The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location. I booked an ocean-view room, and the view was truly beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the internet worked well.
That said, there were also some downsides. First, the refrigerator did not work at all. I had to throw away items such as yogurt that I had bought the day before. They replaced the refrigerator, but the new one did not work...
We paid $1300 for 2 nights in a king bed room with a balcony, but on arrival were assigned a ground floor unit, dark with small patio under 2nd floor balcony - on busy walkway with lots of families going by, peeking in, making noise, etc. I asked the concierge and a room agent to change but was told no balcony kings available. Finally found wonderful room agent who found room type that we were SUPPOSED...
The room overlooked the beach. Partial view. Overall , I would have preferred to stay in property for breakfast but was unavailable
We had a problem with the initial room and were moved two times until we found a good room
Absolutely incredible hotel. I see why it has its reputation, and it is very well deserved. Will definitely be back.
I hoped that we can enjoy the historical site with my family from abroad, but I found the web cobs on the wall over the lighting.
When I call the front desk, they just said that they’ll send a janitor and I couldn’t unpack my luggage for a while.
Also, there are so many hidden ( not clearly disclosed) costs.

The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic. The hotel has a vintage, historic feel, which I liked. The room was very clean, but there was quite a bit of noise from outside the window.
This hotel has a very vintage feel, with beautiful American-style architecture and decor. Many celebrities have stayed here. Overall, it's pretty good.
The food options in breakfast buffet are limited for a 4 star hotel. Overall, the breakfast is average.
This hotel is housed in a century-old building, and its interior is decorated in a grand, vintage Baroque style with murals, carvings, and crystal chandeliers, reminiscent of an old European castle. The front desk offers complimentary bottled water. When I requested hot water for tea, they immediately had a staff member deliver an electric kettle to my room. The breakfast was plentiful and the service...
Definitely worth staying, it's very historic, just a bit old-fashioned in terms of facilities.
The hotel lobby and the basement level are very retro and opulent. The staff were polite and courteous. The room itself was spacious, simple, and had a charmingly vintage feel. The window directly overlooked a small plaza, where I not only watched people ice skating but also witnessed a small protest. For a hotel in the US, the breakfast here was incredibly rich and varied. I stayed for two nights...

Great staff, very clean and they even gave an upgrade. Would stay again when returning to Nashville. Very walkable to downtown.
Yes staff was very good room was clean my issue was more with the parking expense and just the hotels prices on food was very high
Great place to stay to see a show at the Ryman! Easy walk to there and to Broadway. Will stay there again.
Staff was wonderful and accommodating. They were very helpful with directing us to great local attractions. The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of all the fun.
The room was large but it was a bit warn. The window treatments were old and didn’t close properly. The bathroom was large but outdated. The air/heat unit did not seem to heat well. We were constantly getting up to turn it up and down.
Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours.
Bathroom shower curtain didn’t work and the floor was flooded. The room door didn’t shut properly on its own. Security was on top of it though they noticed and came to check.

Excellent i would say. Nice and clean room . Big one and also main thing is breakfast very nice . They charge at end 12 Dollar but i said i didnt get parcel as it was showing in bill parcel food ordered . They happily refunded it .
The rooms are big and clean. Although the air system is rather noisy when turned on.
Everything was good till I encountered ED at checkout. He was rude, abnoxious for no reason (to a point where it made me wonder if it is ******). I had to ask him to calm down and be kind and polite.
I checked out on the 9th of March at around 825am.
I highly recommend the management to look into ED's behavior and take the required corrective action. I have never encountered such behavior from front...
Excellent location for the meetings and train rides I need to get to the meetings, very fair price
stretegic location in Union Square. good service. The room had to be renovated because it was quite old and when we stayed there was a strong wind and it was very noisy.

Great location, and the room was better than expected. However, the service was mediocre. As an InterContinental Platinum member, I received no benefits, and despite having already paid through Trip.com, I was charged an additional $50 at check-in.
The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear my neighbor's alarm clock going off repeatedly – it was ridiculous. Plus, a child was crying in the middle of the night. I barely got any sleep because of the alarms and crying all night long.
Start with the bad
Room was really cold even with the heater on full blast . There was a balcony and the balcony door was quite loose and draughty, the windows were not double glaze and you could hear a lot of the sirens and going on’s outside . The room was very dated but clean . No remote for the tv. Not many plug sockets and some did not look safe . The main door had a dent in the front and didn...
No cooked breakfast, just doggy a bag… 1 pastry and 1 drink🤦🏻♀️
The hotel's location is great, but the facilities are a bit old. Despite that, it's cleaned meticulously every day! We checked in around 3 or 4 PM, and the front desk staff was yawning repeatedly right in front of us, with their mouths wide open… Honestly, it was my first time encountering such rude front desk service! Unhappy with parking charges over night.
This was our second time staying at Town and Country, and it continues to be one of our favorite hotels! The staff was absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. The only downside was the lack of a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, it was a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!
It perfectly reflects the romantic feelings of Europeans and Americans. Sitting around the campfire, drinking wine, listening to music and chatting, it is a great experience

