Nice stay very helpful people. Would definitely recommend it and come back to it.
Stayed at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and everything was good! 🎰✨
Awesome off-Strip location (easy cab to the action), modern and clean rooms with killer Strip views, no resort fee (huge win), and the pool area is a vibe—perfect for chilling after a night out. Staff was friendly, casino energy was fun without the chaos, and dining spots like the food court hit the spot for quick bites. Vegas magic...
Love the area and the casino itself! Great vibe! Definitely going back again
I love everything about my stay. From the time I checked in up until the time I checked out. You guys will be seeing me again, and SOON!!!
Room was spacious, it's nice being off the strip. A lot of Asian restaurants near the hotel. The AYCE buffet is wonderful.
Front desk staff very friendly also free parking to public.

Food and drinks were great! Staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. I lost my wallet and everybody went far and beyond to help me find it. I’m so appreciative! Thank you!
The room was clean, housekeeping continued to keep tabs with us on the things we needed in our room. Location was great.
The hotel was nice and clean. Room service was great. In a busy area so the lobby is always full. We used the spa as well, a bit overpriced for the service but overall we had a good stay.
The room was spotless. The service was superior. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
Everything was wonderful we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Nashville
The lobby was decorated beautifully and the service was great. There was an additional $135 “destination fee” when we arrived. Then the next morning none of us could shower because the water wasn’t working or there wasn’t enough pressure. For the price I definitely expected better but was not a bad stay.

Extremely impressed with our check in experience with Hillary who was still training, she did everything possible to arrange the perfect room for us despite my exacting requests! The room was clean, renovated and beautiful with amazing views. The pools are warm and large with plenty of sunbeds and towels readily available. All excellent!
Comfortable stay with good concierge staff to handle theme park ticket purchase. Appreciated the help of one reception counter staff to book fabulous.com shuttle bus through app to Magic Kingdom theme park for us. The same bus also routes to EPCOT for every one hour. The Disney Springs park is nearby in walking distance as a very attractive tourist spot.
The service is always friendly here in any aspect of the hotel. You can not beat the location and being able to just cross the bridge to Disney Springs which is so convenient.
No airport shuttle. No club level. Service was friendly and professional. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend.
Check In was a breeze. Very friendly restaurant and market staff. Easy to get to Disney Springs and my conference downstairs. The conference room was too cold! Went in November so maybe they are used to hot Florida summers and had the AC turned too far down. I would go back if necessary to be in that area.
We love the proximity to Disney Springs. We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. We got our free water and coffee vouchers when we checked in and picked up some quick eats at the Market Store. There was live entertainment in the evenings when we were there and we enjoyed sitting in the lobby listening to it while having a drink. The room was spacious and clean and met all of our needs...

I’ve stayed at the Hilton Austin seven or eight times over the past couple of years, and it’s always my go-to whenever I’m here. I love the vibes every time I walk into check in, it instantly feels luxurious and so lively with others and it sets the tone for a great stay. The rooms are nice and well-kept and having a Starbucks inside is a huge plus in the mornings. The bar is nice as well. The location...
No microwave in our room. There was a broken bedside lamp that wouldn’t turn off, the nightlight in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off. There’s a cool master remote thing that’s supposed to control the air conditioner, lights, tv, etc. - it didn’t work at all. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Our room had a lovely view of the construction site next door (which you can also hear all day long).

