I found eyelashes in my room’s floor, but other than that the room was very clean
Great hotel! Excellent and honest staff! We left our phones in the car, and the valet returned them to us!!
Room and proper where clean and comfortable. There was a huge event going on in the area so a ton of people and traffic. They had everything we needed at the hotel including great food.
They still had Christmas decorations up and it made it so much more memorable for my son! He loved everything about our stay from the food to the view. Definitely made a yearly tradition.
Fantastic Hotel great staff restaurants served amazing food was there for a week with my son and The? Absolutely loved it.
Omni is a such great hotel and so close to lots of fun things to do. Bobs steak house is outstanding

Perfect hotel for families with small kids! Very nice and kind staff
Definitely the best hotel to stay outside for the Disneyland park area. The hotel is top-notch, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect. Not much else you could ask for. Thanks Westin.
Great room and excellent amenities. Didn’t have chance with the breakfast and location is still quite a distance to the Disney parks. Not exactly value for money but a fantastic place to stay!
I have very mixed feelings about this hotel- the room was modern and simple and clean. Soomin—at check in was lovely & wonderful so thanks :) However, the breakfast waiters/staff- were the rudest. I have never experienced such bad service and I’m not the type of person who is bothered by service. They were rude, snappy, slow and insulting and called our tip “fun” when we simply only were bought a orange...
I chose this hotel because it's close to California Disneyland Resort. It's about 10 minutes to the Downtown Disney entrance and about 15 minutes to the Disney Resort entrance. The area is very safe, so I feel safe returning home late at night. The room was very spacious and clean, and was cleaned daily. They also left two bottles of water in the room every day. I would definitely stay at this hotel...
The main reason for staying in this hotel is to go to Disneyland. It costs less than $10 to take a taxi, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk. The hotel facilities are relatively new and satisfactory. We booked two rooms with large king beds and bathtubs. The two queen bed rooms are relatively small and do not have bathtubs. We chose a room far from the park. There are a lot of air conditioners in...

Great location, it's close to everything downtown. The hotel is very clean and the price is reasonable.
Had relaxing time close to the harbour
We stayed here for 3 nights and I found the hotel to be average. Definitely not as "classy" as the describe themselves in their adverts. The restaurant was okay, but pricey for most things. The hotel breakfasts are very expensive for what you get so I don't recommend eating there. Rather go across the road to Whole Market and get something to eat from there, which is very very reasonably priced and...
The hotel offers good overall value for money. The only downside is that the bathroom does not have proper ventilation; otherwise, there were no issues at all.

Very good stay. Nice and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. Very close to Subway. They charge you 30usd daily as city tax, but you can use them in restaurant. Deposit is 100usd per day. Possible to pay in cash.
Excellent location, close to Brooklyn Bridge and Metro/Subway, good service. Double room was spacous for family of 4 though the beds were a bit small. Still a good experience staying at the hotel.
The floor is so dirty, coffee stains have not been cleaned, and hair is still left in the wash basin in the bathroom. The entire room was very dusty and old, and the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the people in the next room talking all night.
Good location near Brooklyn bridge nice stay . I didn’t like the long corridors to arrive to the room but that it is.
My overall experience was good but started off shaky. The first night I arrived with my mother, the first room we were in was dirty. We complained, and promptly the manager helped to find that was suitable for us. Even upgraded us to a better room. I love all staff, they were friendly. They were polite. They gave suggestions. The location was really convenient for me and my sister who were running...
The hotel and location where good. However, I was forced to accept $30 a day as destination fee to be spent in the hotel for 3 daysl. I was advised if I won't use it I will lose it even thought I wasn't made aware about it. Really disappointed and rather ubset.

It's a small hotel, but the location is great. However, it feels a bit chaotic/disorganized.
The hotel's location is excellent; it's easy to walk to attractions like Times Square and Central Park. The room was reasonably clean but quite small, and the soundproofing was poor. The price was also a bit high.
Great location!! Loved the rooftop bar. Rooms were small but very efficient. But let’s face it you don’t go to NYC to sit in your room!!
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Manhattan. It's within walking distance to famous attractions like Times Square and Central Park. There's also a supermarket across the street and plenty of dining options nearby. We booked a room for four, but the bedroom was a bit cramped.
The location is excellent and the hotel has a nice design. The shower facilities are great and the bedding is very comfortable. However, the room is quite small, and the wall-mounted table is a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's pretty good.
I choose this hotel every time I go to New York. It is very clean and enthusiastic, and it is right beside Times Square.

The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a 19th floor room. The crows outside this location were the most exquisite fabulous experience I think i've ever had at a hotel. I felt that you all should make use of the experience and build them some shelter and accommodate them more luxuriously , so they're a well taken care of part. The amount of bird s*** all over the ground doesn't...
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean.  There needs to be a lounge to relax and socialize, otherwise great stay
A bit of an embarrassment for the Hilton brand. Not sure if it's just this specific hotel, Denver, or all Hilton hotels in the US. - “Breakfast included" is misleading. It's a $25 coupon that does towards your restaurant bill. It’s expensive so no matter what you order, you'll be over $25 and you'll still be charged to your room. Food is average too. Not a buffet. Restaurant staff just automatically...

