Great value for money, and the environment is beautiful.
We stayed 4 nights this past week and we loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and more spacious than we expected (deluxe 2 queen/comes with pull out couch). The pool area is AMAZING. We spent all our free time outside the parks in the pool. The bar at the pool makes great food as well. Everything was convenient and well maintained. No complaints at all.
Place is great, more of an adult vibe. Families with kids staying there were not distracting at all. The room I had was very nice, but I truthfully expected it to be nicer. The room was like any typical Hilton Garden Inn in terms of "nice". The bed was comfortable which is a plus. Enjoyed having the option to use the water taxi or walk into CityWalk. I held a team meeting at the property and the...
Location Location Location— We stay almost every year at Portofino bay which finally now after some construction is much better and you can actually get a view vs a blacked out window and view of scaffolding. This year though we chose to mix it up and do the Hard Rock simply for its proximity to the park. Now Portofino and Hard Rock are really two massively different experiences. Portofino is transporting...
Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. AJ was so kind and helpful in getting us checked in and made sure that our son’s birthday celebration was memorable. His customer service is what every employee should strive to achieve. We were assigned room 7010 which is by an exit and the view is a rooftop and a lil bit of the Universal Studios theme park. AJ did tell me that he wishes he could select...
The location is good and the hotel facilities are like being on the beach. Unlimited fast track tickets are provided.

Exactly what was expected, good sleep between flights transfer. The shuttle transfer is on domestic terminal, we got an uber from international terminal as it was quicker.
Poorest Marriott I have been in. Had to change the room three times due to noise and broken equipment issue and instead of getting an apology from the staff we were told to not come again asking to change the room. Rooms itself very poor quality.
Hotel location is great with provided shuttle bus. Just be sure you know which Marriott airport hotel you are going.
The hotel environment is quite good and it is very close to the airport. It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way.
The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning.
Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel...
Clean and sanitary, the front desk is very professional and friendly
It seems that you have to pay for breakfast, although it is included in the room rate
Distance from the airport. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from the international arrival terminal.
I don't know how to get to the domestic terminal
I missed my Delta flight to Phoenix due to a Mechanical problem and Delta put me up in this Marriott.
It's a great location. The Front Desk was so nice to give me a Toothbrush. Check In was fast. The room was nice and everything was pretty clean except the Shower. I stayed in room 732 , maybe Housekeeping could take care of this. Other than that I had a good night sleep and a great Dinner. Effie was...

Meseret was very charming and helpful. She made me feel welcome made sure I had all I needed.
Alex was a delight and the food was delicious.
They made the trip extra special It is service like this that makes the JD Marriott an exceptional property.
Came here for an industry exhibition. The group rate made it more competitive.
The parking is not very clear. There are two entrances both show all the other brands. Drove By the first entrance because JW Marriott was not shown.
Check in was pretty quick. Room was good. On then 9th floor corner. Wish had higher floor but the 9th was decent. There are two different elevator groups. One only...
I stayed at the JW Marriott Indianapolis Downtown for a cheer event and was there for the entire weekend. The hotel was a great experience overall, but my favorite part of my stay was hands down the bar.
It was sooooo busy every night, yet Eric, the bartender, made the experience feel personal and top-tier. His drinks were absolutely delicious — he created a special cucumber martini for me on the...
I’m a Titanium Member and JW Marriotts never disappoint when it comes to great service. But I have to say that Alex and Mes in the Executive Lounge are EXCEPTIONAL!! Friendly and knowledgeable, but also ELEGANT - they both just ooze class. My experience spending 30 mins in the lounge was just wonderful. Please appreciate them and take care of them, because they’re taking care of your guests in a...
We were there just one night. Everything in our room was clean and the staff was very nice throughout the hotel. But be aware about the parking if you purchase your parking ahead of time, they will still try to charge you.

