Elevator is smart. There is no breakfast. Hotel workers have difficult times when u ask something to them. It is like they dont like helping or solving ur problem. You hear every noise in the room

We attended the 2026 Chicago Auto Show, at the convention center, which is attached to the Hotel. Our room was clean and recently remodeled. All the staff was friendly and respectful. The Valet parking service was helpful and easy. We even were allowed a late check out, for no charge.

We have stayed here for the Chicago Auto Show the past 3 years. The venue is connected to the hotel and is a short walk from your room. The rooms are always comfy and clean. The staff is pretty helpful. A couple restaurants to choose from and a bar. The Arc has some of the best and friendliest servers. We will continue to stay here for the Auto Show.

I always choose this hotel for my conferences. It's conveniently located next to McCormick Place. It's also close to Chinatown and the Bean. However, this time, I was in the north building, so the view wasn't as good as in the south. Overall, I was satisfied.

Caribe Royale was an amazing day one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful room and pool is wonderful. 10/10

The hotel was beautiful. We went two days after Christmas and all the decorations were still up. It was gorgeous. Then we went to Animal Kingdom and we really enjoyed the Safari.  Last but definitely not least we went to the Rain Forest Cafe at Disney Springs. It was awesome.

We have a great time at Caribe Royale Resort, it was sk convienent. Disney was within 10-15 minutes, about 5 minutes to the outlets, and restaurants. The staff was great as well.

The ice maker on our floor did not work, we stayed 3 nights, I let housekeeping know, the ice maker was never repaired, the refrigerator in our room did not work. The bottled water provided in the room was. a $12 charge, parking was $75 a night. We had  2 margaritas at the beach $76. The hotel's location and surroundings are good, and the facilities are decent. However, the Wi-Fi is terrible, and the service isn't great. Room cleaning often doesn't happen until late in the afternoon, and when you call the front desk, you just get a lengthy English voicemail.

Overall, the experience was very positive. For me, the highlights were the hotel's location and the cleanliness of the rooms. I was attending an event at the OCCC West Concourse, and the proximity made everything work perfectly for my schedule. I also noted that while the facilities are older, they are very well-maintained.

It was clean alcohol and food was good. They were quick with services. I got valet parking because the south parking was too much of a hassle they offered to help with bags. It was convenient for the convention center for the event we were going to in the morning, lots of things to see and do.

There was long hair in some of the towels. I was disappointed that there was no microwave. There was a loud noise in the room at 2 am, I reported it but no one got back to me. It was very disturbing. The housekeeping staff were unfriendly, no hello, no good morning!

Really great hotel very close to the South Concourse of the Orlando Convention center. Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! I recommend this hotel for families. The location was convenient. Attractions like the Aquarium and World of Coca Cola were close. There was also a mall with multiple restaurants and such connected to the hotels so you won’t have to go outside. Definitely check out this hotel!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city and great value for money. We had a queen room with two bathrooms which was very convenient. We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.

We had to change rooms three times. The first room we were given was right above the garbage disposal, and then they moved us to one facing a construction site, so I couldn't sleep all night because of the noise. Booked a standard room for two people and it was much larger than expected. There was plenty of space for both our luggage, plus a wardrobe. We stayed for three nights, and the location was fantastic – right next to Grand Central Station and Fifth Avenue, which was incredibly convenient.

I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.
