Dear Management Team, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during my stay at the Marriott Marquis Houston during my work conference. I was there for a total of 10 days at the beginning of February. From the moment I arrived, the experience was welcoming and professional. I especially want to recognize Michelle, who was truly exceptional...
My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Marquis Houston. The entire hotel is spotless—every space feels fresh, clean, and well maintained. We loved how many dining options there were on-site; it made it easy to enjoy great food without having to leave the property. Our room was absolutely lovely: comfortable, modern, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The service throughout our...
Stayed here for a weekend staycation. The room was clean and quiet. The pool area was great. The jacuzzi was relaxing, and the pool is heated to a comfortable temperature. They also have a fire pit with comfortable seating. Service was friendly and requests were quickly addressed. There are plenty of restaurants close by the vicinity. Just be aware that you have to pay for parking and internet if you...
Decided on a staycation for New Years Eve with the Family. Room was ready and spotless when when we checked in. Pool area is well maintained and the kids loved it. Pool is heated and enjoyable even on a 55° day. Plenty of options to eat on the property and within walking distance. Vale was on point during my stay. Well definitely be returning for the summer time. All in all great stay, beautiful hotel...
Room was great, staff were lovely. Very special way to spend new years in Houston.
Pool area was decorated for Christmas. Walking distance to Daikin Park Lights and Discovery Green ice skating. Wonderful restaurant options in walking distance. Great Christmas getaway. Room service pizza was good.

What an AMAZING resort! I've stayed at a LOT of nice Hilton properties, but this one REALLY takes the cake! The restaurants were very nice and served good portions, and the drinks and snacks 🍔 by the pool were also delicious! Between the amazing suite that we had with an incredible view, the numerous pools, hot tubs, and beach 🌊 accommodations; not to mention the wonderful attitude of the employees...
I chose The Diplomat Beach Resort for a long weekend getaway because of the lagoon pool. I had looked at many resorts around Miami, but the photos of that pool really captivated me and that was the main reason we decided to stay here. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the lagoon pool was under construction and closed for the season. I was honestly really disappointed because that was...
This was an amazing hotel. The service was top notch. The room was spacious and felt luxurious. We sat by the pool facing the ocean and enjoyed the hot tub, the restaurant service to our pool chair, and swimming in that epically long pool. There was an adults only section that was full, so be aware to either go early, but the lower pool was fine and had good shade and sun spots. We wished our stay...
The Diplomat is a lovely hotel with a great beach location. Upon entering you feel like you are in a Florida jungle paradise (an elegant one). The adult pool area is beautiful but the seating is limited. The family pool is much larger and has plenty of chairs. The beach is great with chairs available. You pay for umbrellas. The thing that sets this hotel apart is the service. You won’t get better anywhere...
I recently stayed at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. First, I want to highlight Kindred, who assisted us during check-in. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful—answering all our questions, making great suggestions, and really setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern, stylish...
I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that parking is at Valet, which is an extra expense. Otherwise, everything is good and the experience was great!

Great location, 10min drive to disney's parks, customer service were great, the room looks old like your living in the 80s but it was very clean and spacious for our small family (2 adults 1 small kid) so everytime I come to disney i will definitely stay here over and over!
FACILITIES ARE WONDERFUL. FULL KITCHEN.
The service staff is friendly and patient. They provide shuttle service from the front desk to the room. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with daily knives and forks, washing machines and dryers. It is very friendly for home travel. There is a shuttle to Disneyland in the morning and evening. But the distance is not far. Uber is about $15 during non-peak hours. The...
A great holiday apartment hotel! Our family had a great holiday there. The room is big and all the equipment is new. It takes 15-30 minutes to drive to Disneyland, which is convenient for access and close to the nearby supermarket. The surrounding environment of the golf course is very comfortable. Because my wife loves to eat lunch, except for the problem with the range hood, everything else is very...
The hotel is big, the rooms are spacious, the hygiene is good, there is a washing machine for cooking, and the facilities are very complete. Everything is good, but there is no daily cleaning service. When I called to ask, I was told that it would take 3 days to clean, which is a bit inconvenient!
The elderly are very satisfied with their stay. It is really good.

