Very good experience with children

The hotel overcharged me for the room and refused to let me leave until the payment was settled. Even though I had already paid the full amount, Ctrip customer service contacted me and told me that we still need to communicate and deal with it.

The service is very good. The service and details that JW should have are handled very well.

The hotel is a bit old. I can't tell that it was renovated in 19 years. Everything is quite old.

Parking at the hotel is only valet, which is relatively expensive at 45-55 knives a night. The parking fee alone is more than 200 knives these days, and there is no discount for hotel guests, which is normal.

The wine from the bar on the first floor can be taken to the room. The wine is a bit overpriced, and even for pickup, a 20% service fee is mandatory for some reason.

Soundproofing is generally a bit noisy at night

The stay was great, only hampered by the fact that the nearby floors were under construction and the noise and lack of light were a bit annoying.

I attended the JW Marriott Miami for a spa package for two that I purchased for my girl friend's birthday. First off we went to the downtown location initially and informed we were in the wrong location. The concierge at the spa was kind and courteous. She validated our parking and let us know that she was going to call the correct location. Once we arrived at the Brickell location it was amazing from start to finish. The concierge was attentive and understanding about our situation. Then Erica, our masseuse, took my girlfriend for her 55 minute Swedish massage with aroma therapy. She loved it! I went and hung out at their beautiful pool until it was my turn. Let me just say, Erica can work wonders! She was very informative and descriptive in what was going to do. I would recommend trying out this service and we will be visiting again soon.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and close to a nice bakery. They also had excellent orange infused water in the lobby and no surprise fees when we showed up. The location downtown was relaxing and convenient.
