Club Wyndham Grand Desert, Las Vegas1 / 30

Las Vegas, 265 E Harmon Ave 🧭 Map
Loved the pool, the happy hours, mimosas and Bloody Marys and the cleanliness of the hotel. I
Perfect location for families with young kids. No smoking lobby with slot machines, quite, and even have best Sphere view!
It was spacious and comfortable, and I could cook with my family, and I could even do laundry and drying, so I had a comfortable stay. However, the Wi-Fi internet speed was slow and didn't work well. Other than that, it was a bit far from the strip and main street, but that was okay and I was satisfied.
The room was quite large and very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi signal.
The room was good size, 1 bedroom. Clean, quiet, view. No real complaints. We did get adjoining room with connecting door but fortunately neighbor was quiet. We were in Tower 2, main lobby location.
Room & location great. One problem-some mold in both showers and jets in tub could use a thirough cleaning.. all else very clean.

Did not expect have to pay $10 a night for parking. On your website it was advitised free breakfast but it’s not true. One day someone tried to open the safe, the next day someone opened our safe , playing with our medication. Terrible
Great hotel especially with customers needs and wants Any issues I had were promptly resolved
The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Universal Studios, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. What could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower pressure was a bit low.
One night stopover before our Florida road trip, easy to find from the Airport, check in was quick and friendly. Room was tired but reasonably clean, breakfast was plentiful, coffee kept coming due to the attentive service.
It was good and near universal studios and disney. Also many things were walkable. However, to get the shuttle you must line up at 7am and we checked in the day before going to universal meaning we couldn’t get the free shuttle and had to uber.
We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The location is quite convenient; right outside, there's a gas station, a convenience store, and even the world's largest McDonald's. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket...

Our first time here and we loved it. Dont need to leave the resort with all the restaurants, shops & bars lol. We loved the stay and definitely will be back 😊
The hotel was okay. There wasn't much to eat in the evening, and there was no water in the room. The facilities were decent.
I enjoyed the service and the stay.
Highly recommended! Excellent customer service and comfortable, clean room
This place was awesome. The view from my room was amazing. Evening was very helpful from room service to security. They all helped me with figuring out where to go, lol. This place is really big so much to see just in side the casino. I always have a hard time sleeping in hotels but not this place. They're beds and pillows were very comfortable. I don't gamble but I will definitely be staying here...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ocean Resort & Casino is hands-down one of the best experiences in Atlantic City. From the moment you arrive, the staff truly sets the tone—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference. The rooms are modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with absolutely stunning views that remind you you’re staying somewhere special. It feels fresh, upscale...

I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right in the French Quarter, so everything is within walking distance and very convenient if you’re trying to explore, eat, or go out. That’s honestly the highlight. Aside from that, the stay itself was just okay—nothing impressive. The biggest issue was the unexpected charges. When...
Overall stay was okay. The best part was the location. Customer service was terrible. I already paid in full when booked the room. There was a cancellation flight prior to check in due to bad weather condition. I informed them as soon as I know. But things didn’t sort out until 3 days later. When checking in they told us the reservation was no longer available. I am a frequent traveler. This was my...
I want to give a huge shoutout to Brian, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. He was extremely informative and attentive every single time I crossed paths with him. Even when I didn’t ask, he took the initiative to explain things, give directions, and make sure I knew exactly where everything was. That level of awareness and care really stood out. What impressed me most was when I was speaking...
Checked into our room today for a 5 day stay. Off to a great start. Missed the valet fellas name, but he met us with a huge smile and ready to help. Eric the Bellman rounded up our luggage and offered plenty of tips to enjoy our stay. Super friendly and professional. Joy at the front desk was top notch. Friendly and helpful. Nice room with a Bourbon street view. Joy told us about a few places in...
The Astor has a charming lobby and friendly staff, but it has some problems. At night in our room we found a cockroach on the wall, and after killing it, it was hard to find on the brown-patterned carpet, which may be the reason for the brown color (and for the poor lighting? only a few lamps aside from the entrance and bathroom). I booked the hotel for a conference, through the conference the cost...
Loved the room wish I could’ve had a better view, was facing a building lol. The air conditioning was freezing thermostat didn’t work. For older handicapped people a higher toilet would have been better. The first keurig wasn’t working and it should have two blankets in the room since it was a two queen beds. Wonderful stay and exceptional service. We truly appreciated the staff for acknowledging our anniversary and thoughtfully upgrading our room—it made our stay feel special from the start. The service throughout was excellent, and the property and rooms were beautifully maintained. A memorable experience overall, and we would gladly return.
The staff were incredible! My family and I stayed from the 20th of Dec through the 26th. The Christmas buffet is something I'll dream of for years to come. The Spa attendants were absolutely amazing from being able to accommodate last minute bookings to the best massages and facials I've ever had. EVERYONE on the property was an absolute joy to engage with and the restaurant is Texas Spice and Crenshaw...
We caught an Uber from the airport as that seemed less expensive than any of the other shared shuttle rides. Check in was a breeze. The room is beautiful, spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded and a late check-out added to our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. I had the best facial I've ever had at the Leaf Spa.
Was nice enough. Didn't "wow". Expected a sofa in room based on booking website, didn't get. Didn't get the free upgrade entitled associated with program we booked under. Hotel claimed they were full, not likely, as higher rooms could be be booked online that evening. Seems to be standard practice to deny this benefit by many chains participating in the program. Don't lie to us, just tell us...
I stayed last summer for a medical conference. Concierge Gail Walker reached out soon after I booked my stay to offer their services. They were very quick with responses, even calling me when email was too difficult to respond as I was busy working in the hospital. They asked my goals of the trip and anything I’d like to do. I let them know my fiancé was with me and that my partner deserved a romantic...
I expected a little more from a 4-star hotel. I’ve been to a good amount and I think Fairmont was the most disappointing of the bunch. When we first entered our room as went straight for the huge windows. It was a nice view overall, but then we found a sock behind the mini-bar. We let it go considering it was behind the bar/next to the couch. The location is great since it’s right near Millennium...
Clean, friendly check-in. By midnight we couldn’t handle the screaming child in an adjoining room. Front desk listened to recording for 2 seconds before promptly giving us a new room. We went from 32nd to 22nd floor tho. City view to partial view of MDaley Park. Hotel Restaurant was not equipped to handle their offered breakfast package. 2nd morning we opted to get ours “to go” since we couldn’t be...
I would recommend staying here. It was a great location, easy walk to the magnificent mile & Millennium Park. We used SpotHero find a very affordable covered parking with In-N-Out 24 access that was literally in the building attached to the hotel. Hotel staff was very nice. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location. I booked an ocean-view room, and the view was truly beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the internet worked well. The room overlooked the beach. Partial view. Overall , I would have preferred to stay in property for breakfast but was unavailable
We had a problem with the initial room and were moved two times until we found a good room
Absolutely incredible hotel. I see why it has its reputation, and it is very well deserved. Will definitely be back.
I hoped that we can enjoy the historical site with my family from abroad, but I found the web cobs on the wall over the lighting. When I call the front desk, they just said that they’ll send a janitor and I couldn’t unpack my luggage for a while. Also, there are so many hidden ( not clearly disclosed) costs.

