The environment is excellent, and it's close to the airport with a convenient purple shuttle bus service for easy access. The hotel itself is quite nice, and the rooms are good too. Definitely worth staying here.

The room was incredibly spacious, almost to the point of feeling a bit empty. The bed was very comfortable, and the interior decor was all quite nice. I have to call out the Hilton next door; its exterior is grand, but the inside feels no different from a budget hotel. The Westin is similar, but it's significantly better than the Hilton next door. Overall, it's pretty good.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy shuttle service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked breakfast expecting a buffet, but it turned out to be à la carte. The service was excellent, and the dishes were plentiful and varied. My kids even said it was comparable to eating out at a restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle service. The room facilities are quite new, though it would have been nice to have a microwave. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

We had 4 of us at the hotel and only 3 towels was available. Thought the shower amenities would have extras instead of one each. Just didn't want to call room service everyday for additional. The room was clean. The location is close to Fremont but far enough away to not hear it. The cocktail waitress showed up quickly and came by a lot to check. Overall, the entire staff has a wonderful attitude and very helpful. Ate on site and it was good. 

Reception were not very welcoming I felt. Room was not bad, but when I opened up my wardrobe, there was a pair of mens used underwear in it. I told reception and they didn't seem to bothered, just got someone to remove them. No real apology or offer to say sorry. Casino floor has strong odours of smoke. Hotel has good location. Bell boy kept my bag for me after check out and they were very helpful...

The overall experience was very average, as it looked completely different from the pictures online. The hotel itself is rather old. While the cleaning was acceptable, the facilities are noticeably outdated and in need of renovation.

The lobby was decorated beautifully and the service was great. There was an additional $135 “destination fee” when we arrived. Then the next morning none of us could shower because the water wasn’t working or there wasn’t enough pressure. For the price I definitely expected better but was not a bad stay.

The location was great, the place was nice. Our room had an issue with power in the bathroom which kept going out. The front desk staff was aware of the issue and kept saying service would "flip a breaker", which would eventually fix the problem for an hour before it went back out again. This happened 3 times and the power was still out when we checked out. To the hotel's credit, we were comp-ed breakfast

Check in was easy. They did ask for a deposit, but I expected that parking was the only issue I didn’t upgrade to valet because it was more convenient. The food was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. It was convenient for the convention center getting to our event the next day

It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better. I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere.

Location was ok, near to outlet malls and just 20mins from airport. Check in staff were not really paying attention to our requests, asked for connecting rooms and told us yes but when we went up, rooms were far apart from each another. Rooms were old and dated. No complimentary water provided.

We were able to leave our bags securely because we arrived early after an all night flight. Check in was smooth and efficient. After  several hours we came back to hotel to get access to our room. Again no problem. Room was clean, shower was good and basic kitchen facilities. Location was excellent a few steps from the centre of the strip. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Thank you

Very clean large suite with everything you will need. Location is great and we pretty able to walk everywhere except Fremont St. The swimming pool was closed for a remodel but that wasn't what we were there for. Enjoyed our stay.

When I tell you that this place had everything from a convenience store to laundry service to proper directions to Valet, to being right in the heart of the strip. It was absolutely perfect. It was walkable plain. It was fresh clean linen every day. Great service. The great people that worked there loved every bit of it, especially its location.

This was our choice of accommodation for our stay in Vegas to see the Leeds v Hull KR game at the Allegiant stadium. The staff were very friendly and nice I got an free upgrade at high floor and strip view . when I told the staff that I came for my birthday week . Love the mini kitchen area with all the plates cups and utensils . The gym was fabulous you can do a full body workout with all the equipments this is the reason why I booked this hotel . The room was clean and tidy, and the heating was strong enough to keep us warm. The outlets didn't require a converter, which was convenient. It was very quiet, and the hotel's location is great, very close to Central Park, making it easy to get around.

The location is unbeatable, really close to the most bustling area of the city center. The subway station is right next door, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel environment is great; although it's an older property, you can tell it's very well-maintained. Getting upgraded to Westhouse in the same building was also a pleasant surprise!

The hotel is in Manhattan, just a 7-minute walk from Grand Central Station. It was quite clean. My only minor complaint was that the pillows were a bit too high for my comfort; I wish there were more options available.

The rooms are small but well-equipped. The air conditioning works. It was unexpected that they charged a $100 daily deposit but only refunded $65. This turned out to be for a mandatory bar credit. They claim you get a $35 daily credit to spend on food or drinks at the bar for free. However, whether you use it or not, they still deduct $35 per day from your deposit. I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.

Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

It is located in the center of Bellevue! Next to a few big malls like Lincoln Square, Bellevue Square etc. The hotel is clean and kind of new. You can park for free if you stay Friday and/or Saturday night.

The room is satisfactory, the service is particularly good and humane. The hotel lobby is spacious and has free red apples, which feels very warm.

The hotel is nice and good value for money, with rooms overlooking Lake Tahoe. Everything you need is nearby, and transportation is convenient. The only downside is the lack of breakfast; you have to eat out, which is inconvenient. The parking fee felt a bit overpriced, but otherwise it was great. I'd extend my stay for three more days.

We love it here. We've been coming and staying here since it was the Trump Marina. It's always a good time here even if we don't win. The staff, workers, waiters and waitresses are always friendly and attentive to us. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We prefer staying here than any other casino. Free parking is an added bonus too.