The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was strong enough to keep us warm. The outlets didn't require a converter, which was convenient. It was very quiet, and the hotel's location is great, very close to Central Park, making it easy to get around.
Extremely satisfied! Absolutely excellent!
Nice place to stay. Would definitely recommend.
The location is unbeatable, really close to the most bustling area of the city center. The subway station is right next door, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel environment is great; although it's an older property, you can tell it's very well-maintained. Getting upgraded to Westhouse in the same building was also a pleasant surprise!
Good location. Rooms were clean
Staff were courteous.would definitely recommend to others for staying here

My family had a great time here. Staff was super friendly. Everything was clean which is a top priority for me!
Good service and pleasant stay.
Well positioned , good room size , nice lobby and friendly staff. No complaints and no problems overall. Would recommend for a short stay in NYC!
The location was good, it was clean, the staff was interested. The only disadvantage is that they charge a deposit per day. I'm waiting for my deposit to be refunded.
The hotel is in Manhattan, just a 7-minute walk from Grand Central Station. It was quite clean. My only minor complaint was that the pillows were a bit too high for my comfort; I wish there were more options available.
The rooms are small but well-equipped. The air conditioning works. It was unexpected that they charged a $100 daily deposit but only refunded $65. This turned out to be for a mandatory bar credit. They claim you get a $35 daily credit to spend on food or drinks at the bar for free. However, whether you use it or not, they still deduct $35 per day from your deposit. This practice definitely calls for...

Great location with an excellent view. The staff was responsive and provided water promptly whenever requested. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.
I stayed 2 nights in a newly renovated room. Everything was perfect
The hotel is nice and good value for money, with rooms overlooking Lake Tahoe. Everything you need is nearby, and transportation is convenient. The only downside is the lack of breakfast; you have to eat out, which is inconvenient. The parking fee felt a bit overpriced, but otherwise it was great. I'd extend my stay for three more days.
The hotel has good service, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient transportation.
We returned to our room after being in the casino at about midnight, when we walked in, the room was about 85°. The air conditioner was turned on, but only blowing out heat, I notified the front desk and they had to send one of their so-called engineers to check it before they could relocate us to another room. If you’re in Austin and looking for the perfect rooftop vibe, look no further than the rooftop at the JW Marriott. From the moment you step off the elevator, you’re greeted with breathtaking views of downtown Austin that instantly set the tone.

Overall, it was a lovely hotel and we will definitely come back. I have to single out one person who made our stay even better. The delightful woman who checked us in, Callie, has a gift for making you feel like she's been waiting all day for you to arrive. Very friendly, efficient, and knows what she is doing. Such a sweet personality combined with smarts and humor. Thank you, Callie. We'll be back...
Our stay at JW Marriott Austin in August 2021 was out of this world amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. Great downtown hotel with a convenient location and a polished, modern feel. Check-in was smooth, the staff were professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great, and the overall property felt well maintained.

I had an amazing stay at JW Marriott Tampa Water Street. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt upscale but still welcoming. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Located on river walk where plenty of places to eat. Restuarants and bars in hotel were great.
Room was ok mold and hair in shower, bathroom door doesn’t close all the way. Moldy vent in bath area( no fan in bathroom )No trashbags in the trash cans and patio was dirty. Terrible pillows! Needs to be upgraded .
The staff wqs amazing and a shout out to Ellenie for her attention to drtail in Lona the Mexican restaurant , rates are amazing and Marriott Club members benefits abound

We had a beautiful view of Crown Plaza decorated for Christmas. Food, and staff were wonderful.
It was great till the last day! Early the last morning! Someone was doing construction or repairs!!! Woke us up!
There was someone else’s old food left in the refrigerator. Trash was not emptied, no towels were replaced during our 3 day stay!
The room was clean, staff was so helpful and personable. The food at the restaurant was very good. It was quiet. Would stay again.

Nice location for business and hotel but need an update. Room its slightly small related to price
The only complaint I have is that the room (bathroom) reeked of a foul smell upon our arrival. We cleansed, wiped, sprayed, and sanitized as we do at every hotel. The smell went away, but did return later.

Do not stay at the Golden Nugget. Avoid this hotel if possible. My stay was extremely horrible, and the hotel does not deserve any stars. Plus, they do not have microwaves. The only reason I am giving three stars is because of the outstanding housekeeping manager, Edgar, and his staff. They were the only bright spot in this entire experience, and they truly deserve a raise and recognition.

