Clean room, good location. Had the noise from the carnival court bands at night but being so tired we slept through. Was offered a comped extra night for resort fees only and we took advantage of this as late check out as our flight wasn't until 10pm and the late check out fees would have cost us more. All in all pretty decent. I would use this hitel again

After booking on Trip.com, when you get to the hotel, don't bother with the self-service check-in kiosks – it's a waste of time as you'll still need to pay the remaining balance. The Grandview is a great place for you and your family to experience LAS VEGAS. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed it we were able to get the 2 room suite with king beds it was exceptional.

The grand view at Las Vegas was more than I expected! The two bedroom room was very spacious and felt like a home away from home. I was able to get a workout in the gym in the morning, showere up and then hit the hot tub all by 8:30am since the weather was very good during my visit. It is a 10 min drive from the strip which is a big time saver. Will definitely book again in the future

As a travel nurse you want to be comfortable without a sense of checking in and out. Perfect place for travel.

My partner and I wanted a peaceful staycation that wasnt super expensive. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Westgate is definitely a staple for my family! The only thing I didn’t care for was the Water Park area closing at 6pm, which includes the Rikki Tiki Tavern. Other than that I would definitely be back!

We love Westgate lake and resorts. This is our 3rd year. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and the resorts is beautiful. If there’s only 1 minor thing we could point out, it is that the rooms have no real curtains. They have the window shades which u can open and close but they are not blacked out. Fantastic! Each night came with a $60 voucher. My partner and I stayed three nights, so that was $180 in total. We used it at the Wynn buffet, and even though we went over by about $30-$40, they didn't charge it to our room, which basically means we ate for free. Plus, even without tipping, they still gave us a Sphere view room.

This hotel’s setup feels really outdated. There’s no self-parking, and you have to pay $45 for valet. The bed sheets were saggy, and the mattress was so soft that it offered no support—I couldn’t sleep all night. I checked out the next morning because I just couldn’t take it anymore. Definitely not recommended.

Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

This is a great property for events and being downtown. The Open Palette restaurant was excellent as well as the staff. The hotel does seem a little tired in the restrooms, but overall seemed like a great venue for a place to stay while hosting a large event.
