The gym is INCREDIBLE! Probably best hotel gym 🏋️♀️ I've ever experienced. The rooms were nice and clean but I found the bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Maybe it is just me but that was the reason I couldn't give it 5 stars.
Call it an A-. It's a nice hotel and a Great location, but there's nothing more special about this than the other dozen hotels that are surrounding it. I didn't find a lot of amenities and it's more set up as a business hotel. I will say that the staff was exceptional. From the cleaning staff to the front desk clerks to the Bell desk, all of them were very friendly and attentive and worked very hard...
Awesome hotel, great rooms, but the staff is not at par with those qualities. I stayed here many times for major conferences/shows held at the adjacent conference center. Nightly rates are a fortune around those events. You expect smiling, attentive staff who are responsive to your requests and preferences when you are paying an outrageous nightly rate, but at the DC Marquis, I have been very frequently...
Two night stay for work conference. Staff was great, professional and friendly. The food provided as part of our company conference was good overall. The room was comfortable, nothing stood out from other hotel rooms. The bar is nice, had a few drinks there, very friendly bartenders! Enjoyed my stay!
Walking distance to several bars and restaurants.
If the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC were a person at a conference, it would be that polished executive who owns every room, knows exactly when to smile, and somehow still squeezes in networking at 3 a.m.
Location: Absolutely Strategic
Let’s start with the great news: this place is smack in the heart of downtown DC. You’re walking distance from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the Smithsonian...
I stayed at the Marriott Marquis Washington for four nights and found it to be a traditional, full-service hotel offering a fairly standard experience. While the overall stay was comfortable, there were a few aspects worth noting.
Service: I requested a blanket and a kettle, and while the items were eventually delivered, it took nearly an hour, which felt a bit slow for a hotel of this caliber.

I booked a city view room, but it was on the side of the beach, so I could still see the ocean from the balcony. You could say it was a partial sea view. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area which was convenient. However, the shower and bathtub were combined and felt a bit cramped and inconvenient, but it was manageable. The soundproofing was quite poor; even...
Great location, right across from Waikiki Beach, which is super convenient if you want to enjoy the sand. It's also walkable to luxury stores, though it's a bit of a distance. The room amenities are typical of an old-school American hotel. The shower curtain in the tub is hard to use. The lower floors are incredibly noisy; you absolutely need earplugs to sleep, otherwise, the poor soundproofing will...
It was okay, pretty old staff was nice
The room was spacious, but the facilities were a bit old, though complete and clean. The location was convenient for getting around, and the view was lovely. The buffet was also great and met expectations, it was just very crowded!
Perfect Location for every where.

The room facilities are complete.
Service: The service is excellent!
Great location on the main street. Valet parking is available for a fee but very convenient.
The hotel was great! I was disappointed that I was charge an extra $10 per day due to the size of my vehicle. That should not matter because it was still placed in a standard size parking spot.
The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences.
First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day.
Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation...
great service. rooms were clean however could be updated.
The hotel was nice convenience was great everything was within walking distance but what I didn't like was the paying for parking if I'm already staying.

We stayed for the weekend as a couple and this the experience can be summarized with hair in the towels, rude staff at breakfast, and a never ending waiting for check out.
No parking around except for expensive public parking 50$ per day or valet at 65$ per day. Breakfast is very normal with a rude person in the egg station who keep making grimace everything u ask him to make an omelet. He also keep touching the fruit station with his gloves which were touching the eggs with.
Last weekend a friend and I stayed here for a game at State Farm. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was stellar (except for one instance - which I'll get to in a moment). Everyone was super friendly, the place was clean even though the property has been around for a really long time. They are working on upgrades, but the beds and showers were fab. The only negative encounter was...
It’s a good place to stay at the staff is very pleasant
I stayed here for a conference taking place in the hotel, which made it very convenient. If not for this and for it being a business expense, I would not stay in this hotel.
Pros: Decent room, very comfy bed, nice city views. Convenient Starbucks inside and lots of places to sit and work.
Cons: $60/night valet in addition to the already expensive room. There were visible tears and stains on the carpet...
Rooms were of good quality, except there wasn’t any body wash provided to me. Keys would not work on certain elevators, but not all of them (even when the elevators went to my floor) the badge just wouldn’t scan on the same two elevators. It was nice how there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The pool was great! The gym was nice. Conference rooms were also nice. They have a luggage storage area downstairs...

