Nothing impressive about this hotel. The suite we got had a mini fridge that was full of drinks for sale. We asked if we could use the mini fridge to keep some personal stuff cold. They said we cannot. The hotel s so old with scary elevators and a small pool. we felt we could receive better serie at a bed and breakfast motel. We do not reommend this place to anyone.

This hotel ripped me off. I asked for a reciept at time of checkout and they said it would be emailed to me. Flew home and checked my emails a few days later come to found out they charged me someone else’s bill. I’m still fighting with my credit card company to get my money back because any time I try calling the hotel back they either don’t answer or hang up on me any time I say “billing issue.” It’s rediculous and messed up.

This hotel is far from 4 stars. It is 3 stars at best overall. The service is not even 2 stars. The hotel entrance and front of the building is modest, but the bell boys/valet guys and helpers at the door are very helpful. The lobby area, restaurants and pool are also nice, but the rooms seriously need remodeling. Furniture is worn out and some cabinet doors and drawers broken. Paint is chipped at a lot of places and one of the light fixture above a table didn't work. Service is very frustrating. Sometimes you need to wait HOURS for a simple request, and have to make multiple calls to front desk/operator/room service. At check-in, I asked if there is microwave and mini fridge in the room and they said that there isn't is but they provide both. Microwave was promised free and fridge was $35 for the whole stay. At checkout, when I got the final bill, they charged $35 for the microwave and $70 for fridge (twice charged $35 for fridge). I talked to the front desk and they removed the second $35 charge for fridge, but they didn't budge on the microwave charge. I asked if the employee who checked us in was present, but he wasn't there at the moment. I felt cheated because it is like since they have our credit card on file, they can charge anything that they like without our authorization.

I arrived before 4 p.m., but the rooms were not ready. The rules here are very strict, and if this is your first time, it can be quite difficult to adjust. There are additional charges for amenities like the microwave and refrigerator. I'm concerned about drinking the water as it doesn’t have a label indicating whether it is complimentary. The room is quite cramped, but most of the staff are helpful. I noticed some dirt on the shower curtain in the restroom and took a photo. I am waiting for my final bill to address my concerns. Additionally, parking is expensive, with taxes applied to everything, and separate taxes at every step.

With a 4 p.m. check-in and an 11 a.m. check-out, it would be helpful if they offered early check-in or a later check-out, such as 12 p.m. After traveling, we were tired and wanted to visit the beach, swim, and walk, but due to the timing, we couldn't do everything we planned. I felt that spending one night was not worth the cost. The next day, I tried to have breakfast, but there was a long line, and I was concerned about missing my flight, so I left without eating. It would be better if they streamlined the breakfast process—perhaps by allowing guests to simply show their room number and grab their food quickly. This would save time and help avoid delays at checkout.