Stayed on 2/13/2026 for a show at a different venue. Golden Nugget offered the best value room pricing that night compared to other major casino/hotels around the area. Love the text update messages received regarding my stay. Love the free parking for every guests (not just hotel guests). Ease checking-in and checking-out (almost contactless, which I like, less waiting time). Room was great. Comfy...
Room appeared as advertised. Bathroom was clean, floor had obvious debris (M&Ms found under the table) and mini frige had sticky brown substance stuck to the walls. Housekeeping cart was parked right outside my room so...
We love it here. We've been coming and staying here since it was the Trump Marina. It's always a good time here even if we don't win. The staff, workers, waiters and waitresses are always friendly and attentive to us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We prefer staying here than any other casino. Free parking is an added bonus too.
Pleasantly surprised. First time staying there, I usually stay at other properties. No complaints. Was less crowded than others on New Years weekend, which I like. Pretty clean. Very, very, very nice staff. I don't need much. Shower is a little weird, but who cares.
I have been to AC so many times and this past weekend was the very first time that I visited the Golden Nugget. What a fantastic casino and hotel! The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic. The hotel has a vintage, historic feel, which I liked. The room was very clean, but there was quite a bit of noise from outside the window.
This hotel has a very vintage feel, with beautiful American-style architecture and decor. Many celebrities have stayed here. Overall, it's pretty good.
The food options in breakfast buffet are limited for a 4 star hotel. Overall, the breakfast is average.
This hotel is housed in a century-old building, and its interior is decorated in a grand, vintage Baroque style with murals, carvings, and crystal chandeliers, reminiscent of an old European castle. The front desk offers complimentary bottled water. When I requested hot water for tea, they immediately had a staff member deliver an electric kettle to my room. The breakfast was plentiful and the service...
Definitely worth staying, it's very historic, just a bit old-fashioned in terms of facilities.
The hotel lobby and the basement level are very retro and opulent. The staff were polite and courteous. The room itself was spacious, simple, and had a charmingly vintage feel. The window directly overlooked a small plaza, where I not only watched people ice skating but also witnessed a small protest. For a hotel in the US, the breakfast here was incredibly rich and varied. Great staff, very clean and they even gave an upgrade. Would stay again when returning to Nashville. Very walkable to downtown.
Yes staff was very good room was clean my issue was more with the parking expense and just the hotels prices on food was very high
Great place to stay to see a show at the Ryman! Easy walk to there and to Broadway. Will stay there again.
Staff was wonderful and accommodating. They were very helpful with directing us to great local attractions. The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of all the fun.
The room was large but it was a bit warn. The window treatments were old and didn’t close properly. The bathroom was large but outdated. The air/heat unit did not seem to heat well. We were constantly getting up to turn it up and down.
Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours.
Bathroom shower curtain didn’t work and the floor was flooded. The room door didn’t shut properly on its own. Security was on top of it though they noticed and came to check.

I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.
Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.
Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!
Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)
The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family
This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

Great location, and the room was better than expected. However, the service was mediocre. As an InterContinental Platinum member, I received no benefits, and despite having already paid through Trip.com, I was charged an additional $50 at check-in.
The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear my neighbor's alarm clock going off repeatedly – it was ridiculous. Plus, a child was crying in the middle of the night. I barely got any sleep because of the alarms and crying all night long.

Second time here, remains a nice hotel, comfortable, good service and clean. Brkfst is good but wish we knew the renovations were taking place, wish that was somehow always posted in the ********** app. We will stay again in future.
The room was not made up when we arrived. The dirty linens were on the floor and the clean sheets were not on the bed.
Alyssa is the kind of professional who quietly sets the standard and makes everyone around her better. From the very first interaction, it was clear she approaches her role with intention, pride, and a deep understanding of what true hospitality looks like. Nothing felt rushed, transactional, or scripted. Every touchpoint was thoughtful, calm, and handled with care.
What stood out most was her consistency...
