Excellent service throughout our stay👏Staff very accommodating! Rooms were very small however that is evident from reading previous reviews and too be honest what I would expect from price. Very clean, basics supplied, tea coffe, soap etc. Breakfast was just what we needed, bacon was delicious, cooked to perfection. Would absolutely stay again.

Very clean, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast plentiful and very good value. Plenty of hot water in small but sufficient room for one. Plenty of tea/coffee etc. Location excellent for transport links. I had a basement room which was near dining room so noisy early and room also VERY noisy as underground rails and trains rattle through ( literally shaking the tea tray) every 15 mins. Ask for upstairs room, it may help but if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. This meant little sleep for me. Also noisy at breakfast Lots of eateries and general shops very close. Has potential to be really good. But DON'T STAY IN BASEMENT. Still very good value for London.

I’m giving it 4/5 as we were only there one night and the staff were friendly Apart from having to move tables at breakfast ( no one else used the table while we were there?) our room was up 4 flights of steep stairs Which is not easy to carry up your bags The room was extremely small and only one plug socket!!!! The TV didn’t work and the bathroom was the smallest one I have ever seen But the beds were clean and very comfortable We left our cases there while we did a bit more sightseeing but we were told to just leave them in the reception They were not locked up or even behind the reception desk So we decided to go back and get them, when we did the reception was full of people and we thought our cases could have been taken at any time and the staff wouldn’t have seen or noticed

Please close down for a few months and renovate. Great location. Terrible hotel. Over priced for the condition of the place. Dated miniature dirty rooms, bathroom so small had to back up to the toilet and I'm small. Staff (male) cause an embarrassing scene at breakfast ordering two guest to move during their breakfast to accommodate others. Breakfast hit and miss. Please close for a few months, spend some money and renovate. Bigger rooms needed, new decor. Hoover.!

Beds very comfortable very clean and reception very cheerfull and helpfull.Hotel was very clean and breakfast was beutifull cooked fresh and plenty of toast will stay again. The staff were so helpfull didn't want to leave deffinatly will stay again

This was a great B&B with a nice hot breakfast each morning! The room was small, but as we fit 5 people in to the room, it was still able to meet our needs . The host was very gracious and helpful. The rooms did not have AC, but the windows opened and a fan was provided, so we were comfortable in the moderate Summer climate in London.

Lovely,friendly people. We were on floor 4 which was awful to walk up all the stairs but the owner offered to move us for the second night but we decided to stay in the room we were in. It was a very small room and such a tiny ensuite but the room was clean, tidy and bed very comfy. The walk to Paddington is less than five minutes so perfect location.

Excellent location very near Paddington train station, only 5 minute walk. Centrally located close to shops. Lovely bedroom beautifully decorated. Clean sheets on bed and very comfortable to sleep in. Powerful shower. Breakfast good with a good variety of food. Fruits, cereals, crossiants, toast, coffee, tea, orange juice. Staff pleasant to talk to. Hair dryer in room. We stayed room 21. Staff brought luggage up to bedroom. Tea and coffee making facilities. Definitely would stay here again.

The best thing about the hotel by far is the location, really close to Paddington and restaurants/fast food outlets and I felt safe walking back alone at midnight. The room was tiny and pretty dirty, bedding was clean but stained and I checked for bed bugs and saw none. The bathroom was the dirtiest but also quite tired so I guess hard to look clean. The shower needed a scrub and there was a half used bottle of shower gel on the toilet with a hair stuck to it. Wasn’t given the wifi password so can’t comment on that. Breakfast is served 7:30-9am, as I was catching a train I had to miss it. Someone did come in the room when I was in the shower (2 hours before checkout) and moved around the room, knocked over a couple of things and left which I really wasn’t happy about. Receptionist was nice when I checked in and out which went a long way. Hotel has potential but needs a revamp.

Location was good, close to Paddington Station, but noise from trains about every 2 minutes, and interrupted WiFi connection. My room was located in the basement. Facilities were clean. Full English breakfast included, making it reasonably priced.

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!

A typical English pub in a great area, located in the heart of Paddington, right in front of the Paddington train and underground station. Also facing the Paddington Hilton hotel.

Friendly staff and quick service.

Tried their fish and chips, and it was good.

Would definitely visit again if in the area or travelling from Paddington station.

A budget option in Central London, very close to Paddington Underground and GWR Station. Very convenient location to/ from Heathrow Airport. Among negatives; constant noise of water and hand dryers from washrooms, cold rooms and even colder attitude of the lady approving the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant area. Apparently she was the owner of the property. Rest of the staff was very cordial and cheerful.

my worst nightmare, my cell phone, my passport and my money were stolen, someone broke the lock and took my backpack with all my things, I asked to see the images of the camera in the door entrance, they say they can't show me the images, until the police come and they would come the next day, a week waiting and the police never came. They told me that in the images they have seen someone who was not registered in the room in and out, that made me more angry, as it is possible that someone who is not in the room come, who provided the keys? the staff? It was all very confusing and in my despair they just told me that they felt it and that they could not do anything
