I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time was disappointing. I prepaid my stay, and when my flight was canceled, the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit for the missed night. The third-party booking company attempted to work with the hotel, but they declined to accommodate in any way. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled.

The facilities are excellent and very user-friendly. The hotel lobby boasts a fresh and modern design, and the sanitation is impeccably clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and bright. The service is warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The Western breakfast offers a rich variety. Among the hotels I've stayed in Miami, this one is top-tier. Highly recommend!

Very convenient location, within walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket, and the SkyTrain. Friendly checkout time. Nice top-floor view with a warm pool and gym.

It’s a good hotel but that is some hidden charges that they charge you after you leave like we had two rooms they charged it on each room sixty four dollars and one sixty eight dollars which we did not know anything about and when I checked out I asked the lady she said no you’re always $4 only for water

New hotel, beautiful pool, excellent location, very clean, friendly and efficient staff. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Amazing place, a must go. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options- great service too. Awesome for post workout smoothies and meals! Free wifi too!

I like the bowls but if you're like me and decided to go because of the coffee, look somewhere else. Casual environment. I particularly like the fact that they have phone charges spread out across the cafe (nice touch!). Will come again but would only wish they improved their coffee, it would make me a regular.
