Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside, Orlando1 / 30

Orlando, 7499 Augusta National Dr 🧭 Map
My room was dirty and even though it was updated it had not been well maintained. Stains on sheets, dirty shower, broken plugs. I won’t be going back. The staff was friendly though and the pool looked lovely even though it was freezing that day and I didn’t get to use it.
It was a good stay. Room OK (when was the last time the carpet was shampooed?). Great bathroom. However, the lighting is extremely DARK, even in the bathroom. Good luck Ladies, putting on your makeup. And there is no grab bar in the shower! This hotel caters to the older cruise people (like me) who really need that bar, especially in the shower. All to hang onto is the soap dish. But if that...
I returned the room card during the check out. The temporary parking paper ticket did not work when I tried to exit parking lot. I have to walk to the lobby to tell the representative such that he can ask the security to open the gate when I exit the parking lot. The parking fee was already included in the hotel fee and was paid.
Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent. $10 for washing and drying your clothes. A stroll by the lakeside in the morning is a bonus. Clean room with firm mattress, the best stay in Orlando.

From the minute I checked in, the experience was fantastic! Everyone was extremely welcoming from the staff at the desk, the coffee shop, restaurant, etc. Shuttle was a great addition and had no problem with pickup or drop off. Rooms were great..did have one small hiccup with housekeeping but it was immediately corrected. Definitely worth the stay and I’ll absolutely be back!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Great location, great service, and very comfortable. We’re definitely coming back.
We were very happy with our stay. This was our first time in San Francisco, traveling with 3 teenagers. We were able to book 2 adjoining rooms for a decent price. Having the extra space was very helpful. Location wise was perfect for us - we were able to walk to the Giants game, Chinatown, the Ferry Building, Pier 39 (but that was a hike and we took an uber back) and the trolley system. Service was...
Terrible sound proof. I was waked up every night till I got a pair of ear plugs. Meanwhile, I put a note earlier before my arrival “no corner room”. But I was given a corner room. Facilities are too old and valet parking is too expensive.
Hotel location is great. Right at the heart of center downtown. Powell station is 2min walk away. Huge hotel with sufficient security and spacious rooms. Manager Alex is the best person I’ve ever met in America. Super friendly and super helpful. I could not have asked for a better place to stay because of him. Facilities are also nice. The gym is open 24/7 and is big. Beds and couches are super...

Very nice with big pool hotel.,
Very nice ambient for business stay. Very cool and peaceful place surrounded by trees and with a very nice pool. The swimming pool is nice, and when I arrived, there were welcome cookies that taste very good! Check in and check out process is easy, and fast, workers here are helpful and friendly.
There is no view of Disneyland at all, false advertising, but the hotel is ok.
It's convenient to go to Disneyland
A very surprising vacation experience. The hotel park is very large and the green environment is very beautiful! The swimming pool is large, has ladders and has its own rafting area. Children can go there every day and stay in the hotel all day and feel very relaxed. It's very close and convenient to go to the Disneyland.
The bed sheets in the room always have a stinky smell from not drying. There are no toiletries in the room, so remember to bring your own. There are no slippers. There is a capsule coffee machine and two bottles of mineral water. It would be better to book a high floor if possible. There are no restaurants or supermarkets within walking distance, so you need to take a taxi. There are two restaurants...

Shower head was falling out and there was a dirty kids underwear in closet. The room didn’t feel clean. Also an alarm went off around 6am coming from an empty room next door and the hotel phone wasn’t working. We were asked to address concerns with Manager and he was sincerely apologetic and exceptional.
Excellent location, nice staff, heated pool and spa is fun.
Close to Disney springs…. Shuttle bus available from hotel to parks… great pool area with lazy river!
Nice area, the phone wasn’t working, we informed them for the 3 consecutive days we have stayed and no one fixed it. Every time we needed anything in the room we had to walk down to ask for it
My mom and I go to WDW monthly and have tried all sorts of hotels, both on and off property. This HIlton is one of our favorites from a value standpoint. The location only makes sense if you're planning on taking advantage of Disney Springs, which is 500 meters from the hotel via elevated walkways, because it has lots of good restaurants, whereas the hotel itself doesn't. The lazy river pool is...
Although an older property this was very clean. My biggest complaint was the shared door between two suites (strangers in the other room) was that you could hear EVERYTHING through that door!  Also, the sink in the bathroom was not draining so that is a gross point.  Service was outstanding and in a pinch we would stay there. Bring an extension cord if you need to plug anything in. Not enough plugs...

