The hotel layout is very confusing and is not ADA compliment. But the security guards and front desk staff were really nice to help guide us around the place.
I wasn't sure if this was a blood spot on the counter next to our bed I did try to clean it off but it wouldn't come off and there were moths in the closet by the bathroom
Very comfortable bed, nice large room, and friendly staff.
Nothing special, just an ordinary place to sleep. Resort fee is reficulous.

Solid option, I’d say this place is a great option for both Disney and universal if not staying on property at either
The most satisfactory hotel among all the hotels I stayed in during this trip. The rooms and services were good. It is worth recommending.
The overall experience was very satisfactory. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in was very efficient, the front desk staff was warm and friendly, and also provided local travel advice.
The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, comfortable beds, and good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom...

I had some noise issues from ventilation otherwise everything was ok.
Plush towels, great clean linen , good pillows
Everything were good but I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room. We got the 2x King room suite, the room space was too small as a suite, it's just like the size of a regular hotel room but the bathroom's very spacious.
Very clean carpet and jacuzzi tub.
Toiletries are not good quality, bring your own.
Worst service I’ve had ****** judgmental lazy workers never going again one high roller gone
Great hotel, fantastic location, many great restaurants, definitely would go again
Big, too big. Mainly for gambling: slot machines etc. Restaursnts so so, bit.impersonal.

We booked a Villa-type room. A huge, clean room with all amenities. Great location close to parks and shopping centers. Large grounds and convenient pools
Great hotel!! Very spacious, perfect for big families!!
I came here to attend an exhibition. The service was extremely poor, practically nonexistent. We stayed three nights and the towels weren't changed. When we called the front desk to ask for new towels, they said we'd have to pay a $15 service fee.
On the morning of our last day, at 8:00 AM, they asked if we wanted to extend our stay. I said I wasn't sure yet. The front desk staff then gave me a sarcastic...
The receptionists were also very polite!
I was often worried because I didn't understand English, but the staff were very polite and helpful. Even when it was difficult to communicate, they smiled and explained things clearly, which put me at ease. I was able to stay comfortably thanks to their attentive attention to detail, and I'm truly grateful. I would definitely like to use your services again...
It's very clean and everyone was friendly.

Perfect location with so many restaurants and attractions walkable. The gym is world class and the pool area is amazing. There is also a pickle ball court.
Air conditioner only worked properly 1 of the 3 nights of our stay. On our 1st night we had Facilities check or ac around 7 pm & 4 am. We were told they were having trouble with one of the chillers. We changed rooms after the first night of sweating. But the ac wasn’t much better. Hotel mgt. provided a box fan for our room. That helped! The 2nd night was comfortable. The 3rd and last was similar to...
The hotel is huge, which is great, but unfortunately the breakfast was really not good. However, the scenery right next to the hotel downstairs is beautiful.
The location is good, but the room is very small and quite old, and it’s very noisy at night. The main issue I’m unhappy with is that they overcharged me by $61.91. I called the hotel, and they told me to contact Trip.com, but Trip.com doesn’t make it easy to reach customer service. I guess even if I manage to get in touch, they’ll probably tell me to contact the hotel again. Being pushed back and...
Great room with a nice view, and the two Queen beds were spacious enough. The location is excellent! However, breakfast was just average.
An incredibly clean hotel with exceptionally friendly staff — everything was truly satisfying. The ocean view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that parking fees are charged separately, and the parking facility was somewhat inconvenient to use.

This but far from strip but great place and near to Circus Circus where you can go and watch some fun circus acts. Overall great. I booked through Trip.com and assumed that I got the best price, however with great price I got worst room in the hotel. Just left today after a week long visit with my family, we all loved it. For us it was perfect, yes its at the end of the strip but its on the monorail line which was so convienent and a bonus not getting stuck in traffic.