My room was dirty and even though it was updated it had not been well maintained. Stains on sheets, dirty shower, broken plugs. I won’t be going back. The staff was friendly though and the pool looked lovely even though it was freezing that day and I didn’t get to use it.
It was a good stay. Room OK (when was the last time the carpet was shampooed?). Great bathroom. However, the lighting is extremely DARK, even in the bathroom. Good luck Ladies, putting on your makeup. And there is no grab bar in the shower! This hotel caters to the older cruise people (like me) who really need that bar, especially in the shower. All to hang onto is the soap dish. But if that...
I returned the room card during the check out. The temporary parking paper ticket did not work when I tried to exit parking lot. I have to walk to the lobby to tell the representative such that he can ask the security to open the gate when I exit the parking lot. The parking fee was already included in the hotel fee and was paid.
Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent. $10 for washing and drying your clothes. A stroll by the lakeside in the morning is a bonus. Clean room with firm mattress, the best stay in Orlando.

From the minute I checked in, the experience was fantastic! Everyone was extremely welcoming from the staff at the desk, the coffee shop, restaurant, etc. Shuttle was a great addition and had no problem with pickup or drop off. Rooms were great..did have one small hiccup with housekeeping but it was immediately corrected. Definitely worth the stay and I’ll absolutely be back!

I've stayed at this place twice and the first time we stayed at the Villas and was frustrated with how far we were from the main building and amenities. This hotel is nearly 100 years old, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy. Its best feature is the excellent location; it's very convenient to walk to major Midtown attractions and the subway. About 100 meters to the left when you exit the hotel, there's a fantastic Korean buffet restaurant.
Excellent service, generous desk staff allowed us to check in at 9am for no cost as the room was free, excellent room with great views. Right next to multiple subway stations.
Hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff. A bit old and in need of renovation, especially the windows to ensure proper insulation from the cold; we had to keep the air conditioning on almost all the time to warm up the room. Generally I’d give a a 4/5.
It is a very basic hotel but very convenient if you want to take the train to other cities at Penn Station for a couple of days during your visit because they let you store your luggage if you return to NYC to stay there again.
We pleased with services at this hotel besides that it close the Penn station so I feel comfortable
The hotel location is quite convenient. It is easy to browse around the city. Recommended for young travelers who are seeking hotels that allow 18 years old to check-in.

The gentleman at the bar was amazing. Great conversation the food. Was great I got your hot wings and sweet potato fries. Front desk, staff overnight and day staff was amazing. Very kind.
It’s a good hotel to stay and the staff was very helpful. I was surprised that the manager of the hotel when I needed somebody to pick my bag he went and picked them himself so I thank him for that and that’s how managers should be always.
Free Wi-Fi was nearly impossible to access. $60 parking fee near criminal. Room was fine. Check in and out seamless.
The waiter in the restaurant on the first floor was very chatty and recommended us to eat crispy stake. We didn't rush out at night. January is the coldest time to go there, and the city is like snow.
I was recently in town for a 4 day conference. The team at Marriott were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great; it was very convenient for my nearby conference, and it's not far from the memorial parks. The area between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial is perfect for a run. Washington D.C. feels quite safe, so I didn't worry about getting around.
My husband and I take a trip together every year, and this year it was near New York. The hotel's location was excellent, not far from any of the attractions. We rented bikes for a day, which made getting around much easier and saved our legs!