This place was excellent, however I did have an issue with the bar. The overall stay was great, the rooms were very spacious and the bath TUB was BIG.
“Excellent location and very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, the service was good, and the amenities were well maintained. One thing to note is a $30 daily fee that is charged whether you use the included services or not.”
I stayed for one night on Feb 15th and checked out the next day. Malcolm at the front desk was incredibly polite and courteous when assisting us, and our entire stay was a wonderful experience. He even warmly asked if we were visiting for a post-Valentine’s Day trip, lol. Even though we were just traveling for fun, we could truly feel his warmth and sincerity. All of the staff throughout the hotel...
Room is fine. Would not say luxury but fine. My gripe that spoiled my first 10 mins here was the toilet had not been flushed after the prior guest. Never in a million years would I expect that. Obviously not cleaned after the last guest checked out. Super unsanitary and makes me question the quality of the house keeping staff and the rest of my room. Are the sheets clean? Your guess is as good as mine...
The good: The location is great and has a few coffee shops within a few minutes walk. The parking garage is also half a block away and not a bad walk at all. The vibe upon entering was quite nice because of the grand lobby. The colors of the furniture were sort of all over the place. THE BAD: Our room had a corner wall that had coffee spilled on it. The caulk around the toilet base was brown. Although...
The room was bigger than expected and for two people with a two bed, it was very nice and comfortable. I typically always ask for a robe from hotels and this hotel’s robe was very weighted and soft and warm. I liked it a lot because it wasn’t like normal robes. It felt like it would belong to me rather than I’m borrowing it for a little while. The service is good too. I definitely recommend coming...

The Fairmont is a true classic, San Francisco at its best. Not the newest but still so classy. Room was quiet and comfortable, can’t wait to go back!
It’s a really nice hotel located in the top hill of San Francisco downtown. The room is great with a fantastic view to the north side of the city all the way to fisherman’s wharf. It’s fabulous!
Classic vintage charm with spacious rooms that work well for a family of 3. The hotel is well-maintained and comfortable, though a bit of warmth at the reception would really elevate the experience.
The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip. The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel...
The location is really excellent You can see the Golden Gate Bridge from the hotel type The room is clean and the lobby smells good The service staff are friendly and polite😊😊

The vibe is good. I like the interior. Coffe and macha is good. The collections of gifts are good.
The very nice store with lots of options, the food quality is not the most reflective of the price or capability. Seems pretty rushed and I'm sure trying to cater to a big hotel is part of that issue, just a little different.
The service attitude was very good. I checked in in the early morning and was charged a no show fee, which was half the price of the hotel.
The room view faces the Oregon Convention Center. The facilities are good, but there are two points to mention. 1. The bathroom has no door, see the video for details. 2. The water in the sink and shower is very small.
The room is very spacious. It is only 5 minutes walk to Moda Center. It is especially suitable for watching football. There is a small train at the airport entrance. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also good. You can buy it yourself.
Satisfied, the hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, and the service is good. It is not far from every corner of the city.

Stayed one night and noticed the rooms have been updated since our last visit. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Casino is spread over three floors with poker downstairs, table games and slots on the second, and non-smoking/high limit on top. Drinks flow while you play and valet/check-in are easy. Good mix of restaurants on site. Solid stay.
I didn't get a chance to walk around but just the entrance and room was comfy other than the fact that they have no microwave although it says that the upgraded rooms have them. Room was wonderful however the room that I had booked months before was not available and the only option was for me to upgrade my room for an additional $50. Excellent location, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, convenient parking, beautiful swimming pool, brand new decoration, slightly small room, first-class view, late check-in and early check-out are a bit inconvenient.
We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.
The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

Room was really small. Very strong stench of ********* everyday in the walkway from the lift to my room. Also, the AC/heater vent is extremely loud and would buzz all night. My family and I stayed over the Christmas Holiday. The location is great. The rooms were small but clean. The staff is friendly. The only negative thing I experienced is the lack of enough elevators for the amount of people. They have 4. One would be in use for service. Stayed at this hotel on NYE and it was the best decision made due to the convenience of return to hotel after the countdown event.
Great room. Great Location. Great vibe.
It's a great location for tourists, the rate is quite high for what the hotel offers. Fitness center is a great size and I was more impressed by the fitness center than the lobby. A perfect room for a reasonable price is all but impossible to find in NYC. This is as close as it gets. We come to NYC multiple times a year. The room was decent, and the soundproofing was good, so there was no airport noise. Breakfast was a bit repetitive and would get boring after a few days. It's close to the airport, which is convenient for transfers or early flights. However, there are hardly any dining or shopping options nearby; you have to walk a bit to find anything.
Whenever I have a layover in LA, I choose to stay here. It's close to the airport, and you can reach the hotel either by free shuttle or on foot. The hotel feels safe, and the facilities inside are very new. The lobby downstairs has a Starbucks and a small convenience store, and the hotel restaurant also serves good food. It's very convenient.
Back in LA for another trip! It's such a beautiful city. Hyatt is truly excellent; it's always my first choice when I travel. The hotel bathrooms automatically provide disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The steak and poke at the hotel restaurant are really delicious too.
The room was spacious and incredibly clean – seriously, one of the cleanest I've seen in the US, and if you're familiar with American hotels, you know what I mean! The shower even had a handheld spray, which is a rare find. For long-haired girls who don't wash their hair daily, you totally get why that's a plus. I asked for an extra blanket, and it arrived in just half an hour, which is top-tier service...
I booked the Home Inn primarily because it's close to the airport, as I had an early morning flight the next day. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient. Plus, you can watch planes land from near the airport, which is quite a sight.
The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport every twenty minutes, which is very convenient. The staff, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, are all very welcoming.