Everything about my stay was more than fine except for two issues. I had already informed hotel management that I would be proposing that night, and I specifically requested a non-connecting room with a decent view. Despite this, I was given a connecting room and placed next to a group of friends who were extremely loud throughout the night. I tried contacting the reception multiple times regarding...
The gym is great. The room has a good view of the pool and the bay. In general the room is comfortable.
The parking lot is overpriced.
This hotel is very close to the airport, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes that takes guests directly there without needing a reservation – super convenient. The hotel's environment is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. If you're driving, though, be aware that parking costs $55 USD per day.
The sea-view room was great, and the location was convenient, close to several popular attractions. The pool was large with long opening hours. The only downside was the parking; it seems they might lease out spaces to the airport, which made it poorly organized. Despite the $55 daily parking fee for hotel guests, finding a spot often meant a long search and a long walk, sometimes even having to park...
Did not get the room that we booked. Other than that was great
The hotel's ambiance was absolutely fantastic. Despite its proximity to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. Clean room, comfy bed, and a perfect location! I stayed here during Mardi Gras, and the price and location were what initially drew me in. The only downside is the daily amenity fee, but if you actually take advantage of what it offers, it ends up being worth it.
It's beautiful, but when I paid in RMB, they asked for a picture of my ID. I don't even bring that with me when I travel abroad!
This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to both the outlet mall and the convention center! There are tons of restaurants nearby, especially for seafood, and the oysters are cheap and delicious. The staff are warm and friendly, and the hotel restaurant has a lot of character.
Close to everything, walk away but don’t walk late at night.
We had our National Concention here. The food was the best I have had in 10 years of convention food! The staff were impeccable and it was just a pleasure. The hotel shows a little age, but that is the ONLY thing that wasn't perfect. Highly recommended for business or pleasure.
Wonderful hotel! The first night I couldn't find quite the right pillow on my bed (each has 4), but the next two nightly I slept amazing! The temp control in the room is easy to use. I like that the TV has the sleep option so I can set it to turn off a while after I fall asleep. Location was perfect and stay was comfortable. The noise from the hallway was annoying though.
Everything was nice except parking is extremely expensive! That’s parking yourself!
The refridge was not working so my fruit ans yogurts were rotten. However, the hotel gave me $50 credit.
Location is great! The shuttle to Disney takes credit card for the fare and runs frequently.
Great hotel. Need more bedding options (ie single beds for family rooms). Food options very expensive (but too be expected).
The rooms are huge especially for a solo traveller. Location is fantastic if you’re visiting Disney. Surrounding area is fine too. However if you arrive by public transport coming ARTIC you will have to walk quite a distance. Unfortunately before my check in and after my check out it was both raining heavily.

Room was dusty. When we checked in our booking room which are the queen room with LV ***** view were not ready yet, so the staff offered us another room which were claimed to be similar. However, we got the room at lower level and the view from our room is just swimming pool that. We supposed to stay at the quiet room with good view but what we got was lower than our expectation and downgraded.
The environment is great! It's just that the walk from the parking lot to the front desk and then to the room is too far! It's not very friendly for older people.
This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. They also offer free parking in the parking garage behind the building. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, and you can sometimes hear planes because it's close to the airport.
This hotel is so clean ..wake up in the morning the hallway smell so good..the housekeeping is the most important for us .cause we go out from our house and cleanliness is what we can relax and out of stress..I will tell all my friends and family to go here .
Free parking. Big room and nice view on a high floor.
Inside there will be a ******, medium size I would say.

Great location and clean room/bathroom. Staff are friendly and have great hospitality.
Stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. Amenities were decent, and the breakfast offered good variety. Would definitely consider staying here again.
It was alright. The hotel's location is good, and the room was a bit small. Service was also okay. No breakfast, just a $25 voucher each day.
City style hotel, dated in a not so good location
The value for money is quite good, and the location is excellent. Right across the street, there's a big supermarket and Heytea. However, upon arrival, there's a mandatory $39 daily destination fee. Parking is $91 per night, but there's an option diagonally across the street for $44 a night.
The environment is great and very comfortable, and the location is good too. The room hygiene is also satisfactory. The hotel's food is decent, and the service is excellent. My only complaint is that the Ctrip price seems higher than other platforms, which I don't understand at all. I wonder if it's a case of price gouging for regular customers.

Excellent stay! They offer free luggage storage, and it's quite convenient to get there from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Plus, there's a restaurant and convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy. The front desk staff were also very friendly.
The hotel is a bit old, but for this price, getting such a spacious room is quite a unique find. I'd definitely stay here again.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, but the service attitude is quite mediocre. It feels like the entire hotel doesn't really want to provide service, although for this price point, it's somewhat understandable.
It might have been the off-season, so the room rate was incredibly cheap. Although the facilities were luxurious, there was practically no service. No toiletries were provided, so I'd recommend guests bring their own. However, the transportation was very convenient, and parking was free, which is a great perk in Las Vegas.
I booked a king-sized bed room, but the front desk gave me a twin room, saying there were no king rooms available. This made me quite upset, especially since my colleague, who arrived an hour after me, got a king bed. The room was spacious, but the cleanliness was just okay. The front desk service was very slow; I had to queue for over an hour to check in.
The overall feeling is good. But no water , kettle, coffee makers is very disappointed

Room was nice and neat. Very spacious. Location was great. The only downside is that they don’t have free WiFi, which is kinda disappointing in this generation.
Not impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning...

