Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room. Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable.

Not bad, but still a bit different from hotels in China. Make sure to book a sea view, otherwise it's not worth it.

Upsettingly long line at check in ... and room not being ready at check in was disappointing!

They placed us by an elevator which kept me up all night. When we arrived to our room, housekeeping immediately walked in saying they weren’t supposed to assign us this room because they needed to replace the shower curtain which they had to return to do. Tub had hair in it still. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Hotel was beautiful otherwise, just not worth the money for the room we had.

I have stayed at this Marriott at least five or six times and as always I had a comfortable stay. The location is terrific, rooms are relatively big and clean, the hotel gym is above average, and the staff there is always friendly.

We always enjoy our stay at Marriott. We stayed in a newly renovated 1 bedroom in the lanai tower. It was very good. Our family spent five pleasant nights in this hotel with a very good environment around Disney. The hotel hardware is new and spacious, bright, tidy and clean. It is not far from the four parks of Disney, and the hotel provides shuttle to and from Disney. What I like most is that every staff member and service of this hotel is so excellent. Recommended!

The only major problem I had was I found a bug in my bed and NO ONE showed any concern! When I showed the afternoon clerk the glass I caught the bug he smiled and said “Sorry” and offered me a new glass. When I complained at check out, the clerk just laughed and when I asked to talk to management, he smirked and told me they were all in a meeting.

Room was incredibly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent and kind! Only issue was the hinge on my door was gone, so I was unable to deadbolt my door at night. Fortunately I could still close the security latch while in my room at night. Rest of stay was great!

An excellent stay at price Waikīkī, we booked a twin ocean view room (bonus with this hotel is that all rooms face the ocean to some extent). Room was cleaned to an excellent standard everyday. Location is at the end of what we called the ‘Waikīkī strip’ close the the mall and the beach. Not the hotels fault but a balcony would have made this hotel a 5 star plus!!!

Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.

Location is great and near to Ala Moana Mall, beach park etc. Room is spacious and our room offers stunning view during sunset. Honolulu Coffee at the lobby is our favourite go-to for coffee & sandwiches.

This was my second stay. One of the receptionists, an Asian woman, was very rude and didn't smile at all. The other staff were very nice; they even offered to roast marshmallows for my child. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options, and the staff were very attentive.

The suite's sofa can be expanded into a large bed, and parking is $35 a day. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. There are many A, B, C stores nearby, so the price/performance ratio is good. The downside is that the shower water is quite small.
