On the day of check-in, we found blood stains on the bathroom floor drain. After communicating with the hotel, we were assigned to this room. There was no apology for the poor hygiene, and we were told that this was the room type we had booked before. It is worth mentioning that this balcony is connected to the next door. We went to the hotel again the next day to communicate, and they changed us back to the room type we had booked before, which left us with a very bad impression.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. We received immediate 5-star hospitality at arrival (greeting, drinks, services). They were on top of it! Beautiful view from our room, restaurant and bar offers great food, nice pool, we received all around great accommodations. Conveniently located to everything. Would gladly stay again and highly recommend. 🏆
