Millennium Biltmore Los Angeles, Los Angeles1 / 30

Los Angeles, 506 S Grand Ave 🧭 Map
The front desk staff weren't very enthusiastic. The hotel has a vintage, historic feel, which I liked. The room was very clean, but there was quite a bit of noise from outside the window.
This hotel has a very vintage feel, with beautiful American-style architecture and decor. Many celebrities have stayed here. Overall, it's pretty good.
The food options in breakfast buffet are limited for a 4 star hotel. Overall, the breakfast is average.
This hotel is housed in a century-old building, and its interior is decorated in a grand, vintage Baroque style with murals, carvings, and crystal chandeliers, reminiscent of an old European castle. The front desk offers complimentary bottled water. When I requested hot water for tea, they immediately had a staff member deliver an electric kettle to my room. The breakfast was plentiful and the service...
Definitely worth staying, it's very historic, just a bit old-fashioned in terms of facilities.
The hotel lobby and the basement level are very retro and opulent. The staff were polite and courteous. The room itself was spacious, simple, and had a charmingly vintage feel. The window directly overlooked a small plaza, where I not only watched people ice skating but also witnessed a small protest. For a hotel in the US, the breakfast here was incredibly rich and varied. I stayed for two nights...

Very nice property. Staff were first class. Food was good some things were very good like the smoked brisket.
Great property, super friendly staff, access to restaurants on camelback really easy, looking forward to coming back when it's a little
Really nice. Clean. Alycia the concierge made us feel very welcome. Classic old school resort but well maintained. Big property that has areas of activity and areas of peace. One our favorite resorts of all the nice places we've stayed.
This hotel is outstanding in architecture, ambiance and excellent service. You relax the moment you arrive. Clean, beautiful rooms. Excellent food and service. I highly recommend.
I loved my stay! I’m happy we opted in for the citrus club access, definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff were amazing, very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
Was a lot nicer than the original hotel we booked. We didn’t have to leave for anything and were very satisfied with the stay.

I didnt know that only express stay that can only request clean the room. I stayed 2 nights and after my first night next day I requested to clean the room 3x they said okay. And night when I came back the room was not cleanand I called frondesk they no housekeeper available and only express can request.
Good place to stay in Vegas for a few nights. We stayed here for four days and I wouldn’t stay much longer than that. You’re a bit off the ***** and if you don’t have a car you’ll be Ubering everywhere.
The room was clean and serviced daily. Parking was convenient with a large free lot. It was easy to get around, and the soundproofing was better than other hotels. Great value for money! And you absolutely cannot miss the Jinyuanbao Restaurant downstairs – it's delicious!
Only hotel I been staying at, for past 15 years. The early check in is great benefit also for me.
The room is big enough for me my mom and my girl. The room was clean and fresh air only one point that I dnt like was a little bit dark in the room as it doesn’t has the ceiling light (light came from 3 lanterns). I book and prepay thru online which doesnt include the hotel fees per night around 45$+ tax with no breakfast provides. The breakfast will need an extra cost around $9.99 + tax which we decide...

The room was nice and clean. The view was not good (I only saw other hotel room). Some staff were great other staff were not helpful (we had three suitcases and no one bothered to ask if my spouse or I needed help). The food was good and the location is wonderful as it is walking distance from many shops and restaurants and right near the French Quarters. The hotel itself is so beautiful and the Christmas...
Staff was great. Coffee awesome. Bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in. We were in room 521. The bed creaks every time you move, sits extremely low and totally uncomfortable. Pillows ok.
Room was fabulous, comfortable and quiet. Staff so professional, Christmas decor top notch!
Great hotel! The staff are courteous and go out of their way to help. It is beautiful during Christmas.
We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday. We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and...
The property looks aged in comparison to other Ritz-Carlton properties i have stayed in. Also, while conveniently located close to Bourbon street, the partying noise in the area is very loud throughout the night so it is not easy to get some sleep

Great staff, very clean and they even gave an upgrade. Would stay again when returning to Nashville. Very walkable to downtown.
Yes staff was very good room was clean my issue was more with the parking expense and just the hotels prices on food was very high
Great place to stay to see a show at the Ryman! Easy walk to there and to Broadway. Will stay there again.
Staff was wonderful and accommodating. They were very helpful with directing us to great local attractions. The hotel was beautiful and right in the heart of all the fun.
The room was large but it was a bit warn. The window treatments were old and didn’t close properly. The bathroom was large but outdated. The air/heat unit did not seem to heat well. We were constantly getting up to turn it up and down.
Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours. Bathroom shower curtain didn’t work and the floor was flooded. The room door didn’t shut properly on its own. Security was on top of it though they noticed and came to check.

DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando, Orlando1 / 30
8.5
Orlando, 5780 Major Blvd 🧭 Map
I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.
Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.
Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!
Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)
The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family
This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

Been going to Bally's for a few years now and always a great time. Park Place Prime has excellent food and I highly recommend staying in one of the ocean view rooms. This place isn't perfect by an means, but I will say its a 3-3.5 star hotel casino that I've always had 5 stars of fun at.
I stayed at Bally’s as its location was the most convenient for me to get to and from the convention center. My hotel room was on the 42nd floor. It was OK, but there was some mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and it looked like it hadn’t been updated since it was built. The dark blue carpeting had a lot of stains on it I needed to be vacuumed a lot better. The television didn’t work in my room...
I've read reviews after I booked my room. Good thing I only stayed to shower and sleep for a few hours. I couldn't stay here for more than a night. Check-in was super fast. The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable of the area. There's a lovely bar located right across the front desk, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There was a little bit of a weight for the elevators, but not that big of a...
Enjoyed our stay here at Ballys, hotel itself is ok but could use some improvement with answering guest needs, stayed here 3 days and needed towels and trash picked up, no one answers phones, so you have to go downstairs to front desk and still just hope and pray you get what you need. Lots of smoking inside hotel casino area so I stayed away from there, had my lil one so did not like that at all...
The hotel is a bit dared. The room had peeling wall paper, ancient furniture except the TV. As with most hotels these days, there is no microwave, no lotion, shampoo, or mouth wash. Waited on hold for 15 minutes just to speak to someone at the front desk. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of eateries after dinners. In fact, the only thing is open after 9 pm except Dunkin Donuts . Most of...
check in is super super slow and it is NOT due to long queues but simply that the reception is taking her own sweet time. refused to accept my credit card that has my christian name (not in passport) on it that i have been using the same for the past 3 decades worldwide with no problem at all. refused to accept cash too. 🥸 the next hotel that i stayed in, has no such problem. 😏

It is located in the center of Bellevue! Next to a few big malls like Lincoln Square, Bellevue Square etc. The hotel is clean and kind of new. You can park for free if you stay Friday and/or Saturday night.
The room is satisfactory, the service is particularly good and humane. The hotel lobby is spacious and has free red apples, which feels very warm.
Great Trip! Hotel Staff was kind. The lobby of the hotel was also beautiful.
Convenient transportation, convenient for eating, drinking and shopping nearby
Whenever you come to this city, the choice of food and accommodation is an important factor that affects the experience. This hotel has a good location, clean rooms, and a good overall experience. It is the first choice for staying and will continue to patronize next time.

Excellent hotel, well situated for all the sights. Buy parking separately nearby!
The room was big and nice, but the shower curtain smelled and the drilling noise was heard at 6:30 in the morning and again at 9:30 at night. It didn't seem to be construction at the hotel, but nearby construction.
Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Delivery is fast and service attitude is good
The hotel is located in downtown Denver, with a good location and large rooms. There are no obvious disadvantages. Except for the parking fee of $50, which is a bit expensive, everything else is good.

Good location and impressive view. Convenient to go everywhere. Staff enthusiastic and ready to help. Definitely recommend to others.
The soundproof is bad, I can hear people talking in their rooms. There was a smell of sewer somewhere,
Great river views, would not have wanted a city view or lower floor. Restaurant had very good food. Because we were there when it wasn’t a busy time of year we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Floor to ceiling windows with a view. But not much space if it were crowded. Good experience all around. Best located hotel for what we were looking for.
I can't say much about the rooms since we got the most economic one possible. It's an ada room. It's very clean and seems very accessible. I don't know that the shower is accessible as it should be. Great location, and the room was better than expected. However, the service was mediocre. As an InterContinental Platinum member, I received no benefits, and despite having already paid through Trip.com, I was charged an additional $50 at check-in.
The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear my neighbor's alarm clock going off repeatedly – it was ridiculous. Plus, a child was crying in the middle of the night. I barely got any sleep because of the alarms and crying all night long.
Start with the bad  Room was really cold even with the heater on full blast . There was a balcony and the balcony door was quite loose and draughty, the windows were not double glaze and you could hear a lot of the sirens and going on’s outside . Second time here, remains a nice hotel, comfortable, good service and clean. Brkfst is good but wish we knew the renovations were taking place, wish that was somehow always posted in the ********** app. We will stay again in future.

We stayed 4 nights this past week and we loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and more spacious than we expected (deluxe 2 queen/comes with pull out couch). The pool area is AMAZING. We spent all our free time outside the parks in the pool. The bar at the pool makes great food as well. Everything was convenient and well maintained. No complaints at all.
Place is great, more of an adult vibe. Families with kids staying there were not distracting at all. The room I had was very nice, but I truthfully expected it to be nicer. The room was like any typical Hilton Garden Inn in terms of "nice". The bed was comfortable which is a plus. Enjoyed having the option to use the water taxi or walk into CityWalk. Location Location Location— We stay almost every year at Portofino bay which finally now after some construction is much better and you can actually get a view vs a blacked out window and view of scaffolding. Poorest Marriott I have been in. Had to change the room three times due to noise and broken equipment issue and instead of getting an apology from the staff we were told to not come again asking to change the room. Rooms itself very poor quality.
Hotel location is great with provided shuttle bus. Just be sure you know which Marriott airport hotel you are going.

It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way.
