The hotel layout is very confusing and is not ADA compliment. But the security guards and front desk staff were really nice to help guide us around the place.

I wasn't sure if this was a blood spot on the counter next to our bed I did try to clean it off but it wouldn't come off and there were moths in the closet by the bathroom

This hotel is very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes guests directly there without needing a reservation – super convenient. This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to both the outlet mall and the convention center! There are tons of restaurants nearby, especially for seafood, and the oysters are cheap and delicious. The staff are warm and friendly, and the hotel restaurant has a lot of character.

The rooms are huge especially for a solo traveller. Location is fantastic if you’re visiting Disney. Surrounding area is fine too. Room was dusty. When we checked in our booking room which are the queen room with LV ***** view were not ready yet, so the staff offered us another room which were claimed to be similar. However, we got the room at lower level and the view from our room is just swimming pool that. This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. They also offer free parking in the parking garage behind the building. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, and you can sometimes hear planes because it's close to the airport.

This hotel is so clean ..wake up in the morning the hallway smell so good..the housekeeping is the most important for us .cause we go out from our house and cleanliness is what we can relax and out of stress..I will tell all my friends and family to go here .

City style hotel, dated in a not so good location

The value for money is quite good, and the location is excellent. Right across the street, there's a big supermarket and Heytea. However, upon arrival, there's a mandatory $39 daily destination fee. Parking is $91 per night, but there's an option diagonally across the street for $44 a night.

The environment is great and very comfortable, and the location is good too. The room hygiene is also satisfactory. The hotel's food is decent, and the service is excellent. My only complaint is that the Ctrip price seems higher than other platforms, which I don't understand at all. I wonder if it's a case of price gouging for regular customers.

The hotel is incredibly well maintained for being as old as it is and is in a perfect location to walk around and explore. The staff is incredible at the front desk and the elevators are fast. The restaurants and food are open early and late so it’s easy to not be hungry. There were only two issues. The bed is hard as a rock and offers no support, and the pillows feel like sleeping on rubber.

We stayed for a concert at the yum center. We showed up and our room wasn’t ready. They offered us another room for half price. Everything was clean and cozy. The Valet was amazing. It was extremely busy and they were jogging around to get to cars, very polite, and got to us fast. Highly recommended this valet service!

We booked a fireworks-view room, and we could see the Epcot fireworks and light show. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to other parks, and there was also a boat option. You can take a nice walk along the hotel's waterfront. The room was small, and the bathroom was especially tiny. Both the hotel and Disney had a strong Christmas atmosphere, with beautiful decorations!

This hotel requires a boat ride to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, both ways, and the scenery is fantastic. For Magic Kingdom, you can just take the hotel's shuttle bus. As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place.
