I have stayed at this Marriott at least five or six times and as always I had a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, rooms are relatively big and clean, the hotel gym is above average, and the staff there is always friendly.

The property itself was beautiful, and the room was absolutely stunning. However, there were a few service-related issues that took away from the overall experience. The room was stocked with only two bath towels and two washcloths, which felt limited for an executive suite. Check-in was inconsistent and disappointing. We loved this hotel. It has everything we can think of for comfort. Staff is really friendly. They have valet service which made our life easier. Breakfast is highly recommended. First class 100%! The staff, the restaurants, coffee shops, bagel shop, you really don’t need to leave the hotel at all. Our family spent five pleasant nights in this hotel with a very good environment around Disney. The hotel hardware is new and spacious, bright, tidy and clean. I decided to spend my birthday in Hawaii and stayed at the Prince hotel which was amazing. I absolutely loved it there and I would go back and stay there again.

An excellent stay at price Waikīkī, we booked a twin ocean view room (bonus with this hotel is that all rooms face the ocean to some extent). Room was cleaned to an excellent standard everyday. Location is at the end of what we called the ‘Waikīkī strip’ close the the mall and the beach. Not the hotels fault but a balcony would have made this hotel a 5 star plus!!!

Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.

The hotels are all OK, but the prices on Ctrip are getting more and more expensive. They charge about 15% more than other booking sites. I can no longer book hotels and air tickets on Ctrip.

The hotel is beautiful and in an exceptional location. One drawback we found is that to connect to the free Wi-Fi, you have to become a Marriott Bonvoy member; otherwise, you have to pay approximately $12 a day. The hotel breakfast costs $29.90 + tax, which is too high a price in our opinion.

The suite's sofa can be expanded into a large bed, and parking is $35 a day. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. There are many A, B, C stores nearby, so the price/performance ratio is good. The downside is that the shower water is quite small.

The resort must have been in the off season, as we mostly had the pools to ourselves some days, which was a beautiful experience! The villa was fresh and spotless and the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive! This is why we come back every year!