The JW Marriott property is really elegant and beautifully decorated. We loved our ICE experience.
Weekend 2 night stay. The registration was wonderful. The restaurants and bars super nice. The resort itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated for Christmas !! However the rooms are ready for a Refresh remodel !!!The room smelled musty. Probably the fact that they still have carpets in the room. Bathrooms ready for updates as well. Asked for sheets to be changed because they smelled musty...
Very family friendly!! Our 3 year old and 1 year old had a blast at the kid pool and sand area!
Beautiful property. Gorgeous rooms. Incredible pools and things to do. Great restaurants.
This was our 1st time staying here at the JW Marriott. I wanted to bring my children to have some fun in the pool and waterslides. The front office staff was wonderful and ee enjoyed our room. However, on 09/06/2025 after spending time in the pool we all were hungry and the outside food station was closed so, they advised us to go to High Velocity as the food was good and the kids would enjoy it. This hotel is nearly 100 years old, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy. Its best feature is the excellent location; it's very convenient to walk to major Midtown attractions and the subway. About 100 meters to the left when you exit the hotel, there's a fantastic Korean buffet restaurant.
Excellent service, generous desk staff allowed us to check in at 9am for no cost as the room was free, excellent room with great views. Right next to multiple subway stations.
Hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff. A bit old and in need of renovation, especially the windows to ensure proper insulation from the cold; we had to keep the air conditioning on almost all the time to warm up the room. Generally I’d give a a 4/5.
It is a very basic hotel but very convenient if you want to take the train to other cities at Penn Station for a couple of days during your visit because they let you store your luggage if you return to NYC to stay there again.
We pleased with services at this hotel besides that it close the Penn station so I feel comfortable
The hotel location is quite convenient. It is easy to browse around the city. Recommended for young travelers who are seeking hotels that allow 18 years old to check-in.

The hotel is beautiful. We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window. The hotel also has an annex building, which appears to be about 10 stories high. When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the...
We truly enjoyed the hotel’s location, the room with its ocean view, and the excellent service provided by all staff members. The food was of good quality, although we found the prices somewhat high for what was offered. We also appreciated the beach and the availability of chairs. One aspect we liked less was the bed covering, which we found too thick, heavy, and warm.
The modern, big rooms and EXCELLENT staff. Flew in from Europe and immediately relaxed. Great location: close to everything in Miami and the pool/beach right at the hotel. Stayed 5 nights and never had to worry about a single thing, everything was provided. Love that rooms have balcony. Highly recommend!!! Best in Miami, we will be back.
We had the best time here. Unfortunately it was only 1 night but they made it amazing. Mia, Alexis, and Adriana at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Mr. Wilson and Hillary at the pool bar were outstanding. Couldn't have been a better end to our trip. Everyone we interacted with was delightful. The rooms and view were gorgeous and the location was perfect.
The Loews Hotel is elegant and clean, right on the beach… but let me tell you you’re paying a exuberant amount of money between room, resort fees, and parking… I didn’t care for the high end resort fee as it covered the use of the pool and towels, and 2 tiny bottles of water on arrival. The valet parking is 3 times as much as the parking garage in which they park your car, I ended up parking my car...
Great location. Clean hotel. They said the renovations were on the lower floors when I was checking in and therefore wouldn't impact me. But on saturday and sunday, it felt like the construction work was happening in my room so that wasn't great. I only received a message about the construction work after I had checked in and booked. There is no reference of the construction and update taking place...