This is not what I expect from a Hyatt. The room had an unpleasant odor when we first walked in. The bathroom does not have a ceiling fan, making it extremely hot after showering. The bunk bed did not have a comforter, only a thin blanket, while the king-size bed had a very thick comforter, making it difficult to regulate the temperature or ensure everyone was comfortable. Although we paid full price...
Hotel is nice and new, staff is polite and friendly
In general this hotel is acceptable for the price range and consider how old this property is. There are two main complains about this hotel is the sound insulation and safety. Basically we heard all the noise from the hallway including next door who open and close the door, and shower, etc.. In addition, the gap of hotel room door between the bottom of the door and floor is big. While we stayed there...
Excellent! The room was spacious and clean, much better than staying at hotels near Disneyland. There's a Starbucks downstairs and a large Target supermarket and an American-style Western restaurant right across the street, which was super convenient.

Needs better and healthy food options near pool. Breakfast Buffett is good but too expensive. Hotel is in a very good location but it is starting to show it’s age
The variety of things to do at the beach and pool area was nice. The food and drinks were pricy for what you’re getting. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
The rooms were lovely, it had a great hair dryer. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The balcony was huge and with a great view of the ocean. The property was huge with great amenities. The resort fee allowed my family and me to have plenty of activities, like tennis and kayaking. There was a basketball court and a ping pong table that our boys enjoyed. Great place to stay. Close to the airport. Walking distance to a lot of shops and eatery’s. Staff were very nice. The resort was Clean, well layed out property. Plenty of activities to do. The food was great. A little on the pricey side being all the menus are al la carte. Had a great stay. We would definitely go back.
The beds could have been bigger. I shared the bed with my son and it was too small for a Queen size bed.
Our stay was wonderful overall. Stephanie at the front desk was amazing — warm, professional, and very welcoming. The welcome cookie was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. The facilities were modern and well maintained, and the restaurant was excellent. We truly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.

As you get the keys to condo you are worked to sit through 90 min presentation of time share. (Just what we wanted to refuse attending after long flight) Our condo was located in the very back building #21 with forgettable view of maintenance area. That section was undergoing renovations so pool area was torn up. It’s a full 6 min walk from lobby and amenities to our room. So think twice if you need...
Nobody cleaned my room for five days. The hotel is right opposite the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, so the location is pretty good.
Just about everything was great but dock amenities as fitness center in 18/19 was closed during my stay, pools did not seem to be open either. The villa and everything else was wonderful.
The room is very spacious, and it comes with a washer and dryer. It's just a stone's throw away from the Big Ball, making it perfect for friends who aren't interested in gambling.
My wife and I stayed here back in October. Our experience at the resort was fantastic. Great customer service, check in went well, the room was clean and well kept. What I loved was how we were off the strip but still close enough to the strip within walking distance. Facilities were great.
The only thing we disliked was during the timeshare presentation we repeatedly said no we weren’t interested...
Great property - spacious well equipped units, lots of places to relax outdoors. Restaurant on site has good food and drinks, just a bit too small to accommodate the amount of guests at the property. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Right next to the Sphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean- comfortable- very nice. Self park in adjacent parking garage for $30-37 per day depending on in/out. Mentioning this because I had missed this thinking only valet. People are helpful. Lobby has great area to hang out in front of the fireplace. Location felt safe.
Everything was great.
Pool was average.
Workout facility was elite. Everything you want/need and more.
Food portions were huge at the restaurant at night. But, breakfast was Meh.
All in all, I would come back.
Facilities, including the rooms were spotless, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly
The room was excellent, clean, and quiet. The service in the lobby was good, but I didn't receive enough information about the parking, how to access it, or what breakfast and dinner options were available. Love this spot! Rooms are so cute, with a screened balcony. I’ve stayed here many times every time is great! The main pools are HUGE (2) next to the restaurant with a few hot tubs, the dock, kids activities so much more! 2 min from Sea World 5 min from Aquatica and many more!
We just checked in today and have had a wonderful experience so far. The bellman was incredibly helpful—he assisted us with our luggage and groceries and brought everything right into our room. After a long day of traveling, the pool was exactly what we needed. It was very refreshing, with plenty of available seating, warm pools, and an ample supply of towels.

