The first thing that greeted me on arrival at the reception was a strong smell of an insecticide. My room was an accessible double on the 3rd floor. While labeled as non-smoking, it did smell of tobacco inside and could use more cleaning. The shower head in the bathroom was likely broken because the water pressure was extremely weak. The reception refused to move me to another room saying it would be of no help since most of their bathrooms had the same water pressure problem. The tap control that switches the water flow between the flexible shower and the fixed one was leaking water and the plastic knob on the tap switch would come off all the time when being adjusted. The breakfast was scarce and poorly cooked. For 25$ per person it would make more sense to just have breakfast at a Danny's or in a cafe at the nearby Dadeland Mall. Despite complimentary parking being listed as an amenity on the hotel's website and on the home page on the TV in the room, I was charged $20 per night for on-site parking. After I complained to the manager the charge was canceled. After all, I regret staying at this hotel, my money would have been much better spent on an airBNB.

Horrible experience, front desk charged me TWICE for my weekend stay and I still haven’t heard anything back from them regarding the refund. When I asked Katherine (who by the way was the one who did not see I had already paid my reservation online and charged It again at check out) to speak to a manager she said she will let the manager know I want a call back but doesn’t know if they will contact me. This is how management runs their hotel? When I originally contacted them about the double charge they admitted that they charged It twice but still haven’t done anything for the inconvenience they have caused me. Not to mention the hotel room smelled like wet socks and they don't come clean your room during your stay found that weird.

UPDATE:
Called again when I received a email of a refund that was being give to a Mastercard that was NOT my card and not the card I used on the reservation. This has been a nightmare I asked for the manager AGAIN and they said he was working on my case but stepped out to a meeting again. They will do anything to avoid you speaking to a manager. Super unprofessional worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and I have stayed at some pretty awful ones. They don’t care about your experience they care about your money. Why can’t a manager contact me?? Has been the biggest inconvenience and they haven’t cared one bit If I could give 0 stars I would

When I arrived to my room my tv didn’t work for the cable. I was unpacking my stuff, and I called the front desk and let them know they sent out their person, and I simply told the guy that the HDMI was unplugged. He saw my Xbox sitting on the counter and told me I am not allowed to plug any consoles into the television now that has never happened on any of my stays at any hotel I told the guy I didn’t even try to plug in the Xbox yet he fix the TV and told me I am not allowed to plug in anything to the TV. They have a HDMI box for you to plug in something for the TV but they put it behind the TV so you can’t even reach it. The guy was completely rude. I will not be staying at this hotel again