The gentleman at the bar was amazing. Great conversation the food. Was great I got your hot wings and sweet potato fries. Front desk, staff overnight and day staff was amazing. Very kind.
It’s a good hotel to stay and the staff was very helpful. I was surprised that the manager of the hotel when I needed somebody to pick my bag he went and picked them himself so I thank him for that and that’s how managers should be always.
Free Wi-Fi was nearly impossible to access. $60 parking fee near criminal. Room was fine. Check in and out seamless.
The waiter in the restaurant on the first floor was very chatty and recommended us to eat crispy stake. We didn't rush out at night. January is the coldest time to go there, and the city is like snow.
I was recently in town for a 4 day conference. The team at Marriott were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, and it has a very upscale and grand atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The views from the top floor, overlooking the surrounding area, are absolutely spectacular!
Everything was perfect except the daily parking fee is crazy. It is like $70 per night. Also, I used their laundry credit to clean my trousers, but they charged me $9.75 as a service charge. So, please don’t get fooled by the free credits that this hotel provides.
The room was nice, and the location is right in the city center. However, for a big InterContinental hotel, there wasn't a single person at the front desk who spoke Chinese, which made communication very inconvenient. Also, what they called 'breakfast included' actually meant a breakfast with a limited allowance.
The environment and location were great, but the room itself was severely lacking in amenities. There wasn't a single plate or cutlery set, and the mini-fridge was completely packed with items for sale, making it impossible for guests to use. Forget about storing milk, fruit, or anything else. This definitely needs improvement; in today's highly developed tourism market, who would pay exorbitant hotel...
The takeout on the first floor isn't managed by the hotel, and it got taken. The room cleaning is usually just okay. The lights, toilet floor, and everything else look old, rusty, and discolored. Plus, if you're on a different floor, you have to take two elevators.
I stayed for five days! One day I left early and forgot to leave a tip. As a result, nothing in the room was replenished. On subsequent days, they didn't restock coffee or mineral water (even though I left a tip every day after that). They charged us $7 a bottle for mineral water. On the day I didn't leave a tip, they even charged us for items from the mini-bar that we didn't consume, like chocolate...

We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much
Everyone was so friendly but your concierge Ted was amazing
The room is large and spacious, with good lighting on the high floor, and you can clearly see the nearby street view and the seaside. The bed is large and comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The location is close to the attractions, convenient for walking, and the monorail is only a three-minute walk away, which is suitable for travelers who do not drive.
The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the light rail and monorail stations, and is very convenient to the airport and the Space Needle. The hotel facilities are average, but the beds are comfortable. All the hotel staff are very friendly. Because the hotel is on the roadside, it is relatively not so quiet. But the location and service are worth choosing.
The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. Lovely stay at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa. The property was gorgeous! Palm trees and beautiful water everywhere. They even have flamingos out by the front of the resort. Our room was comfortable with a balcony view so we got to take it all in for the 2 days we were there over the Easter weekend. Highly recommend!
When you call front dest, I have waited for a long time.
We stayed here because of Coachella. The environment is great. The golf course is in the entire resort. Because the music festival ended late, the hotel specially prepared supper for everyone to buy, which was very considerate. The corridors and rooms are obviously old, not worth the price. Overall it's OK.

Very convenient location, comfortable rooms, and lots of Chinese restaurants nearby.
We booked a room with city view. They gave us a room with window and there was no city view. Something blocked our window view and they did it on purpose. They usually give trip.com or *********** customers on the same floor which blocks the window and blocks the city view.
Overall, it was good. I asked for some amenities once, and though they promised to send them up, they never arrived. The location was very convenient for getting around.

Located in Times Square, it's a pleasant walk to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The rooms are a bit small, and breakfast is grab-and-go with three vendor options. I recommend Carve at the intersection of 47th Street and 8th Avenue for more choices. They also offer complimentary red and white wine every Tuesday and Friday from 5-6 PM. Pictures 4 and 5 are from Bond 45.
Employees were not accommodating especially at the front desk.
The hotel is quite old, but given its prime location right next to Times Square, you can't really complain too much. However, the large industrial fan from the adjacent building right outside my room was incredibly noisy.

Room was quite small and basic, and walls were thin. Staff was very helpful. There is no on site restaurant except for the steakhouse so it was not an option for my 15 night stay to dine there every night. Great location near to Central station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

There are cigarette butts and cans all around the property. There are no smoke free areas. Fixtures and furniture are from the 1970s. Its quite charming and in a great area.
Overall, I don't have major complaints about the rooms themselves here. A little dated in some aspects, but the stay was fine, if a bit spartan for the price per night we paid. However, it was things like the pool closing at 7:00 pm, the constant second hand smoke (at least not in the room) and the typical "gotta walk through the casino" feel for it all. Definitely trying to be a little Vegas experience...