The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic. The hotel has a vintage, historic feel, which I liked. The room was very clean, but there was quite a bit of noise from outside the window.
This hotel has a very vintage feel, with beautiful American-style architecture and decor. Many celebrities have stayed here. Overall, it's pretty good.
The food options in breakfast buffet are limited for a 4 star hotel. Overall, the breakfast is average.
This hotel is housed in a century-old building, and its interior is decorated in a grand, vintage Baroque style with murals, carvings, and crystal chandeliers, reminiscent of an old European castle. The front desk offers complimentary bottled water. When I requested hot water for tea, they immediately had a staff member deliver an electric kettle to my room. The breakfast was plentiful and the service...
Definitely worth staying, it's very historic, just a bit old-fashioned in terms of facilities.
The hotel lobby and the basement level are very retro and opulent. The staff were polite and courteous. The room itself was spacious, simple, and had a charmingly vintage feel. The window directly overlooked a small plaza, where I not only watched people ice skating but also witnessed a small protest. For a hotel in the US, the breakfast here was incredibly rich and varied. Good place to stay in Vegas for a few nights. We stayed here for four days and I wouldn’t stay much longer than that. You’re a bit off the ***** and if you don’t have a car you’ll be Ubering everywhere.
The room was clean and serviced daily. Parking was convenient with a large free lot. It was easy to get around, and the soundproofing was better than other hotels. Great value for money! And you absolutely cannot miss the Jinyuanbao Restaurant downstairs – it's delicious!
Only hotel I been staying at, for past 15 years. The early check in is great benefit also for me.
The room is big enough for me my mom and my girl. Great place to stay to see a show at the Ryman! Easy walk to there and to Broadway. Will stay there again.
Staff was wonderful and accommodating. They were very helpful with directing us to great local attractions. The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of all the fun.
The room was large but it was a bit warn. The window treatments were old and didn’t close properly. The bathroom was large but outdated. The air/heat unit did not seem to heat well. We were constantly getting up to turn it up and down.
Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours. Bathroom shower curtain didn’t work and the floor was flooded. The room door didn’t shut properly on its own. Security was on top of it though they noticed and came to check.

Been going to Bally's for a few years now and always a great time. Park Place Prime has excellent food and I highly recommend staying in one of the ocean view rooms. This place isn't perfect by an means, but I will say its a 3-3.5 star hotel casino that I've always had 5 stars of fun at.
I stayed at Bally’s as its location was the most convenient for me to get to and from the convention center. My hotel room was on the 42nd floor. It was OK, but there was some mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since it was built. The dark blue carpeting had a lot of stains on it I needed to be vacuumed a lot better. The television didn’t work in my room...

Enjoyed our stay here at Ballys, hotel itself is ok but could use some improvement with answering guest needs, stayed here 3 days and needed towels and trash picked up, no one answers phones, so you have to go downstairs to front desk and still just hope and pray you get what you need. Lots of smoking inside hotel casino area so I stayed away from there, had my lil one so did not like that at all...
The hotel is a bit dared. The room had peeling wall paper, ancient furniture except the TV. As with most hotels these days, there is no microwave, no lotion, shampoo, or mouth wash. Waited on hold for 15 minutes just to speak to someone at the front desk. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of eateries after dinners. In fact, the only thing is open after 9 pm except Dunkin Donuts . Most of...

Good location and impressive view. Convenient to go everywhere. Staff enthusiastic and ready to help. Definitely recommend to others.
The soundproof is bad, I can hear people talking in their rooms. There was a smell of sewer somewhere,
Great river views, would not have wanted a city view or lower floor. Restaurant had very good food. Because we were there when it wasn’t a busy time of year we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Floor to ceiling windows with a view. But not much space if it were crowded. Good experience all around. Best located hotel for what we were looking for.
I can't say much about the rooms since we got the most economic one possible. It's an ada room. It's very clean and seems very accessible. I don't know that the shower is accessible as it should be.
