The lobby was decorated beautifully and the service was great. There was an additional $135 “destination fee” when we arrived. Then the next morning none of us could shower because the water wasn’t working or there wasn’t enough pressure. For the price I definitely expected better but was not a bad stay.

Extremely impressed with our check in experience with Hillary who was still training, she did everything possible to arrange the perfect room for us despite my exacting requests! Comfortable stay with good concierge staff to handle theme park ticket purchase. Appreciated the help of one reception counter staff to book fabulous.com shuttle bus through app to Magic Kingdom theme park for us. The same bus also routes to EPCOT for every one hour. The Disney Springs park is nearby in walking distance as a very attractive tourist spot.

The service is always friendly here in any aspect of the hotel. You can not beat the location and being able to just cross the bridge to Disney Springs which is so convenient.

Check In was a breeze. Very friendly restaurant and market staff. Easy to get to Disney Springs and my conference downstairs. The conference room was too cold! Went in November so maybe they are used to hot Florida summers and had the AC turned too far down. I would go back if necessary to be in that area.

We love the proximity to Disney Springs. We have stayed at this hotel many times and love it. We got our free water and coffee vouchers when we checked in and picked up some quick eats at the Market Store. We were able to leave our bags securely because we arrived early after an all night flight. Check in was smooth and efficient. After  several hours we came back to hotel to get access to our room. When I tell you that this place had everything from a convenience store to laundry service to proper directions to Valet, to being right in the heart of the strip. It was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was strong enough to keep us warm. The outlets didn't require a converter, which was convenient. It was very quiet, and the hotel's location is great, very close to Central Park, making it easy to get around.

The location is unbeatable, really close to the most bustling area of the city center. The subway station is right next door, making it super convenient for getting around. The rooms are small but well-equipped. The air conditioning works. It was unexpected that they charged a $100 daily deposit but only refunded $65. This turned out to be for a mandatory bar credit. The hotel is nice and good value for money, with rooms overlooking Lake Tahoe. Everything you need is nearby, and transportation is convenient. We love it here. We've been coming and staying here since it was the Trump Marina. It's always a good time here even if we don't win. Perfect location for families with young kids. No smoking lobby with slot machines, quite, and even have best Sphere view!

It was spacious and comfortable, and I could cook with my family, and I could even do laundry and drying, so I had a comfortable stay. However, the Wi-Fi internet speed was slow and didn't work well. Other than that, it was a bit far from the strip and main street, but that was okay and I was satisfied.

The room was quite large and very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi signal.

The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Universal Studios, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. What could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower pressure was a bit low.

One night stopover before our Florida road trip, easy to find from the Airport, check in was quick and friendly. Room was tired but reasonably clean, breakfast was plentiful, coffee kept coming due to the attentive service.

It was good and near universal studios and disney. Also many things were walkable. However, to get the shuttle you must line up at 7am and we checked in the day before going to universal meaning we couldn’t get the free shuttle and had to uber.

We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price.