This is a great family resort. The grounds were decorated beautifully and there was so much to see and do. The room layout was very nice. It was well stocked with dishes and toiletries. I love the place and will definitely visit again. It was near all the parks and food, as well as stores.
We love HGV and this property has great ammentities and location to theme parks, etc. We had a 3 bed/3 bath, with kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and 2 balconies. It was great, it was bigger than our house!. Sadly, we hated the beds and the couch, as both were very hard and uncomfortable. We thought the desk, market, and pool staff were great. The staff was spectacular. Kind polite and helpful. Two free cups of coffee everyday you stay. Location was phenomenal. Walk across street to port. Has a noon checkout. Ride the Trolly for the day was a great suggestion. Clean, quiet and relaxing. Great little street shopping available. Claim digger Edna was a great server!
When we tried to use the coffee maker, the used coffee pouch was left inside the machine. The mattress has to be replaced. The center is already sagging. The housekeeping management has to check out the rooms more often. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful!
The hotel is too old overall. The showerhead in my room was a mess, and for two nights, there was almost no hot water when I returned. It was only after I complained that someone came to fix it. Low-grade, bad review!
Location is near to the train station and good sea view!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great location on the Riverwalk.
It started out well enough. The check in service was great. Super fast and easy. The valet as well. And the location of the hotel couldn't be better. When I did finally get it, I asked what happened and was essentially told...
The room was on the top floor, and the air conditioner was ringing all night and could not be adjusted. The location was good, the breakfast buffet was very rich, with snacks, fruits, and smoked salmon, and the breakfast service was very good.
Overall it was clean and the room was spacious, so it was great.
I arrived at the hotel early and just wanted to leave my luggage there, but I was grateful that I was allowed to check in.
The only problems were that the elevators never came, and even when they did come on the lower floors they were full and I couldn't get on, and there was a line of people waiting for the elevator from below.

While the first experience was great, last night the hat in the bedroom portion didn't work correctly. The shower in that room floods the floor even with the door closed. When I told the staff about the heating issue, they seemed not to care.
Rooms are great, but the furniture is starting to show aging. Staff is usually excellent, but the front desk staff were not very friendly on departure.
Hotel extremely clean. Warm and welcoming. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Decorated for Christmas made it special. The art throughout hotel was an added plus.
Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the cookies and fruit the hotel left in room first night. There was some mildew in the shower and the water took forever to get hot.

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The service was excellent, and the location was superb with a lovely view from the window! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Though hotel feels a little on the older side, overall it was a great experience. Perfect location, smack in the middle of the buzzing city. Just that it could get a little "rowdy" at night with all the parties. Need to approach counter for water and bedroom slippers. Kettle as well.
Perfect location, right next to Ovation shopping complex and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Room was spacious and clean. Luggage storage fee is $5 per night per suitcase, if you want to leave your luggage for a longer period of time. Valet parking is $60 per day for multiple ins and outs. Next door Ovation parking is $25 max daily for each entry.
The hotel is good. But what we don’t like is the hidden charges of Destination Fee $34/night being charged when we checked out. This is on top of the fee we paid during booking. No one likes to be charged with hidden fees. So be aware of the potential additional fees.
This hotel is clean, quiet and safe. It is close to Hollywood and you can take a linkway to the shopping mall beside. It is very convenient.
Excellent location close to metro and right in the heart of Hollywood Ave. There's a shopping mall just next door, and a 7-11 right across the street if you are into midnight snacks.
Room wise - I got the Hollywood sign and capitol building view. First 2 days were really foggy can't see the sign but otherwise all good. Would be nice if there's slippers available in the room.

We were pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded and a late check-out added to our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. I had the best facial I've ever had at the Leaf Spa.
Was nice enough. Didn't "wow". Expected a sofa in room based on booking website, didn't get. Didn't get the free upgrade entitled associated with program we booked under. Great room and excellent amenities. Didn’t have chance with the breakfast and location is still quite a distance to the Disney parks. Not exactly value for money but a fantastic place to stay!
I have very mixed feelings about this hotel- the room was modern and simple and clean. Soomin—at check in was lovely & wonderful so thanks :) However, the breakfast waiters/staff- were the rudest.