Great value for money, and the environment is beautiful.
We stayed 4 nights this past week and we loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and more spacious than we expected (deluxe 2 queen/comes with pull out couch). The pool area is AMAZING. We spent all our free time outside the parks in the pool. The bar at the pool makes great food as well. Everything was convenient and well maintained. No complaints at all.
Place is great, more of an adult vibe. Families with kids staying there were not distracting at all. The room I had was very nice, but I truthfully expected it to be nicer. The room was like any typical Hilton Garden Inn in terms of "nice". The bed was comfortable which is a plus. Enjoyed having the option to use the water taxi or walk into CityWalk. I held a team meeting at the property and the...
Location Location Location— We stay almost every year at Portofino bay which finally now after some construction is much better and you can actually get a view vs a blacked out window and view of scaffolding. This year though we chose to mix it up and do the Hard Rock simply for its proximity to the park. Now Portofino and Hard Rock are really two massively different experiences. Portofino is transporting...
Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. AJ was so kind and helpful in getting us checked in and made sure that our son’s birthday celebration was memorable. Exactly what was expected, good sleep between flights transfer. The shuttle transfer is on domestic terminal, we got an uber from international terminal as it was quicker.
Poorest Marriott I have been in. Had to change the room three times due to noise and broken equipment issue and instead of getting an apology from the staff we were told to not come again asking to change the room. Rooms itself very poor quality.
Hotel location is great with provided shuttle bus. Just be sure you know which Marriott airport hotel you are going.
The hotel environment is quite good and it is very close to the airport. It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way.
The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning.
Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel...
Clean and sanitary, the front desk is very professional and friendly
It seems that you have to pay for breakfast, although it is included in the room rate
Distance from the airport. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from the international arrival terminal.
I don't know how to get to the domestic terminal
I missed my Delta flight to Phoenix due to a Mechanical problem and Delta put me up in this Marriott.
It's a great location. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush. Check In was fast. The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Downtown for a cheer event and was there for the entire weekend. The hotel was a great experience overall, but my favorite part of my stay was hands down the bar.

This is not what I expect from a Hyatt. The room had an unpleasant odor when we first walked in. The bathroom does not have a ceiling fan, making it extremely hot after showering. Although we paid full price...
Hotel is nice and new, staff is polite and friendly
In general this hotel is acceptable for the price range and consider how old this property is. There are two main complains about this hotel is the sound insulation and safety. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. In addition, the gap of hotel room door between the bottom of the door and floor is big. While we stayed there...

The variety of things to do at the beach and pool area was nice. The food and drinks were pricy for what you’re getting. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
The rooms were lovely, it had a great hair dryer. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The balcony was huge and with a great view of the ocean. The property was huge with great amenities. The staff was spectacular. Kind polite and helpful. Two free cups of coffee everyday you stay. Location was phenomenal. Walk across street to port. Has a noon checkout. Ride the Trolly for the day was a great suggestion. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Great little street shopping available. Claim digger Edna was a great server!
When we tried to use the coffee maker, the used coffee pouch was left inside the machine. The mattress has to be replaced. The center is already sagging. The housekeeping management has to check out the rooms more often. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful!

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The service was excellent, and the location was superb with a lovely view from the window! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Though hotel feels a little on the older side, overall it was a great experience. Perfect location, smack in the middle of the buzzing city. Just that it could get a little "rowdy" at night with all the parties. Need to approach counter for water and bedroom slippers. Kettle as well.
Perfect location, right next to Ovation shopping complex and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Room was spacious and clean. Luggage storage fee is $5 per night per suitcase, if you want to leave your luggage for a longer period of time. Valet parking is $60 per day for multiple ins and outs. Next door Ovation parking is $25 max daily for each entry.
The hotel is good. But what we don’t like is the hidden charges of Destination Fee $34/night being charged when we checked out. This is on top of the fee we paid during booking. No one likes to be charged with hidden fees. So be aware of the potential additional fees.
This hotel is clean, quiet and safe. It is close to Hollywood and you can take a linkway to the shopping mall beside. It is very convenient.
Excellent location close to metro and right in the heart of Hollywood Ave. There's a shopping mall just next door, and a 7-11 right across the street if you are into midnight snacks.
Room wise - I got the Hollywood sign and capitol building view. First 2 days were really foggy can't see the sign but otherwise all good. Would be nice if there's slippers available in the room.
