared sub. Without a please or thank you. He just said you need to move to that one. Totally shocked with these standards. I have the loyalty card and always leave good reviews but this one is terrible. They also had no stock and when I wasn't given my receipt, I asked for it when I realised I didn't have one and was told "what you asking now for" WTF subway.

Called in around 10:30am on Sunday 20th October 2013. Quiet, but still very very slow service for 2 staff. Constant queue even at that time of day for no reason. The Supervisor had to tell the assistant a number of times to do his job properly while we dined there. Order was cold by the time we got to eat even though it had gone into the toaster during the ordering process. Tables filled with uncollected rubbish. Will never go there again.
Also. there was a peculiar chemical taste to our coffee/tea.

it's so bad, extremely salty and sweet at the same time! And Thai waitress suggested me to put more sugar to compensate the salty taste, which is unbelievable! Unfortunately I had to wash my noodles in a glass of water before I eat. This is the proof :

It was decent but not great. Service not efficient or friendly. Brought starter then 2 minutes later the main. I love chicken penang but this one was very mild (despite 2 chilli symbol) and a bit non descript. Mains reasonable price but rice and small dishes pricey. Won't go back.

Good solid Thai lunch. Menu is short, but I he classics are on it. Sound quality, simply presented. All round good value. I'd certainly go back.

Great food and great service! Offers a nice variety of meals, with varying price points. They also have a huge variety in wines. We visited before seeing a show nearby, and this was a perfect location for the evening.

This is a lovely joint with a unique style and fabulous drinks menu. Really like both the snug and the cigar terrace. However it often takes too long to get service, and staff are occasionally downright rude. We will continue to come back for the ambience and the quality of the drinks after work because it's less busy than most other pubs and bars in the area. Very pricey, but it's justified.

The service was very mixed with one attentive waitress but the waiter, when asked the origin of one of the Scottish meat dishes by my husband ( who is a Scottish farmer) looked at him with distain and walked off never to return again . We were a party of 7, although we were charged for 8 when the bill came and we queried what the £7.50 /person jazz charge was (We were not told that if you dine in the room where the band is playing that you are charged for this). Most of the party enjoyed their steaks but I must say my medium rare steak came out over cooked and with little taste. The three scallops found in the scallop and chickpea starter were difficult to find as they were pretty much the same size as the chickpeas on the plate.
We are a Scottish farming family with two sons living in London so we often dine in London, particularly enjoying restaurants that feature Scottish produce on their menus. We certainly enjoyed the ambience of this restaurant but the quality of some of the service and food was not as it should have been .
