I can’t say enough good things about the front desk receptionist at Nine20 Apartments. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She truly goes out of her way to accommodate anything she possibly can and makes you feel valued from the moment you walk in. Her positive attitude and willingness to help make a huge difference in the overall experience. Customer service like this is rare, and it does not go unnoticed!

I enjoyed my stay at this tech smart, easy and accommodating hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly including quiet guy at checkin and Medi at checkout. Location is very central and great for enjoy beach and all that SoBe has to offer. Nice spot so enjoy! (Stayed, Sun, Mar 22, 2006 to Wed, Mar 25, 2006)

Front desk staff was very helpful. Luca was wonderful as he helped my party of 14 with all of our needs. Towels, moving luggage, local places to visit, and more. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again and will recommend friends to come as well.

The best place we stayed on our visit to Miami. Clean, beautiful rooms. The staff are all really friendly too and they know a lot about things you can do in the area too. So sad that it was the last night of our trip to Florida that we found this place or I would have booked more nights.

They also had a lock room where we were able to keep our suitcases after checkout time so we didn't have to spend our last day walking around with suitcases.

Absolutely brilliant and would totally recommend to others and stay there again if we visit Florida again in the future.

Lastly the location is perfect too. Walking distance to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants.

We had such an incredible time during our stay in South Beach, Miami! The place was not only beautiful and comfortable, but the atmosphere made it truly special. Juda, Luca, and Francesca were absolutely fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from all the action that makes South Beach so iconic. The area is full of energy, great restaurants, and nightlife, yet the property itself feels like a peaceful escape when you want to relax. It’s the perfect balance between fun and tranquility.

Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged. Whether we were enjoying the beach, exploring the neighborhood, or just hanging out at the property, we always felt comfortable and cared for.

Huge thanks to Juda, Luca, and Francesca for making our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. We’d come back in a heartbeat — highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of South Beach with truly wonderful hosts!

just here to see if this place gotten any better. the last time i stayed here there was 2 locations. one look really nice from the outside witch is where the office was and the other building was down a very small walk area like a block down the road. No parking no breakfast. Room was not what we was expecting,was told we would get some of our money back. The money was never placed back on the card. the location was perfect but everything just look ran down on the outside.our view was dripping air-condition units and trash cans. i see a lot of great reviews on here and just wanted to know if anything changed?

Horrible if I can find a way to post pics I will enter the room and first thing I notive dirty wash cloth left on shower handle, dirty dishes left in the dish cabinet, paper wrapped around the fire sprinkler, floor was sticky, and best of all ac didn't work for 3 days we stayed there. Just kept getting the same answer will send someone tomorrow to fix get back to the room Fter walking 5 miles and still no ac asked for a fan atleast and couldn't provide airbnb avoid this place no one even works here have to do everything over the phone

Cute but older Hotel. Friendly staff, great Service. Daily Breakfast includes, however, no eggs and bacon. Bathrooms are small, shower curtains too short. They offer free shuttle pick up from airport. Location of the Hotel is perfect, walking distance (0.1 -2 miles) to beach, shopping and bars/restaurants.

Cute hotel, which is incredibly worth the affordable prices. Big bathrooms with quite large showers and comfortable beds. My room had some very pretty paintings and artwork in it, following the theme of the homely and well decorated lobby.

The worse service, dirty place, rude cashier attendant and when I complain about people smoking the atendente told me she can’t do anything about.

Had a $17 sandwich (South Beach prices, I guess). The bread was dry, hard, & flaking everywhere (prob not the freshest), the meat was chewy maybe with fat, and the only flavor the sandwich had was from the ~raw~ onions. I tried to enjoy myself by sitting out front, but with all the traffic noise you're better off sitting inside or using earbuds with music. Not sure if I would eat here again.

The food may be good but if you can't get waited on how do you know. Waited 15 minutes and was not waited on. When I asked if they were open, they said yes and would get someone to wait on me. I gave up and left.

A very nice restaurant right on Ocean Drive which is a center of activity in South Beach. Reasonably priced given the location. Our food and service was excellent. The photo is a view from the restaurant.

Terrible service. Sneaky discount baiting.. Saying they have but one get one free drinks and you get the bill for a 45 dollar drink! Plus they double charged me for the drink anyway!

Be careful to ask about drink pricing, be careful about uncharging ad-ons, and NEVER let your credit card out of your sight when paying! I only go to Bayside and Ocean drive with out of town company. I live here, and KNOW better...but when having a nice time, I have slipped and let the server take my CC at Bayside last year, , and now here, last week...and have had my credit card info stolen and USED from both places :( Miami is unique and can be fascinating - but be vigilent in high tourist areas!

Wish I could leave 0 stars as horrible service 20 percent gratuity added on and waitress cooked the bill adding $ for premium alcohol and my 25 dollar corona. Burger was ok fries cold ....dont do it!!!!

Service was HORRIBLE! We asked about 5 times for our bill and the waiters kept claiming it wasn't their table. We had to literally get up to get their attention and all came rushing at us claiming we were trying to leave without paying. When we stated the problem they were extremely rude, even when asked to speak the manager, she was equally as rude- as she was a part of them. The waiter blatantly lied about checking up on us "5 minutes ago" and stated she would call the police. When I told her to go ahead because we did nothing wrong - she obviously didn't. In the end two waiters ended up telling us "eff you" and the manager told us she didn't have time to deal with us after we paid. Horrible horrible customer service! Would never go back . Really ruined the south beach experience for us. Besides the service the chicken sandwich was extremely bland , would never go back there- if they had a rating less than one star, I would choose that.
