Orlando, 1200 Epcot Resort Blvd 🧭 Map
The facilities are first-rate, the beds are comfortable, and there are multiple pools for relaxing. The Italian restaurant also has a great atmosphere and food. It's convenient for visiting Disneyland. Unfortunately, I found some small bugs on the floor in the room. This could be improved.
The room rate was average, with two double beds. The shower was nice and large. Cleanliness was also excellent, but the service felt lacking. Check-in was cold and indifferent, but the luggage storage guy was okay. There's a convenience store on the first floor with excellent service. I bought a muffin and forgot to heat it up, but the waiter rushed to bring it out. Very kind. The boat ride to both...
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable!
And since it's a hotel inside Disneyland, you can get in early and stay later, and even see the Epcot fireworks! 🎆 What a steal!
The hotel is old, but the interior is new and nice. It's easy to get to Disneyland by bus or boat. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, so please bring your own.
This hotel is very close to Disney and you can get there by walking 🚶 or shuttle
The pool was great and the kids loved it.

Service was amazing and room beautiful! The hotel is so close to the parks you can easily walk it or get the water taxi. Really loved it stay and would definitely be back again.
Great hôtel. Very immersive. Best pool in Orlando.
The rooms are cosy.
This hotel is very good, the rooms are large and clean, the scenery is picturesque, the Italian food in the hotel is very authentic, and the boat ride to Universal Studios is full of scenery. The only downside is that the bottled water provided in the room is charged, but there is no notice, and it is directly deducted from the hotel deposit. After negotiating with the hotel, the hotel refunded this...
great location and theme, water taxi couldn't be more convenient
Except for Fast Pass, the price/performance ratio is very low
You must stay at this hotel when you go to Universal Studios!!
The hotel room card is the Universal Express Pass, very affordable
The hotel is very large and the swimming pool is heated
There are buses and water taxis directly to Universal
Very convenient, equivalent to living in Universal

Natasha was a wonderful server ay fandanles and the food came out quick and tasted great. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and not too far from the aquarium. It was an easy train ride from the airport which saved us quite a bit on a rental car.
The valet parking is too much, $60 a day. The hotel rooms need an upgrade for this price, stains on the chairs, moisture marks on the ceiling and walls. The hotel says newly renovated, don't believe it, they still have rooms that are in need of renovations. I chose the pool view, the pool is enclosed, and your room is on the same level as the pool. So, you'll hear the noisy kids in the pool, up ...
This hotel wasn’t the worst but could have provided a better experience. Overall the lobby, pool, and common areas were clean. There were a couple of issues with one elevator going down on the first day but that seemed to get fixed for the rest of the weekend. The pool area was beautiful and was a major reason we chose to stay here. The only complaint here is the towels were so small at the pool, smaller...
I had an amazing dining experience at the restaurant inside the The Courtland Grand Hotel, and it was all thanks to our wonderful server, Natasha.
From the moment we sat down, Natasha was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She made sure our drinks were always filled, answered our questions about the menu with confidence, and offered great recommendations. Her positive attitude and genuine...
If you find yourself at the Courtland Grand, do yourself a favor and head straight to Fandangles Bar, and pray that DJ is behind the wood.
It’s rare to find a bartender who perfectly balances efficiency with genuine hospitality, but DJ nails it. I came in after a long day of travel, and he immediately made me feel like a regular. He doesn't just "pour drinks"—he actually listens to what you like and...
Here for 2 nights. It's not bad. I do see where this place needs improvement. I like that the pool stay open til 10pm and it's heated. The staff is very friendly. Parking overnight is $35 and Valet is $45. Don't like that the parking deck is not secured they should change it and only let those who are staying have access. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, it is downtown in a great area to walk...

