Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay in Miami

Room was wonderful however the room that I had booked months before was not available and the only option was for me to upgrade my room for an additional $50. I was also asked to sign a document to confirm the upgrade. I don’t think that I should have to pay for an upgrade when my room is not available. What was I supposed to do at that point? Also our phone was not working in the room so I had to go down to the restaurant to order room service and when it didn’t arrive, I called down to the restaurant and they said oh we thought you received your order because we didn’t get a call from you saying that you didn’t receive it. So basically until I complain they’re not going to fill the room service order. This hotel had a very interesting and backwards way of handling problems. They put the responsibility on the customer and don’t take accountability for their faults.

Excellent location, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, convenient parking, beautiful swimming pool, brand new decoration, slightly small room, first-class view, late check-in and early check-out are a bit inconvenient.

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor... They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen. It was a four in one hot tub, so a lot of room for comfort !