Beautiful venue. Great for the conference I was attending. Screens could be seen at the back of the room. Staff was very attentive. However, the hotel room was very cold even when the thermostat was reading 78. Great for sleeping, but not for sitting. Also, the valet took over 20 minutes to get my car when I was leaving. They seemed to be understaffed there while overstaffed or appropriately...
I was there during the day to attend a convention. The hotel us lovely and welcoming. There were rooms for panel discussions. The checking in was very easy and easy to find our room where the panel discussion would take place. At lunch time I ate at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was excellent and the service wonderful. Because I was part of the convention, they gave...
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. The conference rooms were mostly fine, but sometimes cold and the pillars created line of site issues for screens and speakers. The room refreshes were thorough. Finding the conference rooms was sometimes confusing. Overall, the hotel was a great location with lots of food options nearby and a quick walk to the zoo. Great location!
Gorgeous gardens!!! Always love this hotel. Its the second convention I have done and stayed in for. The breakfast is amazing, just the best I have ever had at a hotel. Its on the concierge level. There is a sauna, which is great, but one of the highest perks is the vintage decor throughout many wings of the place and the overall fantastic job at decorating and apportioning rooms.
Plus...most important...
Stay one night at the hotel and it was not too bad. So lets start with the check in. I arrived about 2 hours early before the given time for check in and was able to get to my room early. The room was a nice size and up to standard of clean. I was worried due to others review comments but I can say that I notice no weird stains or no bed bugs. The only downfall with the room was that out of 5 power...
The location is great and easily accessible. The lobby is very nice and large with a nice bar area. The rooms in the central tower are fine - a bit dated and old. Glad to have a mini fridge though, and overall very quiet. Nice new TV in the room.

Very good and clean rooms. Amazing place to stAy and more than worth it.
Nice hotel at historic city center area, great service, will definitely stay here again for future trip
Perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city and great value for money. We had a queen room with two bathrooms which was very convenient. We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.
The front desk staff were warm and friendly. They were very patient with me, even though my English isn't great, and used translation software to help. My room had a city view; while it wasn't a lake view, I could see the tall buildings outside. The room was spacious, and although the decor was a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. You have to pick up bottled water yourself from the front desk....
Everything was fine, but when I returned to the hotel the second night, after taking a bath and using the bath towel, I found a pair of used old socks. They were neither mine nor my friend's. This made me feel extremely disgusted and uncomfortable. I am very concerned about the hygiene situation at Hilton. This is a problem that should not have occurred
Excellent environment, centrally located with convenient access to all attractions. The staff were exceptionally gentle and polite. If I visit again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again.

The hotel is next to the Superdome, and the Smoothie King Center. If you are going to events at either place, this is a great location. If you just visit the city, want to see French Quarter, Garden district, City park, this is a little bit far by walking but don't worry. New Orleans has a good public transportation system. Amazing hotel. The front desk workers were very helpful and check in took less than 3 minutes. The restaurant near the lobby has delicious food and drinks, as well as the other restaurants on site. Also a number of restaurants and bars near the hotel, but nothing too close to disturb your rest. Never heard a sound from any other guests during my stay. It is a Hilton, but not as nice as others you may have experienced because it is seriously dated. For starters, just let me say we had a fine time, but we had to acclimate to the reality of the claim that the hotel was conveniently right between two metro stops - it really isn't. You can walk to the Dupont Circle with little to no trouble, but walking back is up hill all the way which could cause...
As a Hilton Honors member I trust the Hilton Quality standards worldwide and never had so far a disappointing experience until now.