The hotel's location is excellent, and it has a very upscale and grand atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The views from the top floor, overlooking the surrounding area, are absolutely spectacular!
Everything was perfect except the daily parking fee is crazy. It is like $70 per night. Also, I used their laundry credit to clean my trousers, but they charged me $9.75 as a service charge. So, please don’t get fooled by the free credits that this hotel provides.
The room was nice, and the location is right in the city center. However, for a big InterContinental hotel, there wasn't a single person at the front desk who spoke Chinese, which made communication very inconvenient. Also, what they called 'breakfast included' actually meant a breakfast with a limited allowance.
The environment and location were great, but the room itself was severely lacking in amenities. There wasn't a single plate or cutlery set, and the mini-fridge was completely packed with items for sale, making it impossible for guests to use. Forget about storing milk, fruit, or anything else. This definitely needs improvement; in today's highly developed tourism market, who would pay exorbitant hotel...
The takeout on the first floor isn't managed by the hotel, and it got taken. The room cleaning is usually just okay. The lights, toilet floor, and everything else look old, rusty, and discolored. Plus, if you're on a different floor, you have to take two elevators.
I stayed for five days! One day I left early and forgot to leave a tip. As a result, nothing in the room was replenished. On subsequent days, they didn't restock coffee or mineral water (even though I left a tip every day after that). They charged us $7 a bottle for mineral water. Everyone was so friendly but your concierge Ted was amazing
The room is large and spacious, with good lighting on the high floor, and you can clearly see the nearby street view and the seaside. The bed is large and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The location is close to the attractions, convenient for walking, and the monorail is only a three-minute walk away, which is suitable for travelers who do not drive.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the light rail and monorail stations, and is very convenient to the airport and the Space Needle. The hotel facilities are average, but the beds are comfortable. All the hotel staff are very friendly. Because the hotel is on the roadside, it is relatively not so quiet. But the location and service are worth choosing.
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Lovely stay at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. The property was gorgeous! Palm trees and beautiful water everywhere. They even have flamingos out by the front of the resort. Our room was comfortable with a balcony view so we got to take it all in for the 2 days we were there over the Easter weekend. Highly recommend!
When you call front dest, I have waited for a long time.
We stayed here because of Coachella. The environment is great. The golf course is in the entire resort. Because the music festival ended late, the hotel specially prepared supper for everyone to buy, which was very considerate. The corridors and rooms are obviously old, not worth the price. Overall it's OK.

The location is perfect. Just walking distance around times square. Food and bakery surrounding the hotel. Very convinient. Will come again next time
Very convenient location, comfortable rooms, and lots of Chinese restaurants nearby.
We booked a room with city view. They gave us a room with window and there was no city view. Something blocked our window view and they did it on purpose. They usually give trip.com or *********** customers on the same floor which blocks the window and blocks the city view.

Cleanliness: They don't proactively clean every day, but the room facilities are still decent. Ambiance: Extremely convenient. Flamingo is right across the street, and it has a strip with plenty of food and drink options. Service: Many say it's bad, but I found it to be quite good. Booked a 'run of the house' room, and to my surprise, they gave me a huge suite! That was a pleasant surprise. The environment is really nice, and it's super close to major attractions like the Bellagio, The Venetian, and the Eiffel Tower. You can get out and about very quickly.
Check-in and check-out are self-service. The hotel elevators don't require a key card to operate, which feels a bit unsafe (?). Downstairs, there's a strong smell of smoke. Located in Times Square, it's a pleasant walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The rooms are a bit small, and breakfast is grab-and-go with three vendor options. Pictures 4 and 5 are from Bond 45.

The hotel is quite old, but given its prime location right next to Times Square, you can't really complain too much. However, the large industrial fan from the adjacent building right outside my room was incredibly noisy.

Good for resting near the airport, very good and helpful service
The Hyatt Regency has a great location next to DFW terminal C. They have a shuttle bus to take people to the other terminals. It does get noisy from people in the hallway. However, it was clean and comfortable.
The experience was decent for transfer overnight. Location is convenient, but price is high if just for location sake. Other hotels are maybe 1/2-1/3 of the price and provide shuttle bus. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. They even helped me finding something I forgot in the room, so my husband could pick up days later, I appreciate that!
It was ok , poor value as very expensive  Given a disabled room - bit weird but clean  Lot of construction going on so impossible to sleep past 7am Housekeeping far to eager to get in 8 am and 9 am I mean please check out is 12 !!!!
