The front desk staff was super friendly and helped us carry the luggage to the cart. The room and the lobby were clean. Looked great. The bartender at the bar was friendly as well. Easy access to the parking lot (parking fee $25 + tax / day). Good location.

Attentive staff, excellent food and facilities. I highly recommend it. It's conveniently located near shopping malls.

The hotel is new, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the check-in process was very unusual. I figured most hotels would have rooms ready by 3 PM. When I arrived at 4 PM for check-in, I was told the room was ready and the key would be 'just 10 minutes.' I ended up waiting an hour and a half, finally getting the key past 5 PM. A crowd of people were waiting for their keys in the lobby.

The room cleaning was incredibly frustrating. On the first day, I left at 8 AM and called the front desk to request cleaning, hoping the room would be fresh upon my return. However, by 11 AM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. Leaving again at noon, I saw a housekeeper next door. I asked if my room was next, but after checking her list, she said it wasn't on there and I needed to contact the front desk. So I went down to the front desk again to request cleaning, but when I returned at 4 PM, the room was still untouched. Exhausted, I called for clean towels, which also took half an hour to arrive. The next day, the same thing happened: I requested cleaning in the morning, but by noon, it was still not done. I finally lost my temper with the front desk and filed a complaint.

The room was spacious and clean.

The room is big and clean. The location is good. There is a beautiful design area nearby.

The air conditioning in our room is very noisy so we didn’t sleep well. It was too late and we didn’t contact them. Be sure to check with them about this thing.