The room was so clean and good..Im pretty sure we will book here again in our next visit in washington..
I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Washington. The bed is very comfortable with high-quality bedding, which made for a great night’s sleep. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym is spacious and well equipped; although some of the equipment is a bit outdated, it still works well and gets the job done. Overall, a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice and elegant hotel with full facilities inside, including a restaruant, a bar, a coffee shop/grocery, and even gift shop. Would come to stay here again if come back to Washington.

Breakfast was very mediocre, not much variety. However, it's very close to Disneyland.
The amenities are old and bathroom is not clear the way I’d like. The shower water wasn’t heated up well, and hot water didn’t last long enough for 3 ppl for tow days in row. Parking charge is much higher than some hotels. Won’t return for sure.
Booked this for my bosses. I heard it was split into two buildings, so I assume it was decent since I didn't get any negative feedback.
The price was quite high during the exhibition, but the surrounding area was alright. Orlando is a beautiful city.
Shower space is to small and narrow..
They also chargeed resort fee $30 each night.
And charge for the parking each day $25 , so each day i got $55 additional expense. So It is not good to do shopping with the price listed on the web site.
I’m a hilton honor memeber but not really feeling well treated…
The room though old but neat and clean. The makeup of room is sub-standard, I travelled with a group of 6, our hotels room sometime is not fully cleaned up, either did not refill tea/coffee, or left the dirty towels somewhere. The front desk staff were very helpful, and it was super convenient to get to Disneyland.
It seems to be an old hotel that's been renovated, but it has a small balcony and good hygiene. It's also close to Disneyland. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with too many people, and when the food came out, the plates were cold.
Close to everything and super clean !
The hotel is 15-20 mins walk to Disney entrance and downtown Disney area. The room and service is nice but the parking is a little expensive at $37/day plus tax. The pool and hot tub is a good for a family visit.
The smoke alarm is very sensitive.
The hotel room is average, featuring hardwood floors.
Parking is expensive, and the elevator may require a wait.

This is the best hotel in Maui! It's been my go-to for years. The staff always goes above and beyond to create a warm, inviting, friendly, and hospitable environment. The rooms and views are superb, the food is beyond delicious, and the amenities are top notch. I would highly recommend staying here at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. They are the best at what they do!
Good hotel on the beach. The hotel doesnt have enough restaurants or bars for its size. It is 15-20 minute walk to off site restaurants. Modern rooms. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a corner room in the main building, which offered a truly amazing view of the property, the ocean, and the island. The room was wonderfully quiet; the only sound I heard at night was the peaceful rhythm of the waves.

Compared to other hotels on Kanaapli Beach, and even the beaches of western Maui, the Hyatt Resort's beach was the worst—too many pebbles, poor water quality, and quite disappointing. Everything was great- the gold experience was totally worth it. The private concierge, the breakfast and lounge access were fantastic. The room was very clean and pleasant. The spa was ok- nothing special in terms of the service quality.

The staff was friendly, the Gold Lounge was stocked with great snacks and drinks, and the gym was very nice with a great mix of cardio and weight options. The bed was very comfortable, and overall it was truly a pleasurable stay.

great location, nice room. we have stayed during the New Year night, they had party which made the busy of Lifts traffic without notice the hotel guest.
We had numerous issues on arrival, check in was v slow. I asked for the sofa bed to be made up and had to ask 3 more times - 4 different members of staff and in the end had to speak to manager. Another guests eye drop bottle was under the bed and the toilet was dirty. We had asked earlier about moving rooms & was told none were available !! Suddenly the manager found a room and so we were moved !...
Very clean, the lobby is beautiful and very business-like, and the location is excellent!
A goon and clean hotel. Friendly front office staffs. Good location and just a stone throw away from the train station. Special thanks to Diego from the front office that help me on everything.
The hotel room was ok. I got the king bed wicked small room. The facilities seem neither new nor old. But the bathroom facilities are strange, including the sink and bathtub. They make movement not easy. The hotel was packed. Actually for me too many guests, maybe there was an event during my stay.
Great hotel, liked the room and gym. Could do with a better (bigger) bathroom
