This is the best hotel in Maui! It's been my go-to for years. The staff always goes above and beyond to create a warm, inviting, friendly, and hospitable environment. The rooms and views are superb, the food is beyond delicious, and the amenities are top notch. I would highly recommend staying here at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. They are the best at what they do!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance from Citywalk. There are free shuttle buses connecting the hotel to all Universal Parks. I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that parking is at Valet, which is an extra expense. Otherwise, everything is good and the experience was great!

I have to walk to the lobby to tell the representative such that he can ask the security to open the gate when I exit the parking lot. From the minute I checked in, the experience was fantastic! Everyone was extremely welcoming from the staff at the desk, the coffee shop, restaurant, etc. Shuttle was a great addition and had no problem with pickup or drop off. This hotel is nearly 100 years old, so the facilities are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy. Its best feature is the excellent location; it's very convenient to walk to major Midtown attractions and the subway. About 100 meters to the left when you exit the hotel, there's a fantastic Korean buffet restaurant.

It is a very basic hotel but very convenient if you want to take the train to other cities at Penn Station for a couple of days during your visit because they let you store your luggage if you return to NYC to stay there again.

The hotel's location is great; it was very convenient for my nearby conference, and it's not far from the memorial parks. The area between the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial is perfect for a run. Washington D.C. feels quite safe, so I didn't worry about getting around.