I stayed in room 1024 last weekend. I was in town for the Lake F3 Half Marathon. This was my first time staying here. I have stayed at the Hilton Suites around the corner many times. I thought that I would stay at the Westin this time. First, the hotel is in a nice part of town close to bus routes and the Red Line. The rooms are in need of a renovation. I’ve stayed at other Marriott properties the...
The rooms do not represent the Westin brand well. As someone who often stays at Marriott properties and looks forward to the Westin product this hotel falls short. It is my least Westin to stay at and that is because of the rooms. The hotel is dated and in need of renovation. I have stayed her many times and each room smells like it’s been dowsed in fragrant cleaners to get rid of smell. The carpets...
I visit this hotel several times a month for business, and it never ceases to impress me. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Candice at the front desk; her bright and friendly morning greetings always start my day on a high note. Whether staying on the city side or beach side, the views are stunning—I especially love the night view of modern skyscrapers and the early morning beach view. Service...
While in a great location, this is an old, dated hotel. The staff is great overall, but at times seemed overworked. My main issue is the “sewer” smell that permeates several rooms and floors. The first room we checked into (10th floor) was so awful We literally had to wait outside… When a housekeeping manager came up, she immediately smelled it, and said that she will take care of it and move us...
My stay at The Westin Chicago River North during the recent BRICs conference was exceptional and truly elevated the experience of attending a demanding professional event. The hotel perfectly balances high-level business functionality with top-tier personal comfort and an unbeatable location.
The most crucial element for a conference attendee is a restorative night's sleep, and The Westin delivered...

The hotel is well located and not far from car rental services and airport itself. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. I will suggest to book this hotel
The environment is excellent, and it's close to the airport with a convenient purple shuttle bus service for easy access. The hotel itself is quite nice, and the rooms are good too. Definitely worth staying here.
The room was incredibly spacious, almost to the point of feeling a bit empty. The bed was very comfortable, and the interior decor was all quite nice. I have to call out the Hilton next door; its exterior is grand, but the inside feels no different from a budget hotel. The Westin is similar, but it's significantly better than the Hilton next door. Overall, it's pretty good.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy shuttle service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast expecting a buffet, but it turned out to be à la carte. The service was excellent, and the dishes were plentiful and varied. My kids even said it was comparable to eating out at a restaurant.
WiFi 1 day about 15usd in 21 century
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The room facilities are quite new, though it would have been nice to have a microwave. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Food and drinks were great! Staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. I lost my wallet and everybody went far and beyond to help me find it. I’m so appreciative! Thank you!
The room was clean, housekeeping continued to keep tabs with us on the things we needed in our room. Location was great.
The hotel was nice and clean. Room service was great. In a busy area so the lobby is always full. We used the spa as well, a bit overpriced for the service but overall we had a good stay.
The room was spotless. The service was superior. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Everything was wonderful we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Nashville
The lobby was decorated beautifully and the service was great. There was an additional $135 “destination fee” when we arrived. Then the next morning none of us could shower because the water wasn’t working or there wasn’t enough pressure. For the price I definitely expected better but was not a bad stay.

Hotel was comfortable. Friendly staff.
The location was great, the place was nice. Our room had an issue with power in the bathroom which kept going out. The front desk staff was aware of the issue and kept saying service would "flip a breaker", which would eventually fix the problem for an hour before it went back out again. This happened 3 times and the power was still out when we checked out. To the hotel's credit, we were comp-ed breakfast
Check in was easy. They did ask for a deposit, but I expected that parking was the only issue I didn’t upgrade to valet because it was more convenient. The food was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. It was convenient for the convention center getting to our event the next day
It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better. I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere.
Great location and cleanliness
Location was ok, near to outlet malls and just 20mins from airport.
Check in staff were not really paying attention to our requests, asked for connecting rooms and told us yes but when we went up, rooms were far apart from each another.
Rooms were old and dated.

The location is unbeatable, really close to the most bustling area of the city center. The subway station is right next door, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel environment is great; although it's an older property, you can tell it's very well-maintained. Getting upgraded to Westhouse in the same building was also a pleasant surprise!

Good service and pleasant stay.
Well positioned , good room size , nice lobby and friendly staff. No complaints and no problems overall. Would recommend for a short stay in NYC!
The location was good, it was clean, the staff was interested. The only disadvantage is that they charge a deposit per day. I'm waiting for my deposit to be refunded.
The hotel is in Manhattan, just a 7-minute walk from Grand Central Station. It was quite clean. My only minor complaint was that the pillows were a bit too high for my comfort; I wish there were more options available.
The rooms are small but well-equipped. The air conditioning works. It was unexpected that they charged a $100 daily deposit but only refunded $65. This turned out to be for a mandatory bar credit. They claim you get a $35 daily credit to spend on food or drinks at the bar for free. However, whether you use it or not, they still deduct $35 per day from your deposit. I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.
Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.
Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!
Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)
The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family
This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

Do not stay at the Golden Nugget. Avoid this hotel if possible. My stay was extremely horrible, and the hotel does not deserve any stars. Plus, they do not have microwaves.