The hotel's right in the middle of everything, which is great. The rooms are modern, which is good. Unfortunately, the 4,000 person conference here this weekend is clogging the elevators and on site restaurant.

Great views and comfort, but watch out for extra charges!
I recently stayed at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina. While the hotel itself is very nice, I encountered an issue that significantly impacted my experience.

Probably one of the best Hilton stays I’ve ever had! The hotel was immaculate, updated, upscale, and had a calming atmosphere. The gym was fantastic (two StairMasters!), and self-parking (fee) was super close and convenient.
My kids loved the pool, lazy river, basketball court, and hot tub. The adult pool was also great — definitely get a cabana (fee). There aren’t nightly activities, but the pool...
Short stay as this was was due to my flight being delayed and the airline providing the room.
The rooms were very nice and well appointed. Hotel public areas were well kept and clean. Actually wished I would have had more time there to enjoy the property..
From what I saw, I would highly recommend this place for a stay.
I’ve stayed here before and I had a great stay both times. Room smells clean and is clean. I needed a fan to sleep and they brought one up with an extra blanket for my baby. The hotel is incredibly well maintained for being as old as it is and is in a perfect location to walk around and explore. The staff is incredible at the front desk and the elevators are fast.
The restaurants and food are open early and late so it’s easy to not be hungry.
There were only two issues. The bed is hard as a rock and offers no support, and the pillows feel like sleeping on rubber.
I had a great overall stay at The Galt House and truly enjoyed the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and lives up to its grand, historic reputation. The convenience of having multiple dining options on-site, including Swizzle, was a huge plus and made the stay feel seamless and luxurious without ever needing to leave the property. The room, valet service, and overall atmosphere were all consistent...
We stayed for a concert at the yum center. We showed up and our room wasn’t ready. They offered us another room for half price. Everything was clean and cozy. The Valet was amazing. It was extremely busy and they were jogging around to get to cars, very polite, and got to us fast. Highly recommended this valet service!
Great location. The staff were very helpful and attentive. By far the best breakfast. So many choices and good quality food. The room was small and definitely outdated. A mini coffee maker would make up for it. The room did have a comfortable bed and mini fridge. So many landmarks within walking distance.
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby, elevators, and rooms were spotless. There is a bit of wear and tear on hall carpet and paint, but the rooms are kept updated and in excellent condition. TVs, iron, Keurig, fridges, and bathroom fixtures all are updated to new. The beds are comfortable and towels large and soft. We were very satisfied with our stay. 5-stars!
This was a really nice hotel. The lobby was super nice. You can tell it’s an older hotel. It had an old city hotel feel but kept up to date. Glass elevators that go up through the main lobby. The hotel is separated. It has two main buildings that are connected by a walkway between the two buildings. I believe the one building is the original hotel and the second building where the lobby is located...

Pretty good! It's convenient for getting to the parks. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the parks and the shopping village. Just note, there's no bus to Epcot, so don't wait around for it like we did! 😂 😂
We booked a fireworks-view room, and we could see the Epcot fireworks and light show. The shuttle bus made it easy to get to other parks, and there was also a boat option. You can take a nice walk along the hotel's waterfront. The room was small, and the bathroom was especially tiny. Both the hotel and Disney had a strong Christmas atmosphere, with beautiful decorations!
This hotel requires a boat ride to get to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, both ways, and the scenery is fantastic. For Magic Kingdom, you can just take the hotel's shuttle bus. As an official Disney-designated hotel, you get early park access, which means you can skip the lines and go straight to attractions, playing at least two rides without waiting – it's awesome! I highly recommend this place.
One of the classic hotels. Beautiful view with excellent transportation networks. Had a very good time with friends and families.
We enjoyed our stay at The Dolphin - it will most likely be our Disney “go to” hotel from here on out. It’s clean, beautiful and the lobby is big enough it doesn’t feel crowded. We appreciate that the “theme” is more adult/classy and there were minimal children running loose. The food options were good and the bar options were excellent.
Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. This hotel, recommended by Amex Travel, turned out to be a far cry from what I had imagined. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a rather unsettling scene. The valet staff at the front of the hotel seemed more interested in socializing than assisting...
We had a nice one-night stay! Overall good experience. We dined at Sway. Good could have been a bit more elevated, but not bad! Market breakfast was great.
Service: Our valet experience was the best I have ever had! Abass was infectiously friendly, hospitable, and helpful. While being the last person we saw before leaving, he was the most memorable part of our stay.
⚠️ Important: Before booking, confirm with the hotel whether they are hosting large student groups. If they are, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
